Ru's Electrical Service

I had an electrical problem. To make a very long story short, I woke up one morning and found that my breaker to my heater had tripped and was not able to be turned back on. I discovered that there had been a fire inside my side by side refrigerator. I unplugged everything. I called and he was able to come out the same day, in a couple of hours. He was able to determine that the refrigerator was the cause of the problem. He also was able to fix the outlet that was next to the heater (where it was originally plugged into) that an electrician 6 months ago had said was not working and the electrical outlet was the problem and wasn't able to fix it. (Ru's was able to determine the problem, that it was the refrigerator, and fix the outlet the other electrician couldn't in less than an hour). He assured me that it was safe and I didn't need to stay somewhere else. Now I just need a new refrigerator. I would highly recommend Ru's electrical service

Ru was incredibly responsive. Our heat trace went out and he responded immediately and solved the problems.

Ru is very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. A very hard thing to find here in Fairbanks. He is the only one I will ever use for electrical work from now on!

Some of the best customer service! Came out to the house gave me multiple option on how things can be done. Was up front about the cost for each option. Had a flexible work schedule to accommodate me getting out of the hospital, I was able to reschedule but still get it done without a long wait. Great quality work, worked very efficiently and cleaned up after he was done. Showed up with everything he needed to get the job done the first time. Price seemed right if not low for the quality and efficiency of work. I will be a customer again I’m sure of it and recommend him to others. He was overall a good guy!

Wow! I had been getting no responses from others in trying to get a plug on our vacuum at our business repaired. He returned my call, gave me an estimate and came same day, repaired it and uh gave us the best "deal" of the past year and more. Thank you soooo much and saved us from getting a new vacuum. We are a small business and work with kids/adults with autism. Such a kind, capable, efficient electrician.

From the very beginning Ru was a true class act. Many tradesmen up here in Fairbanks are unresponsive or provide poor customer service because they don’t need work in the summer (they’re all inundated). Ru was different. He was responsive, and explained his work on great detail. I will never use anyone but him ever again for my electrical work!

Came back home after a long weekend away to find our garage had no power in the outlets. Ru made time the same day to come out and check on it for us. Found the issue in less than 5 minutes and fixed it and didn't even charge us for the callout. Very professional business that will be our go to for ANY electrical issues in the future!

I was given an appointment for the following Monday. Ru was a few minutes late but called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Work was completed, explained, and economical. I highly recommend his service.

When a huge tree collapsed on the power line during a wind storm, and we were out of town, Ru quickly came out and installed a new meter service riser, weather head, guide wires, conductors, fixed the roof penetration flashing and sealed it, even called GVEA to let them know it had been fixed and power could be turned back on. He even noticed that the back gate had come loose from the hinge and fixed that for us. Professional, courteous, good communication, very responsive, dependable. He went above and beyond helping us. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend him. Thank you!

I was very satisfied, he was quickly able to come over and make a repair not long after we spoke on the phone. Was a honest guy and did good work.

Couldn't speak more highly of him! Quick, efficient, and quality work. Ru replaced my whole electrical service entrance: new mast, main shutoff & outdoor box, interior breaker box, and few new circuits. Despite the scope of the job, he had it done in two days and didn't leave me without power overnight. Amazing work.
