Roof damage from 8-24 tornado. Referred to them by my insurance agent. Called and spoke with a woman who sounded annoyed and said they were only taking big jobs. Still made an appointment for an inspection. Day of inspection one week later (!) was up and dressed waiting. Got called by Doug who said “do you still need me to come out?!” He said he was way out in Willoughby and it was not working for HIM. I asked if he could reschedule for another day and he said NO! When I asked why he was so flippant with me that I had severe damage he replied “I don’t know what you’re talking about lady!!” He kept interrupting me. He would never had said that to a MAN. I don’t need a company that’s so disrespectful to a senior when I have people beating my door down to get the contract. Poor customer service from the start. Would not recommend.

Runyon & Sons Roofing has been a pleasure to have on my property. They really took good care to minimize any damage and cleaned up well. Terrific work at a competitive price. This roof is going to give us years of protection without any worries.
