Sage was great. If luke says he’ll text, he does. If he says he’ll be there, he is. Luke is on top of what’s going on and very dependable. No problems at all to deal with.

Sage was fantastic when they had to essentially remodel my master bathroom when a massive leak in my shower slowly deteriorated the subfloor under the shower and in the good part of the bathroom. They were quick to get things done and were there promptly every morning until the job was complete. Very professional skilled labor made the experience even more rewarding as I saw the work from start to finish and I am confident that I will not experience this problem again! The bathroom is more structurally sound plus the finishes done surpassed our expectations! Highly recommend this team for any project!

Sage Roofing has done excellent work for us. We love our new roof! They also acid washed and re-stained our damaged fencing and are in the process of repairing the gutters. Cole Lockley has been a very responsive project manager, taking care of all the details. We highly recommend them.

Avoid this “company” at all costs. Clay Lockley is a thief, liar, and master manipulator. His “project manager” (Tyler Belt at the time) will make you believe they are “throwing” in something for free just for your business. In actuality, they are lying and just moving money from a critical part of your roofing system to cover the cost of some useless, cheap leaf guards. Once the roof fails (and it did), scumbag Clay will point out that money was moved around…EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PAYING FOR A COMPLETE NEW ROOF! The battle has just begun. The attorney has been hired! Game on!!!!

Our rental property got flooded due to a broken pipe and it was a mess. Sage team came to the site ASAP and helped dry out the entire house. They also dealt everything with my insurance and kept constant communication with me during the entire process. Once the Insurance approved the claim, they finished the entire work in less than 5 days (Replaced drywall , the entire house carpet, wood floors, repainted kitchen cabinets). Sage has very skilled workers. I appreciate them for making it easy for my tenant and myself. Will recommend TEAM Clay and Aveli for the anyone who is looking for any quality construction work done.

Came out for a roof inspection 6 weeks ago and never sent me the report from the inspection. Even after calling and sending a follow up email. Now I have water in my house. Still won’t get back to me and the roof is only 23 months old. Only hire them if you like water in your house and unanswered phone calls!

I used Sage Roofing for the gutter installation of my new (and first) home. After numerous bids, Sage was the most reasonably priced and easiest to coordinate with. Hunter at Sage Roofing was professional and easy to talk to as I didn’t know much of anything regarding gutters. I also loved not having to be home for the installation! I’ll definitely be using them again for all my future roofing needs.
