Called Tuesday and was told someone would be out next day at 12. Wednesday at 1, got phone call and person hung up on me. When I called back, she said tech should be there around 2 maybe a little later. Around 4, I get another call he'll be there around 5/5:30. At that point, we said no. Completely unprofessional. I wasted the day being home for someone to show and nobody came. If you're that busy, you should have called me at 12 and said "hey, we're behind today. It will either be after 3 or do you want to reschedule?" The way this was handled was wrong.

Royal One is one of the companies out there. They did an immaculate job on my siding and roof. Definitely I will use them again!

Unlike several other roofers, Royal 1 made no attempt to sell me a new roof, even though I gave them every opportunity to do so. They correctly and honestly insisted that my roof only needed a few repairs and had plenty of life remaining.

Pricing was very competitive. Plus, they were timely, worked quickly, did quality work, and cleaned up like they were never there.

Finally, they communicated consistently and professionally, and - this is important to me - they communicated with me in the manner that I prefer.
