This large hardware store has nearly got it all, and at a fair price. Anything from clothing and fishing gear to bird seed and farm/ranching supplies. Love it!

I went in yesterday and today (10/22 afternoon and 10/23 morning). Once on my own and the other with my wife. When did employees stop with “welcome to ????.” And when did employees stop asking customers if they needed help? I work retail in Wyoming and each and every customer gets a good morning/afternoon/evening when they come in and when the customer wanders the isles they, at some point, ask what brings them in and/or if they need some help finding something. These Runnings employees make eye contact with customers and immediately look away. What are employees there for? Stocking shelves? Running a mop? Either way, this is a leadership AND customer service issue with this store. Don’t waste your time going in. They aren’t friendly, welcoming, or willing to help. My folks live here and this store is one of the very few in this town. So I guess Payless grocery store is it.

If you want to be followed around like a criminal, this is Your Store. 4 Workers (one related to me) followed me around, stood by me spying on me. Was getting plumbing parts that takes time since we live in a rural area. Spent $200 for this experience. Not Once Did Any One offer or ask if I needed assistance! Told the cashier next time they can at least pretend to care about customers and ask if people need assistance. Which I didn't. Last time I had a bad experience as well, 3 years ago. This is the last time I Ever set foot in there. I will go where people Appreciate their customers.
