Route 66 Ace Hardware

I always love going into our Ace hardware. The associates are always very nice and helpful. Very friendly. And very knowledgeable.

Everyone is friendly. DO NOT come here to get keys. I've tried 3 times to get different keys made. They never have the blank. This time I came for a truck key and they took forever, then the vet cut another key before finishing mine. At least I got a key this time.

To be honest these people are snarky as heck, I’m grateful I got help, but I also got judged and ridiculed because I needed help, and because of the saw I had, as if it was too advanced for me, and I promise I wasn’t being a jerk, or a “Karen” heck I usually don’t leave reviews like this period, but the stihl tech Joe actually seemed like he hated helping me out, while the other employee back there was just acting like a jerk as if it involved him, or it was a joke to him, I tried to explain myself as to why I was there that I wasn’t choking the chainsaw twice, and that I didn’t mean to flood it, but the guy Joe insisted on pressing matters that it was all my fault, and that I was using the wrong bar oil because it was too watery, and I was just telling him it was simple bar oil, and then he says I have an m-tronic motor, and I was trying to understand what he was saying and how to work it, and yes I get it, this guy is a pro he knows his stuff, and I don’t, but he was doing this thing where he was throwing the fact I needed help in my face and I was trying to figure things out, but I didn’t even get to see how he even calibrated the saw because he took it outside and finally he charges me for the spark plug, in which I was also blamed for, because apparently he didn’t like putting in a new spark plug in, and he walks me to the oil in a silent fit, showing me what kind of oil to get, and I simply said ok, and bought it, and to be honest this isn’t the first time I’ve had trouble with these guys, asking for help seems to be something they HATE, in fact with this guy he’s told me not to ask him for help “before his lunch break” and seriously this guy needs a serious attitude adjustment, when he loosened my bar and chain while he lectured me on that he actually made my chain fall off, and I learned everything from a YouTube video when I got home, because this jerk was more set up on ridiculing than helping me out, same with that hipster who was just hanging out in the back cutting glass for some lady

This is a great Ace Hardware. It has just about everything. Bought some Wild Bird Food (on sale!) and a screen patch kit. The employees are always helpful.

The manager Kevin is exceptional, very professional and kind. Kevin is always been very helpful if there's not an item in the store he will take the time to see if it can be ordered. Thank goodness for Kevin at Ace hardware

I always have a great experience when I go in. I’m usually pretty lost lol and they always always help me and put me in the right direction or give me suggestions and they are always just so kind which is a nice breath of fresh air considering everything that that’s going on in the world.

Second time in two days went to Ace for AC supplies & the gentleman was very helpful & the cashier was very friendly! I was able to find everything I needed & I will definitely make this my store for future miscellaneous items!!

Horrible experience shopping here. Employees Ghost people as if theyre stealing and im talking about a couple employees going back and forth making sure what i do is not steal anything lol like who does not unless your a kid. Disrespectful i suggest to the Manager but i assume he makes this policy

You can basically find any item here that they have in the bigger home improvement stores , without all the walking and possibly getting lost. Clean store , reasonable prices , and friendly employees. It's now my "go to " for projects around the house

Went in to find a rechargeable flashlight but was unable to find one. The cashier was able to look online to order one. Very pleased with the service

The newest Ace here in Los Lunas. Knowlageable and friendly staff had everything I needed to service my Stihl MS 462CM chainsaw

The staff at this Ace location are wonderful. They are very helpful and friendly, the shelves are well stocked with a nice variety of items.

Since moving to New Mexico 2 years ago, each time I have visited this store they have been the most helpful with helping me find an item. If they do not carry it or have it in stock, they check other stores. A young gentleman kindly carried a heavy bag of pellets out to my truck just the other day. All the staff are so friendly and kind. They will always have my business!

First time coming to our local ACE here in Los Lunas and I'm amazed at how much different things they have here. Not to mention the friendly and knowledgeable employees.

I have made several visits to Ace hardware in Los Lunas. I would like to commend the staff for the consistency with customer service provided to me. The staff always greets you when you walk in and there is always someone to help you find what you need. The customer service definitely is far better than Lowe’s or Home Depot. This store is very well organized and always clean. It is so nice to have this hardware store in Valencia County with exceptional customer service staff.

I love going here!. Always helpful and they always seem to have a sale or discount on everything I need. I even got coupons in the mail for being a rewards customer already and the establishment has only been open for less than 6 months.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I took in 5 window screens. I was told it would take four days. It took the two weeks and they didn’t fix them right. I wanted the frames and screens redone. They screwed me out of $110.00. They wouldn’t give me even a discount. The man told me he didn’t take the order I told him Robert did.
The one is so bent if I put it in it will break. I’m elderly disabled women with disfigured hands from rheumatoid arthritis. I just hope I can put the one that’s bent in without breaking it.

This was mine and my husband's first time in the store. Neither of us have been to an Ace before. The store itself is a very nice store. Alot of product and neat and clean. The problem I had was the employees. Now I know the neighborhood that it is in gets alot of theft but seriously these people were being ridiculous. My husband was looking for something to fasten a pole that he was putting up. So we looked around the store a bit, found the area for the fastners but they weren't going to work for him. So we decided to keep looking to see if he would find something else. Eventually an employee came up to us to see if we needed help. The guy tried to help but wasn't able to find a better solution. So we went back grabbed the one my husband thought would work and decided to check out the rest of the store before we left. During this whole time we were there multiple employees would pass us by and ask us if we needed help even while the employee was already helping us.By the time my husband asked me to go check out the rest of the store they were circling us, as soon as one would pass another would be going around us talking on there little radios asking for camera checks. It made me so uncomfortable I told my husband to pay for his stuff because I wanted to leave. I understand they have a job to do but seriously this was too much. I will never go back again and if my husband decides to then he better not invite me this time.

Great store! Thankful to have an Ace Hardware in Los Lunas. Good selection of merchandise. Good quality and very helpful staff! Purchased a 20 volt Craftsman drill and I love it! They have everything from yard tools to barbecue grills. Definitely recommend our local Ace!
