Heath was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came out fast and checked out our issue. Turns out we only needed a little sealant on the roof. I had a leaky flat roof replaced by Robben and his team. Before starting work Robben thoroughly walked me through what needed to get done for the repair and quickly provided a quote. They were a joy to work with and even put in extra effort to get the work done before the forecasted rain arrived. Robben communicated the progress at the end of each day and discussed what he expected to accomplish the next work session. I would highly recommend Robben and his team for any roof related repairs.

A bad storm hit our area one night and caused a roof leak that damaged our laundry room, we were in a panic. I reached out to Roof Raiders and was amazed when Jeff personally answered our call—at 8pm! With tornadoes predicted for the rest of the week, time was of the essence. Jeff immediately connected us with Heath, who contacted us at 9pm that same night.

By the very next day, Heath was at our home. I shared my concerns about the forecast and potential for further damage. Heath didn’t hesitate—he had a crew at our house the next day, and they worked tirelessly for 6.5 hours to repair our roof before the worst of the storms hit.

That week, our area saw over 100 tornadoes, but thanks to the Roof Raiders team, we had zero leaks and no further damage. Heath also made sure our interior repairs were covered and paid promptly to our contractor. Their service was above and beyond anything we expected.

Highly recommend Roof Raiders. Account/Project Manager Heath Cole was great to deal with. They have fair pricing and did great work. They got my roof on asap, showed up before the storm and installed it in no time and did a fantastic job. The roof held up through the recent storms and high wind without any issue.

Some storms tore up our roof some, so I called this morning, the lady that answered the phone was super kind and helpful and within no time had sent Mr. Tanner (who was also very kind) out in the rain and thunder to tarp our roof in no time flat before this other rain got here!

A rare find in town for such a prompt, honest, and sincere care. Nicholas came early in the morning after my panic email request over night, examine the issue quickly, and fixed the roof leak quickly amid the bad weather! He even provided the care at no cost at all.

Unbelievable Service!Heath Cole was across the street from my house.He was getting so many calls at the time because of recent hail in the area,but still took the time to come look at my roof!He was very upfront that my roof was good ,instead of taking advantage of me!He was so professional and knowledgeable. Tanner came to check out my roof which had a limb impaled in it. He was very prompt and said he would be back with me in 2-3 days. He was back the 2nd day in the morning and on my roof while I was gone. When I arrived he was finishing and told me I owed him nothing!! I know it was a small job but NOTHING??? Thank you Tanner!!

Our neighbor told us that our roof was flapping in the wind just hours before a storm was supposed to hit on a Friday evening. We called Roof Raiders and Eric was at our door within 15 minutes. He took care of the job quickly and we no longer had to worry about our roof blowing off when the storm hit.

I called Roof Raiders when we discovered a leak in our living room. On a nasty, rainy Saturday when we knew storms were coming our way; they didn’t hesitate. Corey came and helped us get the leak stopped before it caused major damage to our home. I will definitely be recommending Roof Raiders to all our family and friends!

Called Roof Raiders because we thought a leak in the house was coming from the roof. They immediately came over, looked it over and helped what we thought was the issue. Turned out I had a pinhole in a copper pipe in the attic. 1000000000% would call them in an emergency again. This customer service was phenomenal!

I wanted to publicly thank the Roof Raiders team and Jarrett our account manager for working with me in fixing our property with a very quick turn around so we could sell the property. We are out of State and had several other firms promise the world and not show up or asked for 50% more. I had a leak in my roof, that Roof Raiders installed, due to heavy rain. Roof Raiders came out and inspected the roof, found the source (which ended up not being related to the roof install), fixed it up as best they could, and then gave me the information and contact info needed to get a permanent fix. Corey Crouch was the specific employee I worked with and he was professional, polite, and took the time to explain things.

I had an extremely small job to do at some apartments I own and they did a tremendous job quickly and I’m not sure I should even say but they didn’t charge me. Thank you so much!

Long overdue review. We had our roof replaced last summer and had an excellent experience. Heath worked extensively to make sure we were taken care of and communicated with us almost daily to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He even went the extra mile and came out after the bulk of the work had been completed to finish up some minor details on a transitional piece between metal and shingle. Cannot say enough about the product and the process. Sorry again for the delayed response. A++.

I felt terrible for a family that used them. The roof was completed and finished well. However, the promise to protect thousands of dollars worth of landscaping was not respected. I guess I shouldve posted all the videos and pics that I have. But I was just making others aware that while the work is quality the respect to landscaping and promise to build a box around it to protect it wasn't honored.

Roof Raiders recently completed a roof on my 110 year old home. I contacted three contractors and let me tell you something friends. From the very start, Tanner met with us and went over the entire project of what we could expect. His presentation was on his computer and we were able to pick out the color shingles and were shown many options. You could not expect a more professional company than Roof Raiders. So pleased with my experience with Roof Raiders. Tanner Brady was compassionate in understanding my roofing needs. Within a matter of a few days materials were delivered. Then the next day the work commenced. Finished in less than a day. My lawn was rolled several times to pick up nails. The work crew did a great job even with clean up. You can believe their promises. We had some timing issues with our project due to all of the rain in our area. Scheduled sheetrock install, thinking our roof to be completed around the same time. However, that was not the case. Our original contractor had to postpone, and we had leaks on the newly installed sheetrock. Reached out to Heath with Roof Raiders, and within 2 days, he had a crew on site and our roof project complete! Roof Raiders has definitely earned a new customer!

Roof Raiders did an amazing job on my roof. I a layer torn off, some decking replaced, a chimeny removed, new shingles, and new ridge vent. Justin was right there through it all from start to finish. Professional, polite, and always helpfull. I cannot say enought about them.

I needed Facia Board and structure work done. Eric from Roof Raiders responded immediately. He was professional and punctual. Eric came to provide me with an estimate. With rain coming, he said “I’m going to fix this right now, if that’s ok?.” I take care of an elderly parent. I was so grateful not to have to make another appt. Eric prepared that item and thought I must have a leak elsewhere. He did find it and repaired that too on the spot. I’m grateful. I will only use Roof Raiders in the future. **UPDATE**
The last set of tornados caused hail damage to our roof. Tanner came out again and worked with our insurance. He ended up helping us get a whole new roof! When the insurance approved it, he came out walked us through the new installation and showed us samples. He made sure before he left that we could get the color we wanted. May I just say that my new roof is gorgeous!

2nd time we’ve used RoofRaiders for our needs.
Noticed water running down our chimney in the attic over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning, and they had Tanner out to check it by Tuesday afternoon!
Sealant around the flashing had cracked and was letting water in. He added new sealant and didn’t even charge us!
He even texted us today and said to make sure and let him know if we see anymore leaks, as it’s supposed to rain tomorrow.

This company does great work, and has EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Absolutely recommend calling them if you need anything!

Justyn came by and did an inspection and gave me an honest assessment and recommendation. His honesty was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and they will be at the top of my list. He was very courteous and prompt.
