We had water damage to a downstairs bathroom. Art worked tirelessly through our insurance to make sure that all damage was covered. Eugene did an outstanding job of transforming our damaged bathroom into a beautiful Better Homes and Garden quality. It is absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't be happier. Both Eugene and Art were very helpful when it came to coming up with a very flowing design for what is a small bathroom area.

Art has a great team for restoring people's homes to better than they were! After a catastrophe due to a failed valve, Art and his team stepped up to work with insurance and restore our home. There are truly not enough stars to rate how stellar Art and his team are. I have never had to file a claim with my insurance company before for damage to our home and was very lost, frustrated and tired of trying to find our way through this process. We have been TRULY lucky and blessed to have found Art. He is not only a stellar contractor, but a phenomenal person. He really cares about quality and restoring our life back better than it was before. Art from day one was responsive, professional and great with communication of what was needed to repair and how the process was going to move forward. His team did great work in restoring our home to even better shape than it was before the damage that took place. They were all very professional, have great craftmanship and good communication on where they are at and what was next along the way. Eugene did really great work in our kitchen with the tiling and is a really personable guy. Great job and we appreciate all of your expertise and communication! Vitaliy was on point with his communication throughout all the repairs. Art is one of a kind and anyone is lucky to have him as their contractor - More than lucky to be exact. Art really goes the extra mile. There were some other things outside of the scope of work that we wanted to accomplish on our home while it was torn apart and Art set us up directly with some really great people for Windows and doing some additions in rooms that were not part of the damaged areas. He even went to bat for us to see what we could do about decking material and getting a great price for some other repairs. I found myself trying to navigate a massive water damage claim with no knowledge of how to proceed.Had I not had Art in my corner I don’t know how this would have turned out. It was a long hard fight but having someone who knew what needed to be done and willing to fight with me made it so it was all corrected and our home was made whole. His expertise and knowledge came into play more times then I can count. He helped get us what was due and got us back home.

My story may be a bit longer than most, as I want to leave a detailed review of just how amazing Art and his crew truly are. My basement flooded in January of 2021. I was not aware of this, and was ready to settle. Art brought in his people to help me out. I was introduced to Bernie and John, they helped me get the funds that I was entitled to. Much to my surprise at no additional cost. Serge and his son Junior came to repair what was damaged. Polite, honest, hard working , thorough, and much to my surprise…terrific communicators. I now have a beautiful transformed basement. They went above and beyond for me. I HIGHLY recommend them!

After damage was done, we hired their services to remodel parts of the house. We were very Impressed by the results they produced. The team took us step by step through what they were going to do. They were always willing to accommodate to us with regards to any worries and proposals we had. And they did, as a lot of things were wrong with our house. Vitaliy and his crew were the ones to work on our house. They honestly gave great recommendations on what we could do and so we could remodel our house the way we imagined it. Art and his team do good work. He really works hard at turning a bad situation into a good one. Our house was damaged by a water leak in the kitchen and he turned it into a nice remodel. Art is honest from the first time you meet him, he explained to us how the process works and how he works. It may seem overwhelming at first but you can trust him and his team will deliver on there promise. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing work.

First and foremost, why 5 stars? The simple, short answer…. Because I simply couldn’t give anymore! 100/100 would recommend!!!!

My Family and I lost our kitchen at the end of April (2021) due to a water leak. If you’re reading this review, it may be safe to assume you may be experiencing something similar. I promise you, you’re choosing the right folks with Precision Services!

After I cleaned up the water, the extent of the damage didn’t appear major. I had laminate wood flooring (lock and click) that I could see buckling directly in front of my sink area. I was concerned with the chance of mold developing so I decide to initiate an insurance claim (State Farm) and have a water mitigation company come out to my residence to do a deeper “clean-up”. In the process of their cleaning, the damages discovered were more extensive than what appeared on the surface and they had to remove a majority of my kitchen (lower cabinets, sink, counter tops, drywall, etc…) to reach the level of mitigation to ensure everything was dried properly. At this point I realized, it not going to be a quick fix and that we would require some significant work to get our “home back”.

The water mitigation company (restoration one) recommended Precision Services and the rest is history!

The communication with Art (Precision Services’ owner) and his team has been nothing short of amazing since day 1. Art visited my home and spent a 1-2 hours measuring, documenting, sketching, and photographing the damages and other areas of my home. After a few days he got back to me with an extremely extensive and detailed estimate to provide to my insurance company. I’m not going to lie, I was completely dumbfounded by Art’s finding and thought there was absolutely no way a small leak caused that much damage ($ estimate). I thought it was a complete over reach and thought there is no way!

Well, I was wrong! After submitting the estimate to my insurance, they came back with a offer that was $40K less than Art’s estimate. Art reviewing every line and every item from my insurance’ estimate, he highlighted multiple discrepancies. I rejected the offer (I know, this can be a difficult decision) and requested a virtual tour with my claims adjuster and Art. Just from that 10 minute FaceTime call, Art was able to get them to increase their offer $20K

Once we had everything figured out with the insurance and the scope of work to be complete, Art and his team (Vitaliy, Roman, Alex and few more) began my project. This was about 1-2 months after lost of my kitchen because of the process with the insurance company, Precision Services’ workload, and securing required materials.

Once the project began, Art and his team were beyond accepting to my family situation and worked around our needs. My wife and I have two kids and 5 pets (don’t recommend lol) in our home and we stayed for the entire project. From start to finish this team was awesome! They’re neat, clean, professional, personable and all around great people. The work they accomplished is as good as it gets!

It is absolutely insane and ridiculous the amount of work we had accomplished because of a small leak. A all new, updated kitchen (cabinets, granite, island, etc.), flooring, laundry room (beneath kitchen), bathroom, paint, etc. I legitimately got a complete home remodel.

Special Note, if you’re like me and married, your Wife will probably have a wish list that they would like to be accomplished in situations like this and I can attest that Art met every single “what if” you did this or that for us! They did so much extra work for us.

Even with all the extra stuff, we didn’t have to pay a single penny out of pocket. If we covered the cost of some material Art subtracted the amount from our tab.

Just understand you won’t be the only Job that Art has and the whole process can be held up with your insurance and mortgage providers but when’s it’s all finished you’ll be glad you chose this company.

Art Rudyy is the gentleman that we worked with from Precision Services Once our job was referred to him, he promptly contacted us and met with us on the same day in the evening hours. He was very professional and did an excellent job going to bat for us with the insurance company to repair one of our bathrooms and laundry room after they underwent water damage. While working on our project, Art and his coworkers always discussed design issues with us to make sure that we were getting the result that we wanted. We also always felt like Art made our project his number one priority. Our laundry room looks as good as new and our bathroom is gorgeous!

Art did a great job painting the interior and exterior of our house, as well as our deck. He and his assistant did major prep work to ensure the paint would adhere and look new. Art uses quality paint that is meant to last. Art is a terrific professional and we are super impressed with his work. We would definitely call on Art for future work.

The Precision Services team took what started as damage to a room that seemed would be a terrible loss for me and turned it into an outstanding remodel. My home improved greatly in value particularly compared to the cost. Precision Services kept me aware of the timeline, negotiated a great price with my insurance, and provided quality work beyond what I have seen in showrooms elsewhere. I have let many people see the before and after pictures and they are always surprised that it is the same room. I would recommend them to anyone.
