For a variety of services, we had S-ABE Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Old Lyme, CT visit our house. They began by inspecting the chimney and fixing any small cracks right away. Our home is warmer in the winter thanks to upgraded attic insulation. Cleaning the dryer vent and air ducts went well and without any mess. Our gas unit has been fixed and cleaned by their fireplace crew, and it is now both safe and attractive. Following a hurricane, roof repairs were completed promptly. Included was pest treatment, which successfully got rid of silverfish and roaches. Everything was expertly organized by the contractor. You can rely on this business to provide full-service home care.

Excellent assistance! The thorough cleaning of their dryer vent increased efficiency and airflow. The air duct cleaning greatly improved indoor air quality, and the heat treatment service was performed expertly. My fireplace was flawlessly restored by the chimney sweep and repair, and the attic insulation helped control the temperature. Robby has cleaned our dryer a few years ago and more recently moved our old dryer vent to the ceiling. Robby has serviced our dryer twice. Our dryer is now like new, just needing two cycles to dry everything. He completed a task of the highest caliber and is amiable and competent. Simple to call or arrange online. Appointment was scheduled three weeks ahead of time. I was told that I would get a call the day of with the exact time that the technician would be able to arrive. That did not happen so I called day of to inquire about when I could expect them. The first woman I spoke to said that they would give me a call back. I did not receive a call back so I called them back. The second person I spoke to said that my appointment had been changed to the next day. She then corrected herself to it being two days later. I got disconnected, and I called back again and spoke with another person who said that the appointment was a different day. I took time off of work and wasted hours of my day waiting around. I completely understand a technician needing to delay an appointment. It is not OK to not let a person know that their appointment had been changed to an entirely different day. I had called at the beginning Of the estimated time and they could’ve let me know then. This company needs to work on their communication and scheduling so to not waste peoples time and cost them money. I should have been notified ahead of time.
