From the first time I talked to this company an the home show till they picked up my payment ay my house when I was too sick to go to the office, they were wonderful to deal with. They were super efficient getting the job done. When they were finished and cleaning up anything left in the yard I was too sick to go out and unlock the gate for them and they still managed to get into the back yard and cleaned everything up and left things looking great. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, clean, efficient job with not only nice people but those that also had a sense of humor which is lacking in many these days. When they knew I was too sick to get out for a few days Tina even asked if she could bring me anything I needed ) and I had never meet this person and I really appreciate their kindness.

The Ridgeline team that did our roof were absolute pros. The roofers were friendly, clearly worked their behinds off, and seemed to be having fun at the same time- always a good sign. I was impressed with the clean up job- they even checked for stray nails. Top quality work, and despite an unanticipated supply delay totally outside their control, they got the job done quickly with minimal interruption. Highly recomended.

Great company.. kept me updated and informed along the way. The crew was friendly and quite a happy bunch, even when it down poured on them for 20 mins. They didn't even seem to mind my questions while they worked..haha. They started at 7am and were done early afternoon. My roof looks amazing and I would definitely recommend this company.

We've had Ridgeline do our old torch on with new membrane roofing a couple years ago. I had never looked at the job after it was finished, but just recently I had a closer look and discovered some issues with the flashing - obviously an employee messed up. When I contacted Jon from Ridgeline, they replaced the whole flashing on the entire roof for free. It's hard to always find good employees, but I really appreciate a company that stands for top quality work.

They came to our property in Cobble Hill and gave detailed quotes (3 different levels of shingles) explained the differences and answered questions to where I felt confident in our decision. I would highly recommend Ridgeline for any roofing situation you find yourself needing. We are in the Cowichan Valley and Caleb Plouffe was professional, timely, organized, methodical and tidy. Caleb initiated solutions and took pride in doing a thorough job.

Fantastic crew very professional. With our children around the house they did not tell any off colour jokes nor was there any swearing. Great hard working young men. I highly recommend them and they did a great job and super high quality.

Ridgeline did a fairly big job for us. Removed metal roof on the house and installed plywood for shingle roof. Reroofed garage shingles. Both buildings had a steep slope with lower slopes attached. They showed up as planned. Communication was excellent throughout. The crew worked together well with a happy attitude. I recommend them highly.

Impressed does not cover how I feel about the work done. I am blown away!!! Right from the start the service was amazing. They have state of the art technology to measure your roof without having to come and climb onto the roof. We were told it would be September that it would get done. Then we get a message saying it will be sooner then I get a phone call telling me they are on their way!!!! The crew was amazing, hard working and extremely polite. They were all so friendly and it just blew my mind on how fast and great the job was done. I highly recommend Ridgeline. The one guy was going to give me a “tour” of what they did but I’m afraid of heights so I passed. Lol thank you again.

Ridgleline Roofing did a great job on my complex roofing job. Had a large amount of commercial grade heat trace that I had them carefully remove from roof during and put back on roof loose when complete. I had contacted two other roofers for quotes and both after talking to them and sending more info with regards to roof layout and past roof issues and my heat trace both of them never contacted me again. One of the other roof contractors does very quality work and some say his hammer is really big but unfortunately wasn't interested in giving me a quote. Ridgeline Roofing wasn't afraid to take on my project so if you have a complex roof project look no further than Ridgeline Roofing.

I asked for a quote twice over a month ago and I never did receive the quote.. it's nowhere in my email I looked everywhere including my junk mail. I'm surprised they didn't get a hold of me then you I was really interested in getting a roof it needs to be done ASAP maybe they don't want the work I don't know. . I've had roofers come before but this was different. In a good way!! Roofing day was like nothing I had ever seen. The crew descended on to my street (lots of employees) and immediately went to work. So fast and efficient. They went the extra mile without a question. Each one obviously had their job to do. I went out a couple times as I had questions but both times, they would smile and say, "already done" The team were sharp, bright and so polite. It was a pleasure having them working here. They did their cleanup and were gone. I hardly knew they were here. Very impressed. I'm sure other businesses could take a lead in Ridgelines work practices. 5 STARS FOR SURE

Very good roofing company. Just like others have said, everything from the booking process to the clean up is dealt with professionally and efficiently. A little pricier than some of my other quotes but I knew I was paying for the best. Tina in the office, and the estimator John were both great to deal with, as was the crew.

Excellent experience with them. They were honest and straight forward with every step of the process. Every staff member I had contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. The added bonus of the online contact form is great for people with phone anxiety.

Ridgeline runs a tight ship. Aside from the new roof, you'd never know they were here, the clean up was spotless. They showed up promptly at 7, and did a great job, even accommodating a new kitchen range vent upon request. Very professional in all aspects (office staff, online quotes, site visit, roofers, foreman).

My wife and I were very impressed with the professional customer service we received. Ridgeline is organized, well-managed and communicated well with us. They re-roofed our house last week and did an excellent job, even added additional fan vents at my request. I would recommend them to others.

We just had our home re-roofed by Ridgeline Roofing Inc a month ago. We are extremely pleased with the job they did. They were prompt, hard-working, pleasant and cleaned up their work areas. There was still snow on the ground when they finished our roof. One month later, and after all the snow had melted in our yard, they came back with a magnetic sweeper to make sure that all the nails & small pieces of metal were picked up. Total professionalism! We would hire them again in a minute if we needed another roof put on. Ridgeline might be more expensive than a lot of other roofing companies, but I believe you get what you pay for. "Great work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't great!" From beginning to end they did an amazing job
