Our refrigerator line malfunctioned after being gone for the evening. The water had poured down three floors! Royal Renovations came promptly and started the drying process. We had a great experience with Royal Renovations, one of the best for our house fixing needs!! The entire team was so friendly to work with and were so flexible for working around our new baby. Thank you for the exceptional customer service from all involved--Jerrid, Mitch, Logan & Johnny! I believe there was one other person I missed, everyone was fantastic.

They were quick to respond within hours of calling on a Monday morning. Lakken was pleasant to work with and communicated everything well. Would recommend Royal to others.

Had some water in my basement from a water heater and the hole basement needed to be dried up and demoed. They worked quick to get the water dried up and all my belongings out of the basement and brought to their shop to go threw and see what was good or not.
They have been very easy to work with from the people behind the desk taking all the calls to the guys and girls coming to my house to work and get my stuff moved and the basement tore apart so no further water damage happens, I cant thank them enough for everything and I would not hesitate to call them again for any home damage I have if its water fire or anything thanks Royal Renovations for everything .

Someone ran into my garage and it was badly damaged Royal Renovations came out and within a month I had a new looking garage and every step of the way they had my back. I would highly recommend them.

Lakken was here at my home when I experienced sewer & water damage recently. I was very impressed with his customer service skills. He is personable , responds honestly to questions, brought in equipment and explained what his company could do to repair the damage. He knows the companies standards and carefully explains them . He has certainly helped make a sudden and somewhat severe incident more tolerable! I am also going to include Jerrid and Mitch as very professional.

Our insurance company put us in touch with Royal Renovations to estimate and repair the damage done by a leaky water line and we couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. The communication was excellent and all the workers involved were friendly, on-time, and very professional. The project manager, Tim, always kept us notified as to what and when would be done, and Jason, who did the sheetrock and tiling did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend them!

Royal Renovations did an absolutely amazing job on my house. We had a massive storm come through and knock down a tree. We had extensive damage to our roof, deck, and gutters. Royal came and completed all of the work. It was so nice to only have to deal with one company to fix all areas. Only having to communicate with one company made this a much more pleasant experience. Our 2021 new build (Capstone Homes) had major water damage in the fall of 2023. Our insurance sent Royal Renovations first thing and they were nothing but kind and respectful. Jason did our flooring and did a phenomenal job. He kept us in the loop and was very kind to my small children who have lots to say! Thanks to the RR team for leading with kindness…feels like a hard thing to come by these days. I would recommend them for any of your renovation needs.

Tim, Jason and Laken did an amazing job for us! They replaced the entire front door, threshold and repaired damage to the floor. They are the best.

Royal just finished up our water damage renovations. The employees are all super friendly and they take pride in their work. Everything they did looks better than the three-year-old builder grade in my home.

Ben, Alison, Kayli and Lakken performed a literal miracle in our basement. We had a sump pump fail and flood the space. We had so much junk and furniture to move, yet within 5.5 hours, they had all the carpet up and gone, drywall trimmed, fans and "dehue"'s going. I litterally couldn't imagine a better quality of service. That gave me space for me and my 3 dogs and a cat to work from home and were very professional and prompt.

Great at first, very friendly, but I feel like that is a facade. A tree fell on our house, they were recommended by insurance through a vetted site. Once all the paperwork was done, that was the last I ever heard from them. It's been a rainy season with a hole in my roof and they're not to be rushed. It's been weeks and weeks and I've called several times. A customer's time is important so I'm no longer wasting mine on waiting. Going with someone else.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any repairs done to their home. They were very polite very constant on their work. They worked very well together,and made sure everything was right. They had a good team,Johnny,Jason, Lakken, Tim and Alison. If there was a problem they were very prompt on corecting it.We are very happy with them and their work.

After flooding our theatre room, we called Royal Renovations and Johnny, Juan and Maribel came out to do the repairs. They did wonderful work. Very clean, made sure our carpet/furniture was covered and worked very quickly. The room looks great!

They did a great job fixing the water damaged bathroom in the duplex I rent. they were punctual, professional, skilled, friendly and considerate. And the landlord says affordable.

Everyone that worked on my house was absolutely wonderful. They were very easy to talk to and very out going. I would refer you guys 100 times over. Ben responded in an hour and was able to test for moisture and put fans and filters going immediately! He and a second employee then showed up the next morning and continued mitigation and removal of damaged materials. He has continued all week to monitor and kept us informed of status and addressed all our concerns. Mitch also came and apprised us of a plan and options. We're confident of this company's care and will be using them to continue the replacement of our water damaged home. Thank you Royal!
Part 2. The crew of Jonny,Juan and Maribel have finished the restoration of water damage in our basement! back to 100% original and in some instances 150%. They took time to match trim and paint matching and even securing backing better than original. Ben and crew is here today stretching carpet and final cleaning. So nice to have this much completed! Thanks again to a great crew of people!

Royal Renovations was recommended by our insurance company (USAA) when a supply hose to our washer broke and flooded our 5 bedroom 2 bath home.
Initially in shock we were surprised when Royal was on the job within two hours of reporting our disaster. The mitigation process was completed professionally and timely.
Based upon their initial performance we decided to use them for reconstruction. Not a small mater as everything was needed including: new flooring, new fixtures, cabinetry, ceilings, heating. Everything basically with our main bathroom tub as the only untouched item.
My wife and I were delighted that we completed our “last walkthrough” today in 15 minutes. Everything was completed timely and professionally with a special thanks to Jonatan Rivera who was the construction foreman for the project. He made the process work. Many thanks

Highly recommend. We had water damage that was addressed very quickly by Royal Renovations. Both the mitigation and restoration work were high quality and the area was left cleaner than they found it. Jason in particular was very skilled and helpful. He did a great job keeping us updated.

They came from our insurance company for a ceiling leak. They came out said we could not be in our home while they worked wanted us to leave. After they were done the ceiling was not covered so we asked them to fix the work they did. They came back out but sent us a huge bill for the 2nd coat of paint. They should have known it wouldn't cover in 1 coat.they charged 250 dollars to cover a ceiling fan with poly . I would not have them back as I feel like 6k is to much to paint some water damage out in a living room ceiling. They do not return calls well and are hard to get a hold of anyone. I feel they tried to fleece a 80 year old women out of tons of money

Every person I delt with, from the courteous office staff, their field employees, or even the occasional contractor, was highly knowledgeable, polite, and skilled. The work was of the highest quality. The amazing attention to detail and quality of the work has taken a stressful insurance claim and turned it into a point of pride in our home.

I had kitchen damage done back in June. It is now December and I still haven't gotten any clear direction. The guy in charge constantly ignores me. It's now December. I can't afford to heat my home because I have no floor and the cold air is coming through a long with rodents. Since I don't have a floor. No sink. No washer. No communication. Not being treated professionally. The only reason I went with Royal Renovations was because I was recommended. And word of mouth is huge. As a single mom with no one to help and a sick kid it's embarrassing the lack of compassion this company offers. I would never recommend them.

I went to a CE class that Royal Renovations hosted on March 22, 2022. Very good information and the venue was also good. I would take another CE class hosted by them again.

So far so good. Courteous on the phone when I made an inquiry, Jared called when he thought he was going to run late for our 2:30 appointment but he made it at 2:28! I'm expecting a bid this week.
We'll see how it goes.

Royal Renovations has helped us not once but twice in the last few months with two unfortunate water events at our home. They came quickly, assessed the situation, and helped us cleanup and get dried out quickly and safely. In the one instance that required remodeling, they helped us restore what was damaged and put in a beautiful new floor. I'd recommend this team for your recovery and remodeling needs. Thank you!

The people who showed up to give me an estimate explained the process from beginning to end and lead me to believe that they would handle the job each step of the way. They were great sales people. Friendly and made me believe they would do whatever they could to ease the process and complete the job all the way through. They set up giant noisy fans in the house over the weekend, took an area rug to dry it and clean it at their shop and stated they would come back. Indeed they did come back to retrieve their fans, then they explained they would follow up with an estimate to fix the rest of the job. I had to follow up with them after waiting weeks to hear from them, they indicated they were busy, but it was their intention to get back to me and plan the remodel. More time went by. Their next communication was sending a bill for drying out the place (thousands of dollars to set up some fans), but said they were too busy to finish the job. They called constantly to collect payment once I had the bill for the "clean up". Their attitudes made it uncomfortable to communicate with them. I would not recommend using this company. Based on what the other experts have said regarding the job, Royal Renovations should have taken out some flooring due to the damage there and they missed this step. Luckily my insurance company was willing to reimburse me for the rug the company did not return.

I had water damage throughout most of my basement after a sump pump failure. Jerrid with Royal was super prompt getting out to help me assess the damage, remove the carpet and padding and set up everything needed to properly dry everything out to prevent further damage and mold. My insurance didn't cover it and they were super accommodating on the billing side of things. 10/10 would recommend!!

Our group did a tour of the business, very nice people and looking forward to doing business with them if needed.

I was in a pinch to have some work done in our bathroom in a timely manner. Royal Renovations responded timely and completed the work in a quick manner.

I was not very happy with the end result I got from them. It was very unprofessional and I definitely do not recommend. They put most of their focus on the money when they didn’t even get the job done. Their machine was messed up my floor carpet and there was water coming from it. Overall I was not satisfied with their end result and their work was very trashy and bad.

We had an issue with septic back up and this company came highly recommended! We now know why! Fast, Reliable, Courteous and they were great at explaining and taking care of everything to our total satisfaction! We will definitely call your company again if we ever have another issue like this in the future!

We had an emergency that needed professional cleaning. Royal Renovations sent a very professional crew to our home on Christmas Eve and took care of everything. The house looked new when they were done.

Royal Renovations came out to clean our carpets and did a wonderful job! They were able to remove heavy traffic stains and even old stains from pets! Great service, prompt response, and very affordable! I would highly recommend them!

Talk about service Jerrid and his crew stopped by with in hours of the call. Fixed the leak, repaired the Sheetrock took care of a couple other items we needed in a matter of hours. I highly recommend Royal Renovations. I recently had a rental unit suffer a furnace blowout that covered the entire apartment in soot. Rudy and the team at Royal Renovations jumped into action and completely removed the stress. They basically took care of everything. They helped with temporary accommodations for my tenants, performed high quality work, finished the project on-time, and when the insurance company tried to underpay the claim they helped negotiate a fair settlement. Extremely satisfied with the service i received.

When we had water damage we went with Royal Renovations Because it's Family Owned and I love to support small businesses! Well I quickly learned that not only are they Family Owned but They make you feel like family as well! Their Customer Service is above the rest and the work they do is done perfectly and in a timely manner! I work from home and if a day didn't work for me to have them come we rescheduled for another day! They are very flexible and the Quality of work and Their Professionalism as well as Kindness was Amazing & So Appreciated by Us!!
