Being an out of state property owner, it's a HUGE relief when you find someone reliable, honest, quick to respond and will follow through. Cary is that and more! I own multiple properties and I wish there were more like him. He has completed several jobs for me that others couldn't finish.

Don't think twice about hiring Carry Phillips! He has done a couple of projects for us and has been perfect each time. His workmanship is excellent, but most of all his integrity is the foundation of his work. We have more work to be done and our intention is for Carry to come back and perform his magic.

Worse experience ever. Very rude. Did not abide by contract on a fence job. He didn't secure a post to concrete which is stated in contract, left exposed screws from a gate latch that he only put on one side of gate....um, how do you get out? He ties a piece of craft twine to release latch which broke first try. Left holes unfilled. Since we wanted the bottom of fence dog proof, he leaves the top pickets like a rollercoaster. Admitted he used cheap hardware, called us piddly over what I have described. The side that faces road was not leveled and looks horrible. The gate is higher than fence. The gate gaps at the bottom...Pictures posted....made the mistake of paying him before completed because we trusted his word..he said he doesn't build bad fences...tells me by text that he didn't want a "pissing" contest...yes, he said that to a customer! Drive by 306 West College in Jonesboro, Ar and see for yourself....pitiful

Hired to do some handy work around the house. He was quick to respond to my call and schedule a visit. His work also was quick and efficient, and I am so very pleased with his work. We will be hiring him again and again.

Hired to replace a shed door. Awesome work, reasonable prices, and very friendly. Busted out the project quickly and left everything nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend or hire for any work I needed done.

Carry Phillips has done work around our house several times. The first time he quickly and for a reasonable price repaired some siding that had pulled loose from the soffit outside the house. Next, he removed a broken sliding bedroom door and replaced it with a new door and frame. He also did this job quickly and at a reasonable price. Recently, he built a patio cover for us. His price was fair, and the finished product was exactly what we agreed on. Carry is honest and professional and a skillful carpenter/repairman. We plan to use him in the future for any handyman work and repairs that we may need.

Carry literally rescued my house. Based on a Google search, and after reading numerous positive reviews, I called him and he promptly responded. He did a wonderful job on my initial emergency repair so I asked him to tackle my list of long overdue repairs. He made my property look new again, working under difficult and extreme circumstances. I am so glad I found Phillips Repair! We have double doors on the front of our home and they wouldn’t properly latch. I called a locksmith service and they allegedly fixed the problem. Unfortunately, within a couple days, the problem returned. You could literally push the doors open from the outside, even locked. I tend to be skeptical of handy people as I’ve had problems in the past. Carry was great. He had the doors fixed within a few minutes of arriving and did several other jobs around our home. He was personable and his rates were more than reasonable. I got several quotes for other projects I need done and plan to call Phillips Repair any time we need work done!

Carry responded quickly to an email seeking someone to repair our dog kennel. He was on time and was able to explain what he could do as well as give an accurate estimate. We are very pleased with the excellent job that Carry did repairing and painting our house. He repaired our damaged siding, replaced rotten wood, power washed our entire house, caulked everything and painted the exterior of our house. It looks fantastic!!

Carry did an excellent job installing flooring in my sunroom recently. The room looks great, and Carry completed the job promptly and professionally. A while back, a woodpecker was eating my house...well, making a large hole in it. Carry came up with an effective and innovative way to screen in the eaves and solved my problem. Carry Phillips of Phillipsrepairs.com was hired by my landlord to do several areas of repair work at my house that I rent. The garage had not been painted in years & had never been trimmed out at the bottom & my landlord didn’t even know if it was worth saving. After Carry finished it looks like a new building!
Then the facia boards were peeling & several areas in the back of the house where the utility room had been added were damaged & needed replacing. Carry replaced all the damaged areas including around the back door where the previous tenant’s dog had scratched & chewed up all the trim & facing.
The house looks wonderful.
And the walkway was 76 12”x12” pavers that were very dangerous to walk on! Now it is a concrete walkway & looks awesome!
All the paint chips, concrete scraps, wood from walkway framing, trash was removed from my yard. So impressive!!
