This was the first time I had to file an insurance claim on my roof. Ryan’s roofing was a big help giving me advise on the whole process. Tim was great on getting back to me on any questions I had on material options and Ryan was great on the follow-up after completion. I will definity recommand them for great quality of work alone but the support through the entire process got them the 5 star review.

I had a very smooth experience with Ryan’s Roofing. Tim was not only great to work with, but he updated me throughout the day, texting me pictures of the progress from tear down to finish. Awesome communication throughout and would highly recommend! His crew started first thing in the morning and by evening, they were finished and cleaned up!

The workers were on time and started work right away. Very nice and knowledgeable of materials. They worked all day and only stopped for a short lunch break. We had 2 bad horrible wind gust and storms hit with fence and roof damage. Called Ryan and it was amazing getting a quote on the same day. The next day project started. From the beginning to end the entire project was professionally handled. Highly recommended in all Comanche County.

Ryan was great. He came over on a Saturday to check out my roof. Minor issues but still causing water damage. He put aside his day off and offered to come over on Sunday and knock out the job. He was great. His crew showed up on time and worked hard to get it finished. I really appreciate his personality and work.

We were very happy with the performance and everyone did their jobs and very friendly... the roof looks amazing!!!! Very clean afterwards, nails and everything cleaned up like it never happened ( which is good because we have kids )... we will use them again in a heartbeat!!! Also got our gutters done and they are perfect!!!!! Venting on the roof looks great!!!! So so so Very happy!!

Tri City Roofing - Lawton was excellent. They were professional, very responsive and delivered a high quality product. They took extra precautions to protect the gutter system, our flower gardens and cleaned up the entire area including nails. Their roofing crew was well trained and very professional. It is a 5 star operation. Any damage from future storms, they will be my first call. Ryan Carstensen was very responsive. He answered all my questions and guided us through the whole process. I really enjoyed

Kari was recommended to us on Facebook, and responded right away. She came out the very next day, and explained the process to us very thoroughly. Communication was great throughout the process. Think we'll be keeping her number, just in case we need a roof replaced again.

The roofing, fencing, and guttering were a little delayed due to other jobs and getting our insurance company to send out the adjuster and cut our checks. When they showed up, though, all services were provided quickly, professionally, and best of all, the house looks like new again.

Payments were just as easy. Kari was very understanding that we needed to wait until our paydays to close out the invoice. I would recommend Kari and Tri City to anyone needing their roof, fencing, and guttering replaced or repaired.

We don't have enough praise for Tri City Roofing and Ryan Carstensen. We had a difficult claims process and were ignored by another roofing company. When we met Ryan, everything changed. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us work out our problems. His amazing crew of the hardest workers ever got the job done in one 12-hour day, and the roof looks beautiful.
