Great service and kind people! They fought tooth and nail with my insurance to make sure I got the coverage I deserved! 10/10 recommend!

Roof Vets was honest and easy to work with. I would use them again. Moises (sales) clearly explained the process and took care of all the details with insurance. He made sure we were informed of every step along the way and pricing was straightforward. The roof replacement was done right as approved by insurance and they were responsive to all of our questions. They cleaned up well, nothing damaged (like plants) and they met their commitments. Pricing was fair and not exaggerated. I tend to be critical of all contractors but Roof Vets did the job with integrity. Thanks Moises and team.

Roof Vets repaired our roof after hail damage destroyed it. Moses and his team were awesome to work with. They were helpful and attentive. They got our roof down so quickly, and it looks amazing! I'm very happy with their service.

Quality Roof, but Frustrating Experience

The roof looks great, and the barn doors are better than before. However, delays and communication issues made the process frustrating. That said, the finished work is good quality.

After reading Roof Vets' reply to my review (see original review below), I feel compelled to address some inaccuracies. There was no rain during the roofing project (October 10-12, 2024), and the temperatures were mild—not excessively hot as they claimed. Their response tries to dispute my experience with false excuses instead of taking accountability.

I hope Roof Vets learns from this situation: communicate clearly, don’t change plans without informing the customer, and most importantly, don’t make false claims to cover mistakes. Take responsibility and choose to improve.

Frustration, Delays, and Unkept Promises: My Experience with Roof Vets

I have had a very frustrating experience working with Roof Vets for both a roof replacement and a barn door installation. Initially, I was told the roof would be replaced the following week and completed in one day. However, it wasn’t started for three weeks, and after much follow-up on my part, it ended up taking three days to complete—not one. I had explained that I needed to be home with my dogs, one of whom has a heart condition, to ensure they stayed calm during the work. I spoke with Moses and let him know when I needed to be gone and he assured me the work would be completed before my appointment. Despite this, the roof wasn’t finished by the time I had to leave, and my dogs were left alone with the loud, stressful noise.

On the first day of work, the roofers were seen spending a long time on the side of the house while only one person was actually working on the roof. At first, we gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking they might have been on a break, but given how long the job took and the overall poor service, I’m now more inclined to think otherwise.

Additionally, the cleanup was an issue. I had to call twice to request that the nails be picked up, and even then, we are still finding nails around the property, which is a major safety concern.

As for the barn door, Roof Vets had agreed contractually to manage the installation, even though they are a roofing company. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and follow-through on this has been appalling. I was promised multiple times that someone would get in touch with me, but I’ve had to follow up each time with no results. I was told I’d receive barn door options by Thursday last week, but nothing came through. The home owner also called on Friday to remind Moses to reach out, but still no follow-up. I’ve spoken with Moses every time except for Saturday when I didn’t get an answer, and again on Monday when he texted saying he’d call me back but never did.

The continuous delays, lack of follow-through, and unfulfilled promises are beyond frustrating. I understand that things don’t always go perfectly, but what’s most frustrating is the complete lack of communication and realistic timelines. I had hoped for a professional, reliable service, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case with Roof Vets.

One star because the roof at least looks nice.

We asked them to get us a quote on repairing our roof. They sent a guy out who instead of getting us a quote told us they were going to try and get our insurance company to replace our roof. The insurance company denied the claim and so we followed up with Roof Vets to try and actually get a quote from them for the repairs. They responded by telling us they can't get us a quote for that because they don't do repairs. Instead of telling us they can't do repairs when we first reached out to them they decided to waste our time in pursuit of getting money from our home insurance. I do not recommend using this greedy company.

We had Roof Vets replace our roof in the later months of 2020. We discovered a roof leak that pooled through our kitchen cabinets and damaged our flooring in the kitchen. When we reached out to Moises directly we were told he would call us back in a day or two to come check out the leak… 4 days later we called again and were told because it had been more than two years we should just hire a handyman. No manufacturer warranty help, he wouldn’t even come look at the issue. All we wanted was some kind of inspection to see what was going on. The lack of integrity is unreal and I would recommend staying far away from this company for your roof repairs.

We had a great experience with Roof Vets. Moses was easy to work with and always got back to us in a timely manner. The crew was respectful of our property and polite as well.

Moises was easy to work with and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my roof due to hail storm damage. There were a few bumps along the way, but he made sure to make things right and ensure I was happy at the end of the process. Mosies did an awesome job after a hail storm destroyed my roof. He worked with tmy insurance company the entire way through and was able to get my roof completely replaced, plus the rain gutters and the downspouts in a timely manner and was quick and efficient about it. V communication was good the entire way, was able to work with me on some credits in exchange for some advertising for him to help lower to my deductible, If you have damage to your roof or exterior, I would strongly recommend Roof Vets. Very professional. Taylor did an awesome job explaining everything as well! He was Johnny on the spot every time I needed him out!! Even with the specialty skylights that ended up needing to be replaced.

Five stars all the way. Hard to find good contractors anymore. These guys are one of the few that will actually care about you!!

My roof suffered damage from last the big wind storm last fall. Roof Vets were there that day and helped me cut up some trees. They worked with the insurance company to get my roof replaced. They patched the roof so it wouldn't be furthered damaged. They told me that they would be replacing the roof the end of April. True to their word they showed up with two crews and completed the work in two days. They were very honest and did everything that they told me they would do. They were my advocate with the insurance company too. The work was very professional and they left the area cleaner than when they started.

Very professional, and trustworthy. As a real estate agent I have used Roof vents several times and can always count on them to get the job done well and on schedule.

Done right and in a timely fashion. Well priced. These guys know what they are talking about and what they are doing. Appreciate the good work.

Our roof was damaged by the hail storm last year and the roof needed to be replaced. The whole team did an excellent job. They replaced the entire roof in one day. They left the place spotless when they were done. They worked with us and the insurance company through the entire process. Very happy and I recommend them highly.

Great service! They took the time to explain our options and worked with our insurance company well. Once they were onsite it went quickly.

Roof Vets came by my home and suggested that they inspect my roof after a major hail storm in the Logan UT area. I agreed and Moises Cook came by a bit later to do the inspection. I appreciated that he had a copy of his business license and other credentials. Fortunately for me, the only damage on my root was with a rain cap. Moises explained that this could be fixed at any time and was not compromising the integrity of my roof. The whole Inspection process was done very professionally and left me with peace of mind.

I was referred to Moises by a friend who had had his roof replaced by Roof Vets. Since my friend was extremely pleased with his new roof, I called Moises. From beginning to end, he has been nothing but friendly, professional and willing to listen. I asked a lot of questions to be sure I knew what was going to happen. He answered each one with a willingness to make sure I was comfortable. My roof looks great! I am more than pleased and would recommend him without reservation.
