Redd Roofing replaced my commercial roof two years age and seemingly did a good job on the roof membrane, however failed to inform me that my bathroom vents were visibly rusted out and a potential leak point, and in retrospect, clearly needed to be replaced. As a result my newly remodeled bathroom ceilings are stained from leakage. I called Redd Roofing and they sent a couple of guys out who met me at the building, went up on the roof for approximately 10 minutes and explained to me that the reason my bathroom ceilings were stained is that my vent caps were rusted out and leaking. In the 10 minutes they were up there hey applied some caulk to the leaks. I was billed $268.88 for this "service call". I called Redd Roofing and asked why, when they originally inspected and replaced my roof they didn't inform me of the leaky vent caps. After all I never got up on the roof and trusted their "professional" to inform me what needed to be done. I got a call back from Blaine Redd, who told me he was the owner. Instead of listening to, and attempting to work with me, I found him extremely argumentative and
un-accommodating. I won't do business with them again.

They neglected to tie down their load and lost pieces on the freeway. I've been struggling with a busted gas tank for a year and a half because someone didn't close up their job properly. I would be apprehensive to do business with them even if it wasn't so significant of damage to my vehicle because if they cut corners with clean up, what else are they cutting corners on?

The people are nice and friendly they get in they do their job and they get out and do a very well job of cleaning up would highly recommend them
