I had a few shingles blow off during the last storm and was searching for a honest roofer. A friend of mine referred me to Roof Redemption, I couldn’t have been more pleased!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! The owner Tony came out and fixed my roof, explained the process and was very honest with me. He wasn’t pushy at all. We will be using Roof Redemption for all of our future roofing needs!!

Tony did a great job helping us with our gutter system and general roof maintenance. Years ago he was part of the crew that helped install our new roof as well. Easy to work with!

Roof Redemption came through for us at a very difficult time. We had many trees fall on our home in the middle of the night during a storm last spring. Everything was so overwhelming and scary but as soon as Tony arrived he made us feel taken care of and not afraid of the process ahead. He took care of absolutely everything including the insurance process. He arrived timely to meet with the inspectors etc from our insurance company. He was always available for questions. Super reliable. We were approved to get a complete new roof and Tony and his team made sure we had the best roof and did amazing work to finish up the damage to our home. From beginning to end I can say i would recommend Tony and his team at Roof Redemption. You won’t be disappointed in their amazing Customer Service.

If I could give more stars I would. Tony is a very honest, straightforward guy. He doesn’t try to push you into something that you don’t need just to make a little extra money. He is very responsive and shows up when he tells you he will. As a homeowner with a leaky roof it is stressful worrying about what it will cost to repair. He made the whole experience less stressful. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that needs roof work done. 10/10 recommend.

I had lost shingles on pretty much every side of my roof due to strong straight line winds. Robert Woods from Roof Redemption took the time to stop and talk with me the next morning, and climb on the roof and inspect the damage for free. He then advised me to contact my insurance and was there to deal with the adjuster and answer any questions that I had. Tony Nelson, the owner, was also very helpful, he took my calls and texts whenever I had a question. In the end I have a beautiful new roof and am glad Robert stoped that morning when he did. I am happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Tony is an honest straightforward business owner! He cared more about getting things fixed and getting the insurance to pay for them if they were supposed to then he was about making a dollar. He is honest! If he said it he did it. I highly recommend you call Tony for all of your roofing needs!

David was extremely honest and answered all of my questions. He got the repair done quickly at a fair price. He provided detailed before and after photos, due to me living out of town. I highly recommend Roof Redemption for all of your roofing needs.

They were there early and got it done in a day. They did a great job cleaning up after the job and trying to make sure they got everything cleaned up. Tony was great!!!!!! Definitely recommend!!!

We were approached at our home by a friendly and personable sales person for Roof Redemption, Arika, who made us aware of their services. We had already tried to engage with some other roofing companies but were given the runaround on service from them or they were outrageously priced.
Tony, the owner of Roof Redemption, personally worked with my family to pick out the best shingles (including their incredible warranty) for our home, described the work that needed to be done, and even worked with our insurance company to provide a fair and very reasonable price for our needed services.
Most importantly, despite some looming weather concerns, Roof Redemption showed up at our house on time and ready to work. The crew was polite and efficient and did excellent work in repairing the roof damage that we had, as well as clearing out our gutters. They laid down tarps and swept with large magnets to avoid any loose metal bits and took all of the debris with them. By the end of the day, I had a new roof and no evidence that anyone had even been there.
