New in town, and needed help with our motor home refrigerator, gentleman was able to take a look the same day. He was very friendly and very helpful!!! Customer service was great.

Traveling thru Clovis NM we accidentally tore the wiring from our RV loose. We contacted Bison RV and they told us to bring our RV over and they would get us back on the road quickly . An hour later and we were on the road again for less than $70. We couldn't be more pleased. The staff were terrific and courteous. I hope I never need their help again but if I do I will certainly use them again.

Love my wolf pup. I feel they do a good job on my upkeep of the trailer. It is a couple of hours for me to get the trailer to them and you have to wait for an appointment but I appreciate what they do. They have a supply of trailer needs and some cute stuff too!

Hands down best experience I’ve ever had! Walked in just looking with my husband and the staff there was amazing! They don’t try and sell you anything they are just there to help they are super friendly and answered all our questions! I went back and decided to purchase a travel trailer as a surprise for my husband! I had no idea what I was doing but they made the entire process super easy! They gave us a walk through and made sure we didn’t leave without making sure everything was perfect! Fast foreword a week later and we have learned and researched even more about maintenance of a new travel trailer! I called Debbie and gave her a longggggg list of things we needed and without hesitation she looked it up for us and had it ready for us to pick up. Any other place would have been done with us after time of purchase bus not bison Rv they really care and go above and beyond! I was not expecting to find such an amazing deal in Clovis and even more than that the service is just amazing and unlike any other! We will definitely be recommending this place to all of our friends and military family! Thank you Bison Rv! We are now happy campers!!!!!

The owner is top notch He listens. Based on what we told him he showed us a camper that we purchased and was the right one for us newbees. The service after the purchase is wonderful too.

I'm glad we stopped by. Purchased a heated hose for $120, yeah, I thought it was a bit steep but later in our trip it was worth every penny.

This one star review is going to be for the Sevice Department at Bison RV. I have been in the store a few times to pick up a few items, and have had a pleasant experience.
My issue is with the service person I was directed to, named Jason. This guy was nothing but rude, smug and short. I had the displeasure of having to speak with him on 3 separate occasions, and each was as distasteful.
I had set up an appointment to get an awning replaced that I damaged. From the start, I set up the appointment, it was a little farther out than I would have liked, but I set it up because this place is the closest RV service to where I live. It was when I continued to try to ask questions about how long it would take and so forth that I was met with the first dose of attitude. I tried to make it clear that I had plans to use the RV and would need to get the process expedited, and Jason replied that it would likely be delayed due to ordering parts and he needed to see the tag off the awning before ordering. I then inquired about how to get the tag he needed and he gave me some run around of the process.
That afternoon, I managed to get the tag figured out. So I called back, spoke to Jason, who upon my attempt to remind him of our conversation, rudely acted like he was so busy he had no idea who I was. Then I reminded him of my appointment. The whole exchange was more awkward than necessary. I told him I had the tag, and mentioned I would like to get it ordered, he did not indicate that that would be a problem, but requested that I emailed it to him. I emailed it to him again requesting that he ordered the part so that at the time of my appointment he would not be delayed by parts. Again, in the email, I pointed out that if there was going to be a delay to let me know.
I waited until 48 hours later to call back, with no response saying whether the part was ordered or there was a problem. When speaking to Jason for the third time he admitted that he received the email. When I continued to question him whether he would be able to get the part ready in time for the appointment, he told me he was too busy to do that.
At that point, I had it. This guy is a smug, 'hate-my-life' kind of dark cloud guy that has no business in any service. I asked him if he was an owner and he said he wasn't. I told him he has been nothing but rude to deal with the entire time, and I took my business elsewhere.
If you wan't real world service, and not attitude from some po-dung Clovis mouth breather, then do what I did, and drive your RV to Amarillo.

In the beginning they were accommodating and willing to help, but when they were asked by manufacturer to test certain things that's when communication broke down and referred me back to my original dealer who is 1600 miles away. After we told them that they said they could work on it in a month

This place is literally your one-stop-shop for RV parts and RVs they have a little bit of everything here at very fair and reasonable prices if you're in Clovis I highly recommend checking this place out if you have any RV or camper needs

I asked employee -Brandon -,which gas stations had air hoses where I could add air to my tires . He told me to pull around and he would air them up for me . I really appreciated this as I was on crutches from recent ankle surgery.

Very kind and sweet people very helpful must stop in if ur looking into getting an RV or anything else you need for ur RV

Friendly, family business, very helpful, go out of their way to help you. Lots of good stuff for your RV. Try them, I believe you would too.

Terrible customer service and hateful attitude. We were warned to not use them for these reasons and wanted to do business locally. Will never darken their door again after I called to find out where to buy RV tires and how to order a fender skirt. Instead of just relaying the message that the two people I had asked to talk to were busy or unavailable the lady on the phone YELLED at me "THIS TRAILER DOES NOT HAVE A WARRANTY". Wow! Amazing that the day before, when we purchased the RV and KNEW there wasn't a warranty, and when I asked, "well, does our money not work if there is an issue?" And told, "oh yes, I would rather not deal with warranties anyways", and were told to call for any reason, a hearty "God bless you" as we drove off rings hollow after I was treated this way. Astonishing really, as nothing warranted it. To say we are angry would be an understatement.

We had Bison replace the awning on our camper. Was very difficult to get anyone to return our phone calls. The service was horrible and we were met with bad attitudes. We would not recommend this business for any type of service. We will not be going back there for anything again. We would rate this business with a half star or less but that option is not available.

Gave them a glowing review when we purchased our Laredo MLK24 July of 2014. Sales was fine, but our orientation was severely lacking although we didn't know it at the time. We were never told to make sure to keep it waxed to prevent the fading on the front cap (which it did and when I asked about it I was told to call Keystone). We were never told to watch for condensation on the slide before putting it in. We figured out on our own that THAT's where the water was coming from that warped the wood around the refrigerator. The wheel skirt on one side broke badly. They replaced it but didn't install the new one correctly so it broke again. Did our own rigging to keep it from flapping and breaking more. Heater doesn't work in the main cabin. When we mentioned it we were told the unit didn't have enough air pressure to get it to the vent??? Asked our local dealer and found out it wasn't connected properly. Not Bison's fault, but they could have checked and fixed it rather than blowing us off. Just feel like once the sale was done we were on our own. Maybe if you're local they're better but we would never buy anything from them again.
