He wanted to be sure to secure the roof until I was able to go through the insurance company and then choose the best option. If the temporary patch didn't convince me, his willingness to give me the best roof and at the same time being cost-conscious was definitely what won me over. He explained the process in layman's term so I could fully understand the process.
