Roofs by Premier

We are completely happy with Premier Roofs. Besides doing a top-notch job and carefully attending to details, they added a few important features above and beyond what the estimate called for. And Mark at Premier was the only bidder who recognized the possibility that we could apply for a refund from the company that supplied our old shingles (they were deteriorating). He helped us get the refund which saved us quite a bit of money. The knowledge and experience of Mark and of the other folks at Premier, and their willingness to spend time helping us make the best choices, made our new roof a much better investment.
I would add that the speed at which our roof was taken off and replaced was a pleasant surprise. There was no mess, and our plants and flowers and walls were protected and survived very well. Amazing job - really. Thanks Premier.

I'm a realtor & I've used Premier numerous times. They always bid the best price & do an outstanding job. During this last cold snap they did an extremely old & steep roof with 3 layers to tear off in 1.5 days! Then they always clean up so well you can't even tell they were there. I can't recommend them loudly enough. Just great talent, smart business folks & a pleasure to work with.

Roofs by Premier was awesome to work with. Our roof was damaged from the hail storm in liberty lake last year and they dealt exclusively with insurance with little involvement from us. They came out when they said they would and the crew did a fantastic job. Complete tear down of old roof and install of new roof with clean up took a day and a half. There were some repairs that needed to be done to parts of the siding and they came out and fixed that. The installers also damage the gutters on my garage and premier hired their gutter company to come out and hang all brand new gutters on my garage to make it right. You don’t come across too many companies that will bend over backwards and incur extra costs to do the right thing. Premier is an amazing company when it comes to taking care of the customer and overall quality plus they are local. Use them if you need a roof repair or a new roof. No one else comes close!

The owner Mark gave us a fair and honest bid to prep and install our new roof after the epic hail storm with golf ball sized hail came thru our community and put divots all over our roof and vents. The company office manager worked with our insurance company every step of the way to provide all the documentation the insurance company required. The crew arrived and put blue tarps down to catch all the roofing debris, replaced sheeting and brought our attic venting up to 2023 building code and installed the majority of the new GAF shingles all in the same day. They finished up the chimney trim and clean up the following day. When I discovered some roofing nails left behind, they came back later that day and reswept and re- magnet rolled our yard and driveway to our satisfaction. We were very pleased with the quality roofing job and customer care provided. We would recommend Roofs by Premier for any of your roofing needs.

What a GREAT experience! Premier Roofing was professional and they were in constant communication with us. They were flexible and did a great job replacing our roof that had been damaged in the hail storm. We are so grateful they are a local company and they have an excellent reputation for a reason.

I had some missing shingles from an earlier storm and contacted Mark at Premier. He came on our scheduled appointment as looked at my issues. The next morning his installer was there with matching shingles and repaired my roof. I appreciate the quick response.

Extremely unprofessional. Lady hung up on me when I called to voice a concern that there roofers had not taken precautions to protect my property while they completed a job next door. It resulted in dozens of pieces of roofing being in my yard and a bunch of roofing debris getting into my brand new ac unit. Extremely unprofessional.

I had a total roof replacement done by Premier in 2009. In the past couple of years, there has been an issue with rain water running behind my gutters on the East edge of my roof. I knew that the Workmanship guarantee for the roofing job had run out long ago, but I called Premier to ask if they could come take a look, to give me guidance as to how to fix the problem, and how much it would cost. Mark, the owner, came out and looked it over. He explained what the problem was and said that there appeared to be a fault in the installation. He left, saying he'd get back to me on a fix for the problem. Again, I knew there was no guarantee remaining, and I was just hoping he'd cut me some kind of break on the cost of the repair. Then, one morning, a worker showed up at my house to fix my roof. He worked all day doing the repair, and it was done AT NO CHARGE. Since then, there have been a few heavy downpours, and the repair has completely eliminated the problem. My thanks to Mark, and to Premier. This was a level of Customer Service I was never expecting!

Mark and his team just got done with our roof and we could not be happier! Mark is the owner and he works just as hard as his team members. The quality is outstanding and even on the hottest days of the year they were up there to make sure the job got done on time. Thank you for all you did to get this done at a great price and on time. These guys are phenomenal! Under budget AND before the deadlines. Mark and his guys were nothing short of professional. Kayla was on top of every piece of paperwork and questions we had. You dont buy a roof everyday but Kayla and Mark have the answers and solutions to walk anyone through roof replacement.

Gil is Nice guy, good presentation. He also does basement remodels and offered to look at a basement project that we are working on to give us a quote. We eventually went with another company for the roof because they had a premier status with Owens Corning and could offer a longer and much better warranty. I let them know we were going with a different company but we were looking forward to the basement remodel quote. His wife responded "As far as the basement goes we only do remodels in accordance with our roofing projects." sounded like a sore loser.

When my husband and I bought our first home our home inspection revealed that our house had a broken rafter. After having premiere roofing contractors come out for a free quote we discovered the roof of the home we’d purchased was in much worse shape than our home inspector lead us to believe. Our entire roof, structure, truss, beams, you name it needed to be completely replaced. Premier made it super easy for us referring us to a great structural engineer to draw up plans for a completely new roof. Premier worked with us about financing options and gave us huge peace of mind knowing that we have a safe roof over our heads. They were professional, and kept an open line of communication with us. We felt like they looked out for our best interest and took customer service to a whole new level. Premier came to our house early and stayed late to ensure our roof would be completed in a timely manner and before there was rain in the forecast. We were beyond impressed that it was only 3 days start to finish. When they were done they sent multiple crews out to sweep through our yard and make sure that the tiniest of scraps was picked up. As dog owners we especially appreciated this gesture. A week after the roof was done they called and checked in just to make sure we were happy with the final results. We couldn’t be happier with premier roofing contractors and we can’t wait to bring our son home from the hospital into our first home. Knowing that our roof is safe and is built right puts our first time parent minds at ease. From the bottom of our hearts thank you Premier!

We are very happy with the new roof installed by Premier Roofing Contractors. They removed 2 existing roofs. They kept us informed as to when they would be here. They did a good job of clean up. We are definitely recommending them to friends and family who even say the word ROOF. Thanks Premier.

Don't hire Premier Roofing Contractors they are a shady company. Their driver Jason Hall caused an accident on February 13th hit a pregnant girl and my boyfriend.

2 days after the accident they changed the registration to the driver names and out of the companies name since the company nor the driver had insurance. I have the proof.

Instead of taking responsibility and paying for the repairs to which I sent certified letters, they didnt not respond and have chosen not to do the right thing.

If a company cannot take responsibility for something like this, what will happen on the job when something truly happens.
Would you really want to hire a company who is so shady and underhanded? I know I wouldn't.

So please share and get the word out that they aren't a company you would want your home or business.

UPDATE: Thank you for putting in writing on the website you had him transfer the title after the accident that means the truck was still under the company liability.

Left a huge mess. Didn't clean up before the weekend and left the yard trashed with nails, objects left everywhere. I have two dogs and they could've easily stepped on an old rusty nail. Unprofessional workers. Even after they left and "cleaned up" still found about 150 nails in our grass. Wouldn't want them to do my roof if I had small children.

Premier Roofing Contractors do the job right the first time. These guys stand by their work and I appreciate that. They are a local company in Spokane that does quality work. I'm thankful they were able to stop by my house and fix some issues with my roof.

Premier roofing is a great company. They are very punctual. The salesman was very professional. The technicians were very nice and neat. They were on time when I needed them, and that's hard to find in a roofing company!
