I “posted” a review expressing my dissatisfaction with the way we were treated and how they did not offer any thing to change a cabinet order and delivery! My review is not shown!
Ask a lot of questions! The way they handle their free“delivery” is NOT a delivery. You will have to hire a moving company to get it in your home! They make it seem like they’ll put it where you can deal with it. This is not true. Plus, we have NO idea if it is what we ordered!
It’s in a heavy cardboard box and there’s a hole in the cardboard BUT since they won’t show you the cabinet, I have NO idea IF there’s damage! The receipt the man left says custom orders are not returnable! Believe me, do not order anything you cannot see when you pay! You will regret it!
And then, there’s the woman that hung up the phone on me!

Joe and his entire team have been the hands down choice for entire home builds from lumber to cabinets. Local and responsible, they take the time to exceed expectations every time. Thank you!

We love coming here because the staff is so knowledgeable. We bought our wood here for a deck and it’s beautiful! Then we over bought spindles and they had No problem taking them back. So friendly! ❤️❤️❤️

We recently moved to the area. Stopped in for paint, this hardware store carries Benjamin Moore, which is what we were looking for. They were very friendly and comparable pricing. Will revisit.

Salesperson AJ expressed interest in selling cabinet draw pull outs, but did not order everything needed to complete job which, in her professed amount of experience should not have happened. Her mistake cost me $430 and sadly management did not address her mistake, just interested in their restocking fee.Tri-Creek had been very good to me previously however I would suggest steering clear. Not professional in my opinion

Once I found tri creek home improvement, forget about menards and home depot. The customer service in kitchen and bath is outstanding. A J was so helpful with our project and so knowledgeable in her dept. Thanks tri creek for all the help on my last project. 5 stars for sure ✨️!!!

The Frederick Family has never been so pleased with a store! We moved into our home the end of March and have used Tri Creek for our bathroom vanity, kitchen island and even our beautiful hardware. We feel like family every time we walk in and the customer service is like none other! You are missing out if you haven’t tried them out yet. Brand new showroom, endless options, friendly staff, & mom & pop 'small town' feel. It's awesome to have a kids friendly play area to keep the littles occupied while you get your projects complete! If you haven't been in, you MUST. Best place to shop!!

We had never done many home improvements, so when we decided to upgrade our 60 year old kitchen, we knew it was going to big a huge undertaking for us. We put our trust in Tri- Creek Home Improvement center and Shelly and Steve. They designed our beautiful kitchen and helped us decide what would look good, and guided our contractor putting in the farmhouse sink. We purchased everything from Tri-Creek, our cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, all interior and 1 exterior door. The expertise and guidance they gave us are top notch. Questions were answered professionally, and quickly. We are so glad we decided to shop local and would highly recommend Tri-Creek Home Improvement Center for big and small jobs.

Staff is very helpful and will do their best to help you with any type of project. A lot more here than you would think. Great place for kitchen and bath options as well as new and replacement windows.

My husband sent me into the store to pick up an item and as soon as I got through the door, a nice young man asked if I needed help finding anything. He took me right to the item. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Helpful, friendly and customer focused staff. They have a surprisingly large selection of stuff. No this isn't Home Depot or Lowe's but why would you even compare the two. I always try and shop locally if possible and these guys are my go to.

This is hands-down the best hardware store and I were gone too! Really really appreciative about how helpful all the guys have been!

I try to support local businesses as much as possible instead of the big box stores. I've gone here many times for hardware, gardening supplies, plumbing materials, etc. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

I forgive paying slightly higher prices at Tri-creek in exchange for saving time/gas traveling further north to the big boxes.

HOWEVER, lumber is nowhere near competitive. I called the guy out on how expensive the 1x4s are and he claimed that it was standard. Nope. Menards is HALF THE COST I told him. He said he wouldn't trust the lumber from Menards, but I'll let you make a judgement on the lumber I received from Tri-Creek (which was all they had -- no separating out the bad wood, because it was all bad) based on the photos and tell me if it's worth paying double the cost.

I always check here first. They usually have everything I need, or can have it by Thursday delivery. They save me time and money by not having to drive North for supplies. Staff knows where everything is, and can take me right to the spot the item is located. They also cut the best keys. I've never had to return one that didn't work perfectly.

A decent inventory for a small town hardware store, however I only go here when I have to. Some of the staff is very friendly and knowledgable but most of the women that work there always seem agitated and although they are somewhat knowledgable I feel like a nuisance to them when shopping there so I avoid going there when I can.

Coming from someone that has worked in customer service since I was 15, I found it rather rude what the employee, Amanda, done while I was shopping at Tri Creek on Friday. I had already been asked by a young man and another female employee if I needed help finding anything. Both times I replied with a "No thank you." As I was walking with my daughter to the other side of the store, from the paint section, for some drawer pulls, a third employee asks while I'm already half way there and she's at the register if I need any help. I didn't think I'd be asked a third time so didn't turn to answer thinking this was meant for another customer. This employee then nearly yells in the rudest way possible "No, guess not!" At that point I knew it was meant for me as I turned around to see who was nearly yelling like that. This employee obviously needs to take a few lessons on customer service. Next time, I won't be as polite and will ask to speak to her boss about her after I let her know how rude she is.

I use Tri-Creek Lumber for not only my lumber but paint, yard care products, cabinet information, landscaping material and other misc. home care items.
The staff there is efficient and friendly. It has a small town feel with a big store inventory and service.
