Roofing and tuckpointing maintence

I stopped Steve and Dilan at Menards, and asked if they do flashing on chimneys, they said Yes.
They came with me to my house, gave me an estimate, and later that afternoon they completed the job.

They also helped identify additional problems that needed attending.

They were friendly, fair and very efficient in their approach to the chimney job.

I would highly recommend them for your roofing, tuck pointing and chimney jobs.

Steve was very thorough and professional from the beginning. We needed tuck pointing done on our concrete/brick porch, stoop, and along the side of our building. He also took care of a roof problem we had. The job was done very well! They also scraped and repainted the flat top "rails" of the porch at no additional cost (we didn't mention the need for repainting). Overall, we are very pleased and will reach out to them for additional work we need done. Great job!

Quick, experienced and excellent work overall — had them recoat two flat roofs, caulk/seal frame and brick/frame seams as needed, tuckpoint/reseal the chimney where water was coming through a wall and brick over an old through the wall AC unit. No detail was missed, easy to schedule and went above and beyond to make the experience as positive as possible for some necessary home repairs— masonry upkeep tends to fall somewhere between utility and art, always good to see contractors who understand the nuances involved — very happy with the results.
