Ram 3500 repairs were Turbo Speed Sensor, Coolant Bottle, Fan shroud & 1 recall. The tech performed top notch work, please let the tech know we need more like him. regards, Gary

My wife and me was headed home from a weekend camping, we drive a ram 3500, about a mile out of Ely our DEF system started throwing codes and we had 150 miles and it was gonna derate us down to 5mph. I got to dealer first thing in the morning and they did not hesitate to get me in. The problem was a recall on system was out of there less than an hr. This was 2nd time I’ve been to this dealership, and about 8yrs ago my wife had same problem and they helped her right away. Definitely best dealership I have ever dealt with, people are very nice and definitely do what they can to get you in and out quickly

04/26 I was driving a 2000 Dodge Dakota home from LVNV to Spokane WA. Battery gage looked overcharged. Karl Lee.in service ran a test, everything was charging good. The battery terminals were loose, he tightened them up and suggested the clamps be replaced.
He charged me a hug.
I'll never forget him.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. I brought my bike in for a bearing inspection (under warranty) in September. They've left my bike outside in the elements the whole time.

It's almost January.

It's January now. Went to pick up and take my bike to a different dealership. Sahara Motors lost my warranty copy and my only key defiantly telling me that I didn't bring them in. They eventually found the key, which proved them wrong. They didn't even help load my now dead bike up.

The person I was talking to was there when I handed over the key and warranty in September. I'm not sure if he just couldn't remember or what, but being forgetful isn't an excuse for terrible service. They could have told be they had issues with my ticket any of the times I called to check on my bike, but they didn't. They just kept saying it would be a few more weeks.

Some people don't take pride in their work, and that's okay. I didn't go in to complain, I was just going to take my business elsewhere. Trying to stretch real far and blame it on me is simply deserving of ridicule, though. This is a Kawasaki dealership that doesn't service Kawasaki bikes.

Was on vacation with an issue with the RAM. They got me in while here and fixed the problem. Very professional and friendly.

They did a very thorough overview of my jeep which was overheating. They were able to fix my Jeep safely to make it back to Los Angeles without having to replace a head gasket that I can do at a later time. Amazing customer service! Andrew came and picked up my entire family, including our dog, from Love’s gas station after our mini van broke down on our way to Elko. He drove us back to the dealership in the mini van we were interested in purchasing. Our sales associate, Maggie was just as amazing! I got to speak my mind and I have questions your integrity and your treatment of my nephew who I love to my last breath and trust him infinity if I could get him fired I would but he's so loyal. How dare you give him a car that's has a broken window what was that a favor. You should give him annual raise and finace a car of his Choice.

I would like to say thank you to @saharamotorsely for having our jeep jeep in their service dept for 3 weeks and "fixing" it. They replaced the computer control module and never made sure the jeep actually started or ran! So, thank goodness the hubby went with the truck to get it. I wouldn't trust you to change my tire SME. Every interaction we had was a poor excuse for a small town dealer/mechanic. You were always nonchalant, and never really cared about actually fixing our jeep in a timely fashion. You never actually called when it was supposedly done either. We called you, and you said, oh, yeah, that has been done since monday. But when we went to get it, the keys and paperwork were nowhere to be found. Shame on you and your poor service.

everyone who works here is courteous and professional the prices are competitive and all the work has been done well.

Bought a car here was a dud but they were very accommodating and immediately took it back and even gave us a ride to our hotel

The guys in the service department are nice and funny guys very helpful. And because I'm a girl they didn't make me feel stupid about asking about the part I was ordering. Great customer service.

Nikki was forced out of her apartment of 40 years and then had to fight to make her new place habitable after a 600 mile moved. She was a wreck!

Got an appointment promptly, took me to appointments, but took twice as long as I was told it would take.

Spent 30 minutes on the lot, looking at a new Jeep! We had just gotten an insurance settlement and was needing to replace our Jeep that had burned!
Never saw the first sales person! When we finally asked, the had a girl that " wasn't a sales person, but she could talk to us"..
Ummm, NO! I'm about to pay $35,000 cash for a vehicle, I want a sales person
None were available...
Guess we will visit Elko and then give them our cash!
It seems folks in Ely just don't care about customer service... they feel like you don't have another option!

I have had very little issues with sahara motors! The issues that I have had were addressed and fixed almost immediately! Maggie is extremely friendly and is always there for her customers. I will be going back when I am ready for another car!

The folks here are very friendly and courteous. Chuck goes out of his way to get you into a vehicle of your choice. He is the best.
