This review is long overdue! Eric and his crew made quick work replacing our roof and skylight this past spring after quickly responding to some earlier issues and needed repairs. He beat all of the other estimates and his quality was unmatched. The roof was stripped and replaced within a day and the crew cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommended

I would highly recommend Eric and his team for your roofing needs. While looking to strip and replace my roof, I had a few contractors provide quotes. Eric easily stood out. He was efficient and timely in his communication, without persistent email and text sales pitch follow ups! His quote was thorough and fair. So reasonable, in fact, that a competitor offered to lower their estimate by two thousand dollars when I told him it was too aggressive. Eric’s no haggle philosophy left me feeling like he got it right the first time around. When I had a question about one of the materials, he explained with basic vocabulary and offered an alternative. His team was especially wonderful in caring for the plants, which were in full bloom and cleaning debris off my property. Eric and his team were organized and professional from start to finish!

Eric did 2 jobs for me over the last 2 years. He replaced a roof On a rental property that was damaged and a full installation on my home. Very knowledgeable and reasonable with his price.

Eric and his team did a great job, the project was to remove all old shingles and deteriorating plywood from an old roof and replace them with new plywood and GAF shingles. The new roof was done gorgeously as expected. Eric and his team are so friendly and professional, the cleanup was amazing. In addition, the price was reasonable, highly recommended!! An excellent team that we would hire again!

We had a tree fall on our roof during a windstorm and Eric rushed to our house the same day. His crew put tarps up right away, after they had already worked a full day. Eric and his crew returned a few weeks later to install a new roof. They were very professional and hardworking. The roof looks great and Eric was a pleasure to work with. My roof was done about ten years ago. Excellent workmanship and value. I recently had signs of a minor leak. Eric was there the next day and even though it was related to my chimney he did a no charge repair for me. Hands down the BEST!

Thanks to Eric and his crew for the great job they did putting a new roof on my house and shed. I had a lot of moss on the shingles on my shed and roof so I decided to have the zinc strips added to the 50 year shingles they were installing. Everything went well and both the shed and house look fantastic. The crew arrived and got right to work stripping the two layers of shingles from the house. They were very professional and when they had completed the roof, they went to work to make sure my yard and decks were cleared of debris and nails. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a new roof.

Eric and his team did an outstanding job on replacing my roof. I was very impressed with their professionalism, quality of work, timeliness, reasonableness in pricing and clean up after all of the work was done. After the job was done, it looked like they hadn't even been there because nothing was left behind. I am so happy with how my roof turned out! Eric provided me with a very detailed estimate, and an extremely competitive bid, and I'm very pleased I went with him. Leading up to the start of the project, Eric called me numerous times to update on his crew's availability/plans (rain delays occurred), and he was also very responsive to my questions (I had several). His crew came in and did ~37 squares in 2 days, which included replacing 30 sheets of plywood (they needed replacing badly - I saw each sheet!!!), reflashing everything (including two chimneys), replacing ridge vents, adding new ridge vents to 2 areas, installing a skylight, and of course performing ALL clean-up and removal. Crew members spent a notable amount of time raking, using magnetic pick-up's for nails, and picking up roofing debris. His crew/foreman were SO polite, accommodating, and did a great job. We upgraded to PRO shingles and love the look. I'd give Eric more than 5 stars if that was an option - he won't leave or pull his crew when the job is done, until you give him the okay that you're okay!!!

I had a very good experience with Eric and the rest of the Rudnicki Roofing team. Eric analyzed all of my roofing needs and was honest and upfront about the work that was needed. His estimate was very competitive pricewise and contained specific details about the work that would be provided. The team showed up on time and performed all of the promised work (including replacing 25 sheets of plywood) in less than a day and a half. They did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. The roof looks great! Also, the gutter contractor that Eric hired as part of the work showed up as promised and had new gutters installed in a little more than 2 hours. We're very happy with all aspects of this project, and would recommend Rudnicki Roofing to anyone.

I am thrilled with Eric and his crew at Rudnicki Roofing. Eric provided excellent advice, his quote was competitive, and most importantly I knew I was working with a real professional. This was a tricky roofing challenge since we also needed some construction work done since a tree had fallen on the roof and we had damage to the fascia, trim boards, and rafters. The construction work and roofing work was completed perfectly. And, he found some issues once the shingles were pulled up and he immediately called and proposed an excellent solution to ensure that the job was done correctly. Roofing is expensive and investing in a roof is important. You will not go wrong hiring Eric Rudnicki. You will be in very good hands.

After evaluating 4-5 roofers I decided to go with Rudnicki Roofing and I must admit that I made the best decision. From estimation to finish, the owner, Eric provided details of the work and educated me on the roofing process as well. He would also call me from time to time and update on the status. The work was finished within a day and the quality of work was outstanding. He personally stood there and supervised the entire roof replacement. The price was very reasonable as well.
