Very happy with Advantage Contacting, would recommend. From the estimate to the completion of the job, very professional, clear communication of the job, timing, cost etc.. We had them knock down a wall in our kitchen and install a kitchen island, came out great. Ignazio and team were very efficient and kept the entire kitchen area covered and cleaned each day which allowed us to have full use of our kitchen during the job. The estimator Bill and field manager Steve were very helpful and great to work with.

I (an Architect) have had at least 10 clients work with Advantage since 2019. They consistently bring jobs in on time and on budget. They are an excellent team to work with. All of their project managers are attentive, knowledgeable and courteous.

I highly recommend Advantage! Our first job, a bathroom, was in 2001 and our most recent, the kitchen, was in 2024, with several jobs in between and we have been satisfied every time. Every job has been on time and on budget. The crew is very professional and always leaves the site clean. We go back to Advantage time and time again because we have never had a problem. Rich promised us 12 weeks and they were done in 12 weeks, on budget, very responsive, expert craftmanship and creative problem solvers. Don and I (Annette) chose Advantage for our master bathroom around 8 years ago and were so pleased with their superior workmanship, we've hired them for all the other upgrade projects we've done in our home over the years. We so appreciate the quality and professionalism they apply to each project and more importantly, their follow-up service is beyond compare. Knowing that when I call, they always "send someone right over" to have a look at something is a game changer. My wife and I hired advantage to do several projects on our house including new roof, skylights, siding, portico over front door, new kitchen and new bathroom. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with in terms of planning and communication as to when the work would start, the timeline for ordering fixtures, and making sure everything would work in our space. Steve led the work and did an amazing job all around from coordinating other subcontractors, making sure our requests were met, and giving open and honest ideas and answers when we had a questions during construction. When there was one minor miscommunication about bathroom counter top selection/availability, Rich the owner came out and apologized for the mistake and made sure the correct quartz was here the next day for install. All levels of the organization were so professional and courteous and they were a pleasure to work with. We’ve already recommended Advantage to several other families and one of them is already working with Rebecca on redesigning their kitchen. The last thing I’ll note is that everything is planned out so well. Supplies, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, etc. were all ordered and delivered well in advance of install day so there were no delays. They did all our work in a matter of about 4.5 weeks which was just fantastic.

Very professional approach, and friendly too! Our project couldn't go ahead as planned for external reasons but I would happily consider Advantage for our next project!

I have used Advantage on various projects in my home, ranging from small to fairly large. They have always done an excellent job which is why I keep bringing them back. Communication is key and they have always been very responsive to me. I will be using them in the future for any upcoming projects around the home.

I reached out to Advantage Contracting via their website to discuss a kitchen and bathroom remodel and a longer term basement build out. They quickly replied and we secured a date/time to meet. At the time of the appointment, my husband and I went to our new home that we don’t currently live in and no one showed up. I reached out to the owner and another contact at the company and didn’t hear back until the next day. The next day the owner emailed to say he was sorry he missed the appointment. I then heard from the other contact about how sorry he was. He assured me this is not how they do business and he would stay on top of the communication. He said the owner would give me a call later that afternoon and he would personally follow up after that call. The owner never called and I have not heard from them since.

Advantage did a great job. We are thoroughly pleased with their work and professionalism throughout our bathroom project. Their recommendations we right on point. We highly recommend Rich and his entire team if needing remodeling or renovation work. Awesome to work with!

Advantage Contracting was a saving grace for our family. We had hired another contractor that spent a year doing more harm than good to our home and left many areas in shambles. Although most other contractors would not even attempt to do a job where the primary goal was fixing another contractors mistakes, Advantage came in and did excellent work that involved everything from a rooftop deck, roof repairs, masonry, framing work, trim carpentry etc. They also did new work we added of superb quality and craftsmanship. Sleepless nights have converted to happy memories and I would recommend anyone looking for a contractor to stop their search and call this company!

I used Advantage for multiple projects to our home. Two were small repair projects to the outside. In addition, they also gave our entry way a complete update which came out great. The team has good communication thru phone and email. The onsite crew deserve kudos for attention to the details!

We just recently used Advantage Contracting this year to replace an exterior soffit on our front patio. Needless to say they did a great job from start to finish. Rich and his staff are courteous and responsive. They were easily reachable and guided us thru the entire process.

Advantage did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen! At this point in time it is so difficult to get materials but Rich did a fantastic job in getting our materials much faster than we thought. Once materials were in, we were put on the schedule immediately! His men came on time for the days that were expected to work. They were professional and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Bill never showed up at my home last Tuesday at 10am. I planned my day around him and never even got a call explaining what happened. Called the office 3 times and they picked up one time and just said they’re not sure where he is (and please don’t reply and say you don’t have a record of the appointment because that was confirmed). Nearly 7 days later, zero acknowledgement. Not sure where all of these positive reviews are coming from, but if you are looking to work done in your home, look elsewhere. Imagine how responsive they would be during an actual project….

Rich and the entire team are incredible. They did beautiful, quality work, quickly, neatly and at a great price. We had major damage to our home which wasn't covered by insurance so this wasn't a fun renovation project but they made it stress-free and as easy as possible. Rich was in touch throughout the entire process. He was very patient and took all of my calls and crazy questions. The team was always polite, very organized and we couldn't believe how fast they worked. I highly recommend them! We had a floor collapse. They removed the damage, rebuilt the structure and flooring and repaired the entire crawlspace, sump pump and drain that caused the collapse. The new flooring is beautiful! I can honestly say they went over and beyond to help in this terrible situation. Thank you Advantage, Rich and team!

My husband and I have never had anything in our home remodeled, but our bathrooms were out of date and in serious need of an upgrade. From start to finish Advantage helped us remodel both of our bathrooms. We had no idea what to pick out, what to go with but their designer helped us greatly! We highly recommend using Advantage. Both the staff and construction professionals couldn't have been nicer. They paid attention to every detail and did such a professional job. The entire job took as long as they said it would. I've heard horror stories from people who were told their jobs would take 4 weeks but ended up taking 4 months as one example. We thank you Advantage for being so great. I've posted some photos and where you see a tall closet, that was where our old stall shower was. This closet has multiple shelves and the storage is abundant! We LOVE our new bathrooms, thank you ADVANTAGE!

My husband and I brought on Advantage Contracting to gut renovate our kitchen in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy. Obviously, this timing put an extra level of pressure on the project! We began the process early in the new year and got bids from 5 different contractors. Advantage was by far the most comprehensive bid and made it possible for us to really understand the scope of the project and what we would be responsible for. Many of the other bids seemed too good to be true, and when compared to Advantage’s well-broken-out bid we saw that much on the others was excluded making the bids not comparable. We felt so confident going into our project with Advantage and they absolutely did not disappoint. Other bidders told us “no problem we’ll definitely be done before you’re due!” But Advantage was honest that a 7 week timeline might be necessary, but that they would do everything in their power to keep the project moving as quickly as possible, knowing we were on a time crunch. The permitting process took a month and it was handled by Advantage. Once permits were in place, they were here every day, moving so fast through the project and keeping us updated on progress and getting our feedback along the way. When small discrepancies came up they were remedied immediately and carefully. The kitchen came out more perfect than we could have imagined, and was finished early (and ahead of baby’s arrival, thankfully!) We had a great previous experience with Advantage Contracting for our roof fascia repair. So when we had a ceiling repair job as a result of an unleveled air handler in the attic we decided to call Advantage for this job too. From the quote to the completion of the job, Advantage Contracting was always punctual, professional and communicative. Their price quoted for the job was also very transparent and reasonable. The work Jack did with the ceiling repair was high quality along with the added bonus of him caring about the cleanliness of our house afterwards by vacuuming and Swiffering our floors both days he was here. The finishes and painting done by Dennis were meticulous and superb as well. The end result of all of Advantage Contracting’ fine work was a ceiling where you’d never know anything was damaged or replaced at all. Thanks Advantage and for the piece of mind knowing who to call for any future jobs in our home.

There was nothing I DIDN'T like about this business. From the first meeting with Rich, I had a good feeling about working with the Advantage team. The contract was specific, the project started and ended on schedule, and Frank and Tim (among others such as the electrician, plumber, and painter) were at the top of their game. I am in awe of their craftsmanship. They also treated my home-and dog!- with the utmost respect.
I am already looking forward to our next project with them!

Update 4/19/24: Advantage once again did quality work with the excavation and digging to install French drains and a sump pump. Soon after it rained and proves everything worked. No more water in the basement! Even more,.all workers were respectful of my home and amazingly cleaned up like they weren't even here. Without question, Advantage will work on my next home project!

Update 1/21/19 - And they stand behind their work too. This bathroom that was redone needed a little bit of fixing, and they did it. No issues.. no excuses, and said if anything needs to be fixed in the future to just let them know. That's the peace of mind you look for when you make an investment in your home. Thank you Advantage!
