I cannot say enough great things about Roof Smith — especially two outstanding team members, Windsor and Tanner. They went above and beyond for our family in a way that truly deserves recognition.

We first met Windsor during a roofing project at our previous home. His professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail left a lasting impression. Fast forward to this past year, we moved into our dream home — which happened to have a Roof Smith roof — and within the first month, our garage ceiling collapsed due to a roof leak.

In a panic, I reached out to Windsor (late at night, no less), and he picked up immediately. Calm, kind, and reassuring, he promised to help us through it — and he did. The next thing we knew, both Windsor and Tanner were at our home, ready to take care of the issue.

They were thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful. But what stood out most was how they treated our home and family — as if it were their own. That level of care is rare, and it meant everything to us in a stressful time.

Their character, work ethic, and dedication to doing the job right are a true credit to Roof Smith. Because of Windsor and Tanner, I will recommend Roof Smith without hesitation to anyone in the area or beyond. Exceptional service is hard to find — but these two embody it in every way.

I like hundreds of others had to hail damage repaired on my house. I’ve never dealt with an insurance claim and was at a loss as to who to call, who did the roof, paint, etc. I ran into Tresa and Stuart Pond at my job not knowing they were with Roof Smith. They assured me they would help every step of the way, and they did just that!! I was informed when materials would be here, how long it would take, and they handled the supplement pictures and breakdown the insurance company needed. JK from Roof Smith was very friendly. I was rather stressed to find a leak in our newly bought house, especially with my husband being deployed. But thankfully the leak was easy for JK to fix, and he finished the job in as little as 5 minutes. He didn't even charge us for the repair! 10/10

Had to get warranty work done because the roof was still leaking from the first install. Took months of phone calls to get them out and it's still not fixed. Feels like they dragged their feet on this job because they weren't making any money on it. Don't trust them to fix it anymore going with another company.

Jk at Roof Smith was awesome throughout this whole process! I was able to get an inspection the same day and got honest and detailed advice of how to proceed. He worked with the adjuster and insurance company to keep a tight timeline and stayed in touch with me. The slowest part of the process was with the insurance company but Roof Smith didn’t let that hold up the repair and went ahead with it. Their crew knocked out the roof in one day, made improvements and were very thorough with cleanup. If you’re looking for a roofing company look no further! Roof Smith cares about their customers and has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in years! Thanks again guys!

Windsor is excellent to work with. Worked well with us to not only replace the roof but also make it better than the original. His crew was fast, and the clean-up was excellent.
