This was one of the best experiences we’ve had with the business in a long time. Heath did our roof and was there when he was said he would be there. He communicated by phone and email promptly. He let us know a few minutes before he got to the house. He did excellent work, going the extra mile. It was all around a great experience. He found all our problem areas and showed us the pictures. He answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. We highly recommend this company.

Roof Maxx have been incredibly helpful with fixing my roof promptly. I had patches on my roof that were loose due to regular wear and tear. Heath came out this fall and applied roof treatment to my house. Upon inspecting my roof vents, he found a number of the plastic roof vents were getting brittle, but had a little life left. It was impressive to me that Heath did not hard sell me to try make another sale. He explained their condition and stated when I was ready, he could help me with the vents.
During this last snow event, a small leak developed around one of the vents. I contacted Heath and he came out and replaced the one vent and he is going to replace the rest soon. Heath goes above and beyond, and spends all the time he needs to get the job done right.

He showed us pictures of the roof showing the problem areas and again after they had been repaired. He even cleaned the moss. We love the idea of extending the overall health and lifespan of our roof for several years.

Heath Reeves was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did a through inspection of our roof, pointed out loose shingles, rusty nails, dried out rubber booting on venting. After repairing all issues he then applied a preventative sealant to perserve the roof and add years of life to our current roof. Very pleased with his quality of work and his professionalism.

I had Heath with Roof Maxx out to fix and spray my roof. Thia is the second house i have had him do, as he did another property of mine a couple weeks ago. He was very professional, answered all of my questions and responded quickly. The product is amazing, after doing thourough research on it, I was happy to hear that my roof qualified. The warranty is great and he has already scheduled to come back out and check on the progress my roof is making. Definitely suggest giving them a call.
