We had Built Right do our basement remodel. Bryce and his team did great work. They consistently arrived on time and communicated status of the project often. We're so happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again.

Contacted Bryce for a deck repair estimate and he spent time with us and explained in detail what repairs needed to be compeleted. Bryce was hired to take on the challenge of repairing a deck that had been rebuilt in April. Unfortunately the quality of work was unsatisfactory and not passing code inspection. Bryce, Justin and Mike did an OUTSTANDING job completing the deck repairs! The deck looks absolutely beautiful, passed inspection and is now safe for my family to use. The communication with Bryce was top notch! Bryce kept us informed daily on the progress of the deck which we really appreciated. Our only regret was not finding Bryce sooner when we were looking to replace the deck. Bryce went above and beyond! For all your deck needs we definitely recommend calling Bryce first! I had Bryce build a new addition to my house. He did a great jo.b He was always there on time and kept track of the other trades doing the work to ensure they were in compliance. We had some difficulty with the concrete contractor but Bryce was on top of it and got it straightened out. I would Use him again if I need more work.

We needed a cover over our deck, but we have a difficult roof line on our house. After gaining quotes from a number of other contractors with outlandish suggestions for solutions, we happened upon Bryce. He clearly had a vision for a roof that would be aesthetically, structurally and functionally perfect. He obtained the necessary structural and engineering drawings and submitted the applications to our city. He came to the job with a host of subcontractors that complimented his work well. As a testament to the quality of work, the city inspector said that an addition should look like it was always a part of the house, and this project exceeded expectations. Regarding cost, not only was Bryce’s quote significantly lower than any other, he also repurposed our existing deck by raising the height and adding additional bracing to ensure it would continue to endure. Overall, we are ecstatic with the results; we love to show off our new covered deck.

I occasionally work with built right home improvement as a drywall subcontractor, and I can personally attest to how meticulous Bryce is when it comes to the quality of work and the cleanliness of the job site.

I had a cracked door frame and a few apots in my drywall that needed to be patched up and painted Bryce came right over the same day and started working in it. They did an amazing job matching the paint and fixing the door.I would highly reccomend using them.

Re did my base boards, doors floors and roof after a leak. Was quick and on time. Work was impeccable, and did not take long to finish. He out did himself in professionalism, work ethic, and finished product. Would highly recommend

We hired Built Right to do a remodel of our master bedroom. We wanted to remove a large sliding glass window and replace it with two smaller casement windows in new locations. This would allow us to re-orient the bed and make better use of the room. This required demolition, framing, window installation, interior drywall and exterior stucco work. Bryce and his team met every expectation for quality. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. The workmanship was superb.

He remodeled my entire manufactured home. It was pretty much I shambles when I bought it. Re-did all flooring kitchen and turned a two bedroom into a spacious 3 bedroom. He did my roof of that home and I will be using him in my new home as well. His quality of work is impeccable. His tile work is amazing and his price is great. Fantastic customer service and all around a great company and a great owner. Could not be happier.

Bryce and his crew came over and fixed all the rotten drywall in my bathroom. They treated the mild and replaced it all for a fraction of the price other contractors quoted me at. I’m very happy with the finish product and I will use Bryce again on all my new projects.

Bryce was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping us figure out the work we needed done, and very upfront with costs and estimates of what it was going to cost us. They were very prompt and attentive when I had specific questions or concerns about finishing our basement, and other smaller things with our kitchen. Would recommend to all friends and family if you need any home improvement jobs at all, he seems to know A LOT about almost everything! Very polite and professional as well.

Bryce built a pitched roof on a large flat overhang section of my home and it looks perfect. He also built a whole second bathroom and it looks great! High caliber work. Hung a couple of doors and a couple of other odds and ends I needed done. Pricing was competitive and I appreciated that he was interested in communicating things out with me and helped me save some money along the way. Quality work!

***USER BEWARE***If you want poor quality work done, use this place! They do the bare minimum. They’ll charge $700 to hang doors and won’t paint them. Not to mention that you better have door knobs already for them to use. Would not recommend!

***Update*** to respond to the owner’s response***: Please do not make it seem like you bought the doors, as well as did the work for a total of $700. You charged me almost $2000. If I could attach the receipt I would. Secondly, after writing the review above, I find out that not only did you use the door knobs from the old doors, use the broken hardware to hang the closet doors, but that you had the audacity to use paint that I had previously purchased for another project to paint the baseboards. You admitted to this. Also, let’s not act like I didn’t call you to try to work something out to where you would paint the doors. During that phone call you were rude, cut me off, and threatened to put a lien against my house if I did not pay you right then and there! I promptly paid you the remaining balance. You’re absolutely right, you’ll never be able to please anyone with terrible work and customer service! As stated above, I would recommend another company before using this one!

Did what I wanted but put a shower door on backwards called Bryce back a month later. He looked at it and refused to repair his mistake. I had to call his brother who is the owner if the franchise in the Seattle area to get other contractors in to put the frame less shower door put on the top of my cast iron tub correctly. Then another contractor to fill and repair the holes in the tub and tile. Would never recommend anyone from built right to do anything in my home. He couldn't even put in a vanity and faucet had to call a plumber and was charged $300 extra for the plumber. Four contractors to do a small 6 foot by 8 foot bathroom. What a pain to deal with. Love my bathroom now all the mistakes were fixed. He even did a tile floor and the grout has cracked. Do not waste your money. If you want someone to build a simple wooden thing call Bryce but nothing on the inside of your home. If I could take the stars off wouldn't even give them any stars. The brother however was polite.

i have hired bryce a few times now for an array of different projects on my home. i am always extremely pleased with the quality of his work, and how effectively he communicates. he is very skilled in so many different departments when it comes to literally anything having to do with contracting. i already have a couple more projects lined up with him in the coming months- from a new deck and fencing, to a potential bathroom remodel. i highly recommend hiring bryce for your next home project, whatever that may entail. you will not be disappointed in the slightest.
