Even through email, it’s clear that she is respectful, professional, and committed to providing excellent service. Her prompt communication and thoughtful approach make a big difference. Although our association has had two (2) property managers throughout the years, we've never had a manager as organized as Madison Meyer (within Briley Property Managenent)! I used to have to not only deal with the property managers - but the homeowners ... almost on a daily basis. So for Madison to come in - get understanding of our situation and start 'managing' our association, brings me joy! Of course there are things that I still have to do and decisons that I still have to make, but she's removed the stress and I'm thankful.

Madison Meyer is an asset to whatever company she's with and I'm glad to have worked with her!

As a board member and homeowner, I’ve had firsthand experience with the consistent dysfunction and lack of professionalism at Roy Briley Property Management. This company has demonstrated an alarming inability to provide even the most basic level of competent HOA management.

There is a clear pattern of employee turnover—what amounts to a revolving door—because of how poorly staff are treated behind the scenes. This instability directly impacts service to the communities they manage. As a result, we’ve seen repeated mismanagement, including:
• Critical insurance policies allowed to lapse for months—putting every homeowner in our community at enormous financial and legal risk, with no timely communication or accountability to the board.
• Repairs initiated but never completed, followed up on, or documented, leading to confusion, unresolved safety concerns, and wasted funds.
• Basic administrative responsibilities routinely dropped due to lack of continuity, training, or follow-through from staff who never stay long enough to take ownership.

At the root of this dysfunction is a leadership problem. Roy Briley one of the owners, has a well-documented track record of poor character and reactive, retaliatory behavior in other business dealings. While that may not be the primary issue here, it does help explain why the company culture suffers and why capable staff don’t stick around.

Homeowners and boards rely on management companies to protect their property, enforce standards, and act as a partner—not a liability. Sadly, Roy Briley Management has proven itself to be unreliable, disorganized, and fundamentally lacking in integrity.

If your community is considering hiring them—or worse, is currently stuck with them—I’d strongly urge you to start looking elsewhere.

Our HOA has been working with Roy Briley a short time roughly a year and half, but Danielle recently took over our HOA as our main contact and even with all our issues from a problem unit and getting all caught up on the crazy amount of emails she is always helpful and quickly handles any requests! She has been on top of everything even finished some things left open from before her time of having us as her client! We are very happy to have her and Roy Briley on our side!

How many great things can I remark on about how extraordinarily helpful, Madison Meyer has been. I work with her periodically, but just recently she came to the rescue of a very complicated coondo sales transaction that was made all the more challenging due to missing and vital information from the homeowner's association. Despite efforts to get the HOA into compliance, Madison and her team were successful in rallying the Board to get the work done in order for this and future sales to occur. Madison at Roy Briley turned our struggling condo association around, with top-level, highly responsive, experienced, and professional service! She took the time to listen, provided her feedback, and always had recommendations. She welcomed every board member, cared about our issues and helped us navigate through tough situations. She attended every meeting, returned our calls and e-mails, and followed through. Madison has helped us restore a sense of community in our association and it shows, not only in improved physical appearance of our condos, but in our condo community. I had a great experience getting my roof repaired a couple months ago. My roof was leaking and going into my heater. Ivan was helpful and consistently followed up with the contractors whenever there were delays and communicated with me through the entire process. The contractor who fixed my roof was friendly, professional, and did a great job. The customer service from Roy Briley was exceptional with this repair.

We have been with the Roy Briley Management Company for almost 2 years. They are very professional and we have experienced more information about our condo association than we ever had before. They are very responsive and with Madison as the General Manager, they have rectified many problems we have had here. If you are considering Roy Briley, I would say you won’t be sorry and mostly amazed about all the info regarding your association that you never had seen before (financials, etc ).

This is a review of Roy Briley HOA Management Division (and specifically of Michelle Scott). We have had Roy Briley HOA managing our condo’s small HOA (only 4 units) since we have owned it (approximately 5 years). Over the first several years we have had a considerable amount of frustration and disappointment with the 5 or so different managers assigned to our account. This has changed significantly since Michelle Scott has been our HOA association manager. In my estimation she stepped into a very difficult situation and probably had a lot of negativity to deal with. My frustration level before she took over was maxed out. When I first met and spoke with Michelle she listened carefully to my concerns and remarks although I was not at all confident that she would actually try to address them. Michelle proved me wrong. She follows up on my communications and inquiries in a timely manner and has given me with the type of care and concern that I would want to see if I owned Roy Briley. In my estimation, she is a professional and valuable asset to her employer.

This Company is 1st class! From the people working in the field to the office personnel! They are all amazing people trying their very best to make a difference every day! I can't imagine the number of clients they talk to on a daily basis. Yet they still have professionalism and down to earth employees. Making a very difficult job look very easy! They are the BEST OF THE BEST!! Our company has been working with them for the past few months! I was concerned when this past year our HOA accounting was reassigned from the very competent Patrick Hammond to Michelle Scott. The transition is complete and Patrick Hammond has continued to make himself available, as necessary, and Michelle has proven to be competent, professional and responsive. I look forward to working with her and her staff member Courtney Hutchinson going forward.

Madi Myers is hands down the best person i have dealt with at Roy Bailey since i moved into Nathan court condo in 2017. Through the years I’ve had struggled to get someone who communicates in a timely matter whether with good or bad information and for maintained things. She is a huge asset to the company and have made things significantly easier to deal with at my condo. Whatever they’re paying her isn’t enough. If i had this level of communication and willingness to work with all the condo unit owners the whole time I’ve lived there instead of how it’s was the first 4.5 years of living there I’d give 5 stars

Roy briley is a crook he takes any opportunity to put money in his pocket that he’s stealing from the unit owners that pay him to make their life easier…. He takes all jobs himself with one of his many other side companies without getting any bids on projects that would be cost effective and the proper legal process to lower costs and not just paying himself without any consequences. I’ve personally tried numerous times to get proof of full disclosure and have been unsuccessful every time even when simply asking for brileys full documentation of his legal licenses and bonding companies to no avail every single time I’ve requested. He consistently hides behind the board of condo association which fired our better business bureaus A+ rating management company for no reason and immediately hired roy Brileys management company that had a BBB business rating of an F minus!! Which later went in to have no business contact with his company which is very rare for the BBB to ever have happen.

Horrible does not manage the condo complex in a manor that’s responsible or respectful. Calvin is a horrible associate that works there doesn’t respect the president at one of the condos they overlook, doesn’t return calls governs there association like they’re in china. I would not let them overlook the association responsibility’s you’ll be very upset. As you can see in the pics these are things I personally took pictures of from summer 2022 august. There’s the roof in the back of condos above or splits 17/18 , the woodroofing is rotted and falling apart they were told about it no answer. Concrete block steel railings rusted and not attached in many areas.
I’m a concerned friend of a person that lives in there condos. Buildings falling apart steps falling apart it’s pulling hair that catches there attention at wits end

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DOES NOT CLEAN THROROUGHLY!!!VERY NASTY PEOPLE!!!
If I could give no stars I would!
I recently put money down on a rental unit, signed papers but did not move in because of life and death safety issues...it is a basement apartment with windows that are 5ft from the floor, and there is no way out for my 4 year-old in the event of fire not to mention no fire extinguishers or emergency lighting in the hallways.
It was suggested by Amber, who is a so-called property manager, that she go out the window. What kind of horrible person suggests that a 4 year-old "go out the window?"
Now they are refusing to return my money and let me out of the lease.

A perfect Association Managing Agent does not exist. Roy Briley Association Management was upfront about the services, costs, and what they could and could not do. They treat the board of directors like human beings and know that time is our most sought after asset. Jocelyn Lopez and her team are never condescending to the board and they are respectful with owners. It was a pleasure working with them in my last few years with Alpine Village Condo Association in Anchorage, AK. Good luck Alpine and Jocelyn! May the odds ever be in your favors!

Roy Briley property management has been taking care of our rental property since the day we bought it seven years ago. They have done an excellent job. If my tenants have a problem they call Chris and he takes care of it. No headaches at all on my part. If you’re looking for a property manager these are the guys!

The owners of my building use them as property managers . mostly every one is nice especially Chris M.
The issue i have had is with Brian H . Problem 1. he’s rude and don’t know how to communicate with tenants in a respectful manner . Very nonchalant. A lot of miscommunication between him and his co workers and he takes it out on the tenants when he is not aware of what’s going on . Problem 2. my Ledger shows a balance for another unit maintence fee that i’ve mentioned it to them multiple times that it was not my unit and provided the receipt on the rental portal for the unit it shows it’s for . brian not knowing a damn thing tells me i owe them 105 and need to pay it. i explained i have spoken to another worker there about it and he said he would handle it and make sure it’s taken off my ledger . If an owner is paying you to handle their property i’d expect you to properly deal with their tenants respectfully.

Roy Briley sold my home after it was listed in 21 days. I also had his people paint the ceiling in my house and fix some write up from inspectors. He did a great job and his staff was very good. I would use them again.

Crooks

Edit for clarification.

We were in the moveout process, We had cleaning supplies inside the house 3 days before the end of the lease.
My roomate and I left for the night, came back to the house locked and marked for abandonment, and they towed my car away 2 days prior to the posted end date.

We never had the chance to clean or fix the issues in the house. So in my view, your the crooks.

Anyone wanting to rent from these guys I got 20 people that will say you shouldnt rent from them with a 10 foot pole.

This review clear enough for you Roy Briley?

I can go into detail on how terrible you maintaince crew is, how terrible your repair prices are. How long it actually takes to get someone out there?
