I recently hired Newhouse Contracting to replace the roof on my house and I could not be any more satisfied! From the initial phone call and estimate I felt comfortable with Mr. Newhouse and his team! Mr. Newhouse’s team arrived exactly as promised dressed professionally and ready to go to work! His team was extremely respectful to us and our property. They cleaned up their debris and even took it a step further and ran a magnet ensuring there would be nothing that could damage our property! Our new roof looks great and really improved our curb appeal! If you’re in need of a new roof definitely reach out to them!

Great communication, timely service, and fair pricing. I had a few shingles missing and some blow off due to all the stormy weather. They came and not only repaired my roof but also took the time and had shown me that the reason that his many shingles had been effected was due to poor installation from those who first put the roof on.

Chuck Newhouse recently replaced my roof and solved a leak around my chimney. He was the only contractor to climb on my roof to figure out what the problem was. He and his crew are great to work with and they do top quality work. New roof looks great and no more leaks!

Chuck Newhouse and his crew are very professional and hometown friendly. They give an awesome warranty, clean up when they are done and they are a pleasure to have around.

I had a leak in my bedroom and kitchen and Chuck responded very quickly to my inquiry. He inspected the roof and gave me a very fair price. His team completed the repair within the week and did a great job - even cleaned the gutters! I would highly recommend him. Very responsive and customer oriented.

Chuck did roof repair above our upstairs bathroom where a drip would occur through the exhaust fan when it rained. He responded to our inquiry right away scheduling the repair quickly. The cost was very affordable and we will use him again. Excellent work and great crew! I would highly recommend him.

Used Newhouse several times. Appreciated how quickly Chuck responded and his honesty. Did repair work, then did an inspection after a hail storm and finally replaced the roof a few years later. Even moved up the roof installation by a couple of months due to a cancellation. Quick, friendly and quality work. Highly recommend.

I used Newhouse to do some roof repairs on my mother’s condo and house. He was prompt with all aspects of the process, from quote to completion of the jobs, even with the fall and winter weather that he had to schedule around. I highly recommend him for any roofing work!

Update Jan 2023: Had some wind damage on an old section of the roof and Mr Newhouse had it fixed in a couple days in the middle of winter. I highly recommend them. Great communication and prompt completion once again!

Mr Newhouse and his guys are wonderful to deal with. He returned our call while he was on vacation! Made room for us on the schedule during their peak time of the season and completed the work the day after giving us the estimate. Great company.

Chuck and his crew repaired what another guy couldn’t. Was timely, courteous, and professional all in the middle of winter. Will definitely use when roof repairs are needed again.

Don't bother calling this guy! I had an appointment scheduled with him to look at my minor roof wind damage (missing shingles) and he never showed up. He never even called with an explanation or apology for wasting my valuable time. I would never hire anyone this irresponsible. This just showed me he is incompetent at best.
