Great company with great people. Kevin (my sales representative) came over within an hour of our roof leaking the day before Thanksgiving to give us an estimate and allow for us to travel for the holidays. He then provided an estimate with all our options from repair to replacement. He took his time going over each decision and I never felt rushed or 'sold.' The day before the replacement started he called and told us what to expect. The day of the the work he came early to make sure we didn't have any questions. After the work was finished he walked around the home with me to make sure everything was clean and complete. We had a small issue afterwards (not from the work) and he sent the crew back over same day to remediate. As a bonus the work actually came in below estimate! I'd recommend Kevin Klauck from Titan Roofing to anyone. Couldn't have been a smoother process.

Had Roofing Pro Plus come out to do a roof inspection for a new house. They were easy to schedule with and professional. Was able to provide peace of mind with a thorough report/pictures and gave me honest opinions not only on the state of roof but also pointed out other helpful considerations on the house I hadn’t noticed. Great services- will definitely use again with some of my other roof replacement projects down the road.

We had a roof installed by Titan roofing on a multi unit property. The bid process was easy and professional. After making a decision to use this company the communication was fantastic. On the day of install the crew showed up on time and ready to work. The entire roof was done in 1 long day and looked fantastic after completed. We had them replace the gutters on the unit as well. We ran into an issue where some roof panels on the entire garage needed to be replaced. This didn't slow the crew down at all! The adjustment in cost was clearly communicated. The next morning I went to check on the property and was pleasantly surprised at how clean the crew left the house. We will be using Titan Roofing for all future projects. I honestly could not be happier with the process from start to finish. Thanks Kevin!!!
