All I needed was to have my roof washed of mildew, mold, moss, and dirt. I couldn't get up there myself, but Hendrick and team did a wonderful job in a just a morning. My gutters and sidewalk also look great. He was easy to work with and I highly recommend them.

This last weekend we had Hendrick from RJ Powerwash LLC come to our home and wash the outside. There was so much mold, dirt, mildew build up, the house we are in has never been washed. Given the extensive work ahead, we were concerned that a lot of harsh chemicals would need to be used. We like to be environmentally friendly, and we have two golden retrievers that play in our yard, so we were concerned. Hendrick arrived to look over our house, he patiently answered all our questions and concerns, and provided us with documentation of his processes. He was very knowledgeable and exhibited excellent professionalism. They day we scheduled the cleaning to be done he and his colleague arrived and got right to work. When they were done, he asked us to walk around the house and let him know if we had any questions or concerns. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves, leaving no trash or debris behind. Our home is so beautiful, they did an absolutely amazing job, and the price was very reasonable. We cannot recommend Hendrick and RJ Powerwash enough!

I called RJ Power washing LLC and they came right out, gave me a quote and undercut their competition by over $200. The work they did was amazing. They were very professional and personable. They went so far above and beyond my expectations. My house and gutters looks brand new. Will hire ONLY them in the future and can’t recommend them enough. 5 STARS!!!

This was excellent. Hendrick was polite, responsive, and on time. The work was perfect. All the lichen and rust stains are gone from my siding. Anything vulnerable was taped off, and no damage was done.

For starters, I went to the Better Business Bureau to find power washing companies in my area. RJ Powerwash was two towns west of me, so I went to the website, which is professionally done. I filled out the on-line form & Hendrick was very responsive (later that afternoon!). I could tell this was a full time company. Another company that I inquired does power washing part time, because it took 3-5 days for a response. I grew tired of the phone tagging. I set up my appointment for a soft wash of my house, shed & 2-tier deck. It rained the day the team of two came to do it. I glanced out occasionally to watch them & they were constant, persistent & hard working for the three hours it took them. When I did the walk through, I was sooooo impressed. I never expected to see the original color of my sun-faded front door. It was beautiful & looked like new. Then the mold on my granite stoop was gone. The eaves looked brand new & shiny. My gutters were clean & white again. The original color of my 2-level trex deck was stunning. Everything looked brand new. This service totally transformed the appearance of my house. I was looking to get my siding cleaned, and stumbled on RJ Powerwash. I put a request for information in on a Sunday and received a same-day response about setting up a time for an estimate.
Hendrick was very professional, detailed the soft wash process, and walked me through all of the details for the actual cleaning.
Day of, the cleaning was actually performed earlier than scheduled (as long as there's access to a water source, the homeowner doesn't need to be home) and the results exceeded my expectations - I could finally see that my siding was yellow and not slime green. I would highly recommend RJ Powerwash.

I called and requested a quote and I was given my quote on the day the owner of the company I might add said he would come. The work also was completed on the day it was scheduled. We have had many contractors over the 40 years of home ownership and Hendrick is high on our list for professionalism, politeness, and quality of work. Hendrick, CEO of RJ Powerwash took time to give us a solid quote and explain the process. We were concerned that the long overdue roof and gutter cleaning would create a mess. (Until he cleaned them it was so bad that I literally thought I was going to need a weed eater for the gutters!) Hendrick and his employee spent more time cleaning up after the roof (algae/moss removal) spraying and gutter unclogging than it took to do the washing! Our driveway, patio, and decks were much cleaner when they were done than before they started! Thier truck, equipment, and uniforms also spoke to their professionalism and proof they had the tools/products specific to the job. Highly recommend to those in central mass. I expect the cleaning to drastically improve the life of our roof and now I won't have to mow the gutters!

Hendrick is extremely knowledgeable about washing your roof or home the right way to make it sparkle and preserve your shingles to have your roof last longer. The vinyl siding, shutters, and gutters on our large Cape Cod-style home in West Boylston look brand new again! Pricing was reasonable and results exceeded expectations. Hendrick from RJ Power Wash LLC was very responsive to our needs. He took the time to explain his processes and the options available to us, as customers. The communication was excellent, both in person and via text messaging, and Hendrick showed up for his appointments on-time, as promised. The 'soft' power wash did not injure our siding, shutters or gutters, which Hendrick scrubbed and cleaned. Flowers and shrubs were not negatively impacted by RJ Power Wash's eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions (else I would not be typing this; my wife would have seen to it that I perished under 'mysterious circumstances').
We were very pleased that Hendrick took care to wet and fertilize them before he began spraying and to rinse them down afterwards. With RJ Power Wash's hi-end, automated equipment and its years of experience, the job went much faster than if I had attempted this chore myself - and it was certainly A LOT less messy and time-consuming. We have no concerns at all about recommending RJ Power Wash and we shall be repeat customers for as long as we live in their service area - something we cannot say about other 'home service providers' in the area. It is very difficult to find good ones, but we did with RJ Powerwash! Don't waste your time and money renting (or buying) a cheap power washer and all the chemicals. Spend only one or two hundred dollars more (at the most - depending on how much three or four hours of your time is worth to you) and get the job done professionally by RJ Powerwash. You will be happy you made that decision!

Follow up: A little disappointing that I was charged $225 for a 1.5 hour follow up visit to fix a siding dark spot that showed up after power washing. Otherwise:

A great job today by Hendrick and his team power washing our house, brightening the white gutters and cleaning the windows.
Attention to detail, control of runoff by installing an absorbent pad at the street drain and even protection of a garter snake who wandered into the work area all contribute to the 5 star rating.

Ramon and Alex showed up within 20 minutes of calling them for a quote. They both are very professional very thorough and provide a high quality service at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their company just based on the results of their work. You will receive a premium service from this company no matter which service you choose. Please allow them to post a small sign in your yard when they're done ( they pick it up after a couple days) it helps get their name out there and these guys deserve the business.
