Mark and the entire staff at Conyer are the absolute best! From my first reach out to them, to the a few more lately, the response time has been phenomenal, especially considering that they are based in Portland, TN and we are in Nashville. That right there got my attention. Mark has been super easy to deal with. Every call I've made has had a different scenario since they were for several different properties. The first time I reached out, I spoke with the owner Mike and he put Mark on my project and sent out a crew to investigate our problem on the same day, when undoubtedly, they had a ton of calls due to some heavy storms all over the area. Made no difference to them, as they did not bat an eye. High level of professionalism all the way around here, and to top all that, high quality work! Call em!

After trying to deny my claim, troy got them tons of photos and got everything taken care of. Our roof was done in a day (which granted can fluctuate I’m sure depending on what’s going on with each roof), but for us, it was short and sweet! We used Conyer Roofing for some repairs after a storm. They were here the same day and had repairs done before dark! Super communication and workers did a great job cleaning up! Would use them for any roofing needs, 100% no question!

These people are top notch! They did a total exterior remodel for us. Large screened in porch, new roof, Hardie siding, and gutters. We are so happy and proud of this. Bleu and Buck we responsive and took great care of us.

Conyer Roofing was were very professional, answered all of my questions and made the entire process/experience great. On the day of installation, the workers were here early, were very friendly, finished the project in one day, and cleared all debris. From what I can see, the roof looks amazing. We were so happy with their we work we also had them replace our gutters and all of the windows in our home.

I worked with a gentleman named Dillon with this company and he was kind, courteous, and understanding while I was having isssues getting my roof fixed after a storm. Took about a month to get insurance squared away but had no issues with leaking!

Troy Conyer and Josh Baker came for a roof inspection, next thing you know our insurance is paying for a new roof. I was only out of pocket $500. Thank you very much guys we appreciate it.

Conyers roofing doesn't deserve the one star. Conyers doesn't stand behind their work or their word. In 2021 my parents had them replace the roof on their house and on a well house which is attached, after a tornado. They only roofed the house, which 2 months later, some of the shingles broke off, the well house still wasn't touched. Calls were made within the 2 months about the well house, and finally 2 guys were sent out but only put plastic over it, no shingles. After many calls from not only my dad but multiple family members because Conyers wouldn't answer my dads calls anymore, and broken promises Conyers Roofing did nothing. My dad filed and went to court for the judge to say time ran out. My dad , who also was taking care of my mom who passed in 2022paid out of pocket to a company that says their Christian?? Well drop to your knees and may we all pray for you! You took advantage of my parents which paid you for a service and in the end you stole and cheated them.

**To respond to what Conyers roofing posted after they read my review!**

The one that was sent out to do the estimate said the well house was included since it is attached to the house. And if it was not part of it, then why would you send someone back to look at it,and put plastic on it then say they would be back to roof it??
And no one being allowed to come on the property! Well after many calls, with no answers or just to be hung up on, other family members tried contacting Conyers to get the run toll finally one agreed to come out. Which by then you already wore out your welcome. They shouldn't nor anyone else have to hunt you down or beg to get a service done which they paid for.
And about what the judge said, well that was because it was past your warranty. Sorry my dad has been grieving over the loss of his wife.
So you can write whatever you want to try to make yourself look good. But everyone will answer one day for their wrongs.
While I'm still on this earth I'll make sure I tell everyone and anyone how Conyers Roofing did my parents wrong, by stealing and cheating them.

They needed a Roof, not someone to kick them while they we're already down. He went with someone in Portland as wr have lived here almost all our lives, Portland was always known for helping and taking care of each other. Now it's how much you can take from others!

Everyone has been absolutely amazing and hard working to get my home back to where it should be. It is now beautiful as I remember it all thanks to Conyer Roofing & Exteriors!!!!!! I especially want to give a HUGE shout out to Josh Conyer for all the work he put into getting the Progressive ins. straightened out and paying the correct price to fix my home. I know he worked hard for on that. Also anytime I had an issue or just a question he always answered on first ring and ready to solve or answer me and that meant a lot so thank you Josh!!!!!!!

During Memorial Day weekend, our home was unexpectedly hit by falling trees during a storm. Conyer Roofing and Exteriors went above and beyond to provide immediate assistance. Despite the holiday and the threat of more storms, they quickly had a crew at our home to remove the trees and place a protective tarp over our roof.

Their communication was exceptional from start to finish. They kept us informed every step of the way and made dealing with the insurance company a breeze. The quality of their work is top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

Initially, I was very pleased with this company. I thought that I was blessed to have a Christian based company that would follow through and keep their word. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My house was damaged in the December 2023 E-5 tornado. I was told by representatives of this company that would be able to meet all of my house repair needs (after they viewed the ENTIRE claim file from my insurance company). Needless to say, this was far from the truth and my calls are no longer answered. Furthermore, the roof work left damage (see photos) that was supposed to be repaired; however, this too is a big failure.

November 12,2024 update….
The company contacted me after the initial post. All errors have been corrected. In addition, the company worked with me on trying to get other issues not covered by my insurance repaired at a fair price. There was at some point a breakdown in communication, but honest efforts were made to resolve all issues. Special thanks to those involved.

They're the best. Very quick at getting paperwork finalized and ready to go. It didn't take no time for my roof to be reshingeled and ready for the weather. I truly appreciate everything they've done.

Conyer roofing is Amazing! Mike Salazar has been their most professional and Best man to work with. We were working with another company and nothing had been done and our roof was getting worse daily. Mike completely turned that bad experience around and knew exactly how to fix everything. He has been so helpful and efficient in getting a complete new roof. His team even completed the job in the heat of the summer and finished the roof in a day. I would high recommend Mike Salazar and his team at Conyer to anyone who needs a roofing company.

Troy Conyers owner of Conyers Roofing has been a complete advocate for us on our home insurance claim for obvious roof damage we sustained after hail damage and very high winds on our 3yr old roof. When I 1st called I assumed it would takes at least days if not weeks for someone to go out and do an i spection but he called and went out himself that same day. He provided pictures and a very solid explanation of what damage we had sustained. In addition, we were out of state and not able to handle any of this red tape ourselves and Troy Conyers handled a difficult insurance process with knowledge and great communication.
