American home warranty hired him to repair my whirlpool tub. He came by and looked at it. Said he would order part. 3 months later no word, no returning phone calls. AHS reached out to him and he said I’m still trying to find parts. That was 3 weeks ago. No response since. I looked on line found the part and installed it within a 3 day period, which was mostly shipping time. Not sure what was so hard about that.. he was paid 100.00 by AHS and didn’t do anything to try and repair my tub.
Told me he had to order parts and then after 3 months of waiting for the parts to come in, the company stopped returning my calls or answering them. The company was contracted through a home warranty company and they had been paid d for the service which Rush claimed to have completed the service.
The faucet was just running. They didn’t have the part so he just went to Ace hardware and got something that just fixed it temporarily. Two days later it was running again from the faucet and the handle had water gushing out around the handle. I called and he said he thought he could come over that day but didn’t and didn’t call. I waited another day then call and no answer. Several days went by and we could turn the faucet off if we just got it just right. I called and got a woman who said she would give them a message two days later they called but I missed their call and they didn’t leave a message. Now we can’t find just the right spot anymore and it’s running just hot water now. I have a warranty company that handles my home problems. It’s Friday night and there won’t be any help until Monday. I didn’t want to call the warranty company and tell them what a lousy job they had done, I thought I would let them come back and fix it. But there’s been to many phone calls to them and no return calls so my only option is to report them as a bad choice to the warranty company. The young man who came at first was very likable.
