State Farm has been amazing throughout my entire process of dealing with being in an accident that was not my fault. It has been such a stressful event and Carli has been the most help. Even now after everything has been completed with State Farm she still has gone out of her way to make sure Geico reimburses me for my rental. It has been three months since my accident and she is still on top of it calling Geico and getting me answers, checking in to make sure I get taken care of.

I am a Decorated Officer Veteran working on a home purchase through VA Loan Services. The VA contracted lender provided examples of insurance and Doug Heil's Office provided coverage that could not be topped. They are a class act and Mobridge should be proud to have them.

I had an issue with State Farm the big company starting the cancelation of my policy due to the roof on my recently purchased house not being up to par with them. This was disheartening because I had already restored the siding and windows of wear and was planning to roof it in the Spring. Doug rose to the occasion and connected me with Mike Szczur of Watershed Roofing.

In about one week a new class 4 roof was in place on this house and I was issued a 30% decrease in my premium. This is amazing service. I had Doug Heil for insurance when I was duty stationed here from 2007 to 2011 as an 0-4 Officer and I can tell you he was good then but this new situation totally impressed me: with him and Watershed for quality of care and service.
