I've never taken the time to write a review before, but this is one company I wanted to take time to write a review! New roofs are expensive, and I had never had to replace a roof before, but with RoofPro, I am extremely happy with the honest price and the quality of the work and materials. George is very knowledgeable and presents various options from different manufacturers so an informed decision of the type and chosen quality of the materials for a complete roof and gutter system could be made. George is upfront and honest in his assessment, and in my case, beat all the other guys quotes for a complete roof and gutter system. George’s quote included better materials, as well as better labor and materials warranties. The crew, always supervised, went to work, and continued working, no music, no fooling around, just getting the job done, with an excellent cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend Roof Pro and Home Improvements, Inc. for three reasons: 1. the people, 2. their ability to educate and communicate their knowledge of their products, and 3. the work they did on my home. Roof Pro replaced my roof including four pieces of plywood, two Vellux skylights and added solar shades to them, and my gutter covers.
I encourage anyone about to undertake this task to speak with George or Dave. Knowing just a little bit about roofing, they spent a lot of time explaining the procedure of roofing to me and did not hesitate to answer every question of mine in layman's terms so I could understand it. They were extremely prompt in giving me a written quote by the next day after they visited with me. They were fast answering any message from me with a phone call and more explanation, if needed. In fact, George made three trips to my home to deliver and go over the quote, bring me strips of the actual shingles to help the color decision, and present me with a packet that included the certifications of each person who would be working at my home on the day of install. Dave was here the entire time on install day, again informing me of each step they were doing and answering more questions! Laurie, the office manager, called me to set the dates for delivery of materials and install date. She graciously helped me with obtaining the warranty information on the shingles, skylights and gutter covers. Laurie clearly explained the procedures involved in obtaining these warranties - so grateful for her assistance!
The work went very smoothly. the men who did the install arrived on time, problem-solved getting their dumpster up my high curbing on the driveway and were steadily working from the time they arrived until the time they left taking only 30 minutes for lunch. I noticed no social talking among the men, no music or cell phone use on their part except at lunch and when they were leaving the jobsite at 5:45ish. The cleanup they performed was excellent, even cleaning parts of my siding that was soiled from the gutter cleaning. It was interesting to watch how they conquered the wind while dropping items and trash off the roof as they stripped it. To say the least, I am very pleased with everything Roof Pro did for me at a reasonable cost, based on other companies' bids. Give them a call if you need a roof, skylights or gutter covers! I will surely keep their contact info in my file!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I called to request an estimate for a recently discovered roof leak. The man on the phone tried to convince me that I did not have a roof leak, but a plumbing issue even after explaining that I have video and photographs of the leak and saw it myself. Sounded like he was trying to avoid work.

After I called Roof Pro and Home Improvements, they showed up the next day and gave us a fair estimate on the roofing job. When they arrived to do the work, the job was finished on the same day. They were very professional, and I would call them again.

Purchased a new home that needed a new roof, received four quotes from local roofers and roof pro blew everyone out of the water. Out of all companies Roof Pro was the only ones who:

Rooftop service was an excellent experience. The response was quick, the estimator Dave was very knowledgeable and demonstrated high confidence in the repairs required and offered valuable suggestions. The estimate was provided quickly and the follow on appointment was the next day! I was very pleased with the work and the color matching of the fascia paint was perfect. The price was very reasonable and Laurie provided good follow up.

My daughter recommended Roof Pro after an exhaustive online research effort. I can certainly vouch for all the glowing reviews here. Roof Pro put a new roof and new gutters on my house on Friday, September 2, 2021 and it could not have gone more smoothly. Quality all the way. Integrity and a high level of skill and efficiency. The crew foreman Dave supervised on-site for the entire duration of the work. Even with some repairs on my 35 year old roof, they still finished in one 12-hour day. Absolutely no mess left behind. The owner George came by a few days later to personally inspect and assure my satisfaction.

When I first called, Laura at the office and was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled a visit by the crew Foreman and chief technician. He was able to come very quickly. He answered all my questions and I felt very reassured that i was dealing with knowledgeable people.

The owner George contacted me with an estimate in very short order. The price was absolutely reasonable. He recommended a shingle for me, based on my requirements, but advised of several options as well. I did not even feel the need to get any other estimates...I was that comfortable with these people. They treated me like family. Honestly!

I highly recommend this company. They arrived on time, worked very, very hard, and the results were even better than I could have expected. They cleaned up after themselves meticulously, and even went over my yard and driveway with magnets to pick up any stray nails. A few of the plywood segments of my roof were "soft" and they replaced those rotted boards on the spot. The new seamless gutters are much better than my old ones (much bigger too, and the downspouts are bigger as well). The gutter cover is excellent quality as well.

Secretary super responsive during process on scheduling installation. Spoke to owner a few times for clarification on things and he was a nice guy. They were quick to respond with an inspection/estimate and also quick to perform the repair once the estimate was accepted. Roof was leaking in two places. Repair completed in one work day and looks professionally done. I was kept informed throughout the process via phone calls and email. Appreciate the great work and customer service.

I called Roof Pro to get an estimate for my roof, which was not that old, but leaking on my front porch. George came out the same day, his estimate was good, (had 3 other estimates). I also had him provide an estimate for replacing my cedar siding, gutters, downspouts, and install a new front door. All estimates were great so I did a whole house makeover and would highly recommend Roof Pro for any and all improvements.

From the office staff, the workers, and George they are all very professional, timely, friendly and were patient working with me to answer any questions and keeping us in the loop.

The roofing crew arrived early in the morning and worked until dark completed 95% of the job, Dave had to come out the next morning and complete the roof ridge vent. I was very impressed especially since I have eight valleys with 3 ridge vents, and also replaced some bad plywood boards.

George, the owner, was on-site most of the time and met with me at the end of the roof job to go over everything that was done and ensure I was satisfied with the job.

Next onto the siding, gutters, eaves, soffits, down spouts and front door.
This work was done by Dave and Danny and some days with George helping. They stripped the cedar siding in 1 day, cleaning up as they went along. after the siding was removed we walked around the house to inspect and see what would need extra repair. Surprisingly enough the house was in good shape so they started to wrap it and install the new siding. At the top of the front we added the decorative siding shakes to have the same look as the cedar. This job with 2 workers took about 3 weeks but they worked long and hard to get it done. They were always here at daybreak and worked until dark.

The quality of the work is excellent - no taking shortcuts. George was present throughout the entire process. They all treat your home as if it was their own and are very pleasant and easy to work with.

Overall I am very pleased with everything they did, my house looks great, we had 45 mile wind gusts the next week after the job was done and had no issues, I feel very confident about the work that was done and highly recommend Roof Pro.

We had our roof and rain gutters replaced, as well as some siding which had been damaged in a storm. The short version is that I would recommend this company for anyone looking to have their aging roof and gutters replaced with minimal hassle. They are professional and responsive, and know their trade well.

Office staff: Our primary office contact was Laurie, who we dealt with via e-mail and phone. She was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, patiently working with us to answer our questions and keeping us in the loop.

Estimate: Dave came by for the initial estimate. He was very frank and honest answering our questions and letting us know what to expect going forward.

Prep: The location of our home presented some challenges, namely that it is on a hill and not easily accessible by vehicles. Additionally our driveway is difficult for large vehicles to access. The post office has complained about our driveway and refused to deliver packages before... but the delivery crew had no problem getting a full length truck+trailer+crane up to the house. The dumpster trailer was more difficult, but it was worked out with some creative parking.

Job: The crew arrived early in the morning and worked until dusk the first day. When it turned out that the job would take longer than expected, we were promptly notified. The roof was completed on the afternoon of the second day, and the owner George met with me to go over the work and answer my questions. The siding and gutters were completed on the third day around 1PM. George also met with me on the third day as things were wrapping up to make sure things were done to my satisfaction.

Responsiveness: Everyone I dealt with was prompt and professional. Our calls and e-mails were answered within 24 hours - actually very much less than that, and sometimes even after hours. I raised a concern about cleanup via e-mail around 6PM one day, and barely 30 minutes later George contacted me with a resolution.

Quality: The quality of the work is excellent - no corner cutting. I am not a roofer, or much of a handyman, but the roof and gutters looks like they were taken from a brand new and much more expensive home and transplanted onto ours. The repairs done to the siding were seamless as well.

Owner: George was attentive and reasonable throughout the entire process. He gave me the impression of someone who has confidence in his product and takes pride in his work. Very easy to work with - even two days before Christmas.

Overall I am very pleased with everything. Time will tell if there are any issues, and if so I will update this review. Thank you!

Great LOCAL company that truly cares about customers! We had a leak in our roof near one of the plumbing vents. Called and they responded quickly and did a great job at a fair price. We also worked with them to replace our rain gutters with newer, larger ones due to some problems we were having with the old gutters after a heavy rain. Dave was very informative and provided great info to help us make the right decision about which gutters would be best for our roof type. We will not hesitate to use them for our future home improvement needs.

From the very first phone call when I spoke with Laurie to having Dave come out to estimate our roof right up until yesterday 9/30/2020 when the roof was installed, I have had nothing but a professional pleasant experience. Laurie was very patient and helpful regarding the dozens of questions I had. Dave and a full crew showed up at my home just after 6AM, and had the work complete and were gone at 1PM. After a tree crashed through our roof George sent David out the same afternoon to tarp the roof which prevented any damage to the interior of the house. A damage repair and complete roof replacement estimate was provided and work began shortly thereafter. Price was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely, professional manner. David and the crew did a super job with the installation and cleanup. Office manager, Laurie, is a great communicator and keeps you informed of scheduling, etc..
