This was a great company to replace our roof. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. The workmanship was top notch. They brought in everything they needed and did not leave until the work was done. The job just took one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up all the debris and nails. We couldn't be happier; our project was in great hands.

Kim and his team are absolutely FANTASTIC! I highly recommend this roofing company. I live in Tucson and I used this roofing company for my grandparents who live in Casa Grande. Kim went above and beyond our expectations for this giant job. He was thorough, kind and patient with my grandparents and our situation, punctual, communicative, and beyond helpful when it came to dealing with insurance companies. He accommodated our unique family situation and went out of his way to meet with my mom and me on Saturdays when their company is closed. He is so fantastic that I'm going lay out in this review all of the spectacular things he did for my family.

My grandparents were losing their homeowner's insurance due to the condition of their roof and we got four different quotes for this job. My grandparents' roof was in HORRIBLE condition, and it was a job we couldn't afford to do or sure we should do because we don't know how much longer they could stay in the house anyway. Out of the four quotes we got ($7k, $11k, $18k, and $24k), Kim's quote was the highest, but you definitely get what you pay for, he doesn't cut any corners, and he exceeds all expectations. His quote was extremely thorough, laid out all the costs in an easy to read format so there were no hidden costs, and even predicted some additional costs due to the condition of the roof (like additional wood, plumbing, electricity, and cooler parts that may need to be used). We needed so many things done to the house, and he happily volunteered to fix everything for us that other roofing companies we got quotes from were not willing to do.

We needed the carport torn down (it was pulling on a wall on the side of the house and causing a lot of damage), a completely new roof (I don't know the terms, but basically the entire roof was rotted from sun and rain damage), new shingles, a tree to be trimmed by the house, a small roof built over this shed that is attached to the house, and a brand new swamp cooler installed with some plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. We also had a hard time with the insurance companies during this time, and Kim was knowledgeable when it came to getting more money for my grandparents to help pay for this job, how to finance the roof either through his company or a second mortgage option, and how to deal with the new insurance company we got that wanted to drop us while the roof was being fixed.

During the job, he offered to move my grandparents' car every day in and out of the yard so they could have access to their car while the roofing team wasn't working at the house. They were so friendly with my grandparents (who are handicapped and need a lot of care) that I NEVER heard about one bad interaction between his staff and my grandparents. Their friendliness with my grandparents while I was not able to supervise the project all week was so incredibly important to me, as my grandparents can be curmudgeonly and easily confused. Every day my grandma called me and said that they were so nice and working so hard on her roof (and that they even brought "their own bathroom!" ;D ). Even when the staff had to enter the home to fix electrical connections for the cooler, they chatted with my forgetful grandma and she felt safe and happy in their presence. Overall, this project took about a week to complete.

At the end of this project, they trimmed a tree in the front yard so it would be suitable for the insurance company's inspection, raked and cleaned the entire front yard, moved a few boxes from the shed into the house, and ensured no nails were in the yard so my grandparents can safely park their car in the yard.

The roof looks gorgeous, the cooler was installed with a new dial so my grandparents can easily adjust the temp with their physical disabilities. I cannot thank this roofing company enough for all they have done for my family. I appreciate their thoroughness, friendliness, and timeliness to get this job completed. I would 10/10 use them again or recommend them to anyone.
