Devin and his team did an amazing job! They certainly went over and above. Devin was great to work with throughout he process to guide me on several options and spent the time explaining all of them to me. Always responsive to any calls, questions in an extremely timely manner. They just completed my new roof in Wells, Maine but his company does Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I would not hesitate to contact him for my home in Massachusetts. If you need a new roof, look no further. I would not recommend unless I believed in the person, the company, the service. Great job! Highly recommended!!

I reached out to Roof Inc. early morning to explain my home situation and was pleasantly surprised to get a quick call back from Devin to inquire about the problem. Devin proceeded to ask questions to identify what might be the cause to my ceiling leak. Devin made a trip to my home same day to inspect the problem area and discussed options. Work was scheduled within a week and I was very happy with the work completed. I found Devin to be professional and very pleasant to interact with. We had a snow storm of 12+ inches that I knew would be near impossible to do with my little hand shovel. Devin was able to come the same day and did a fantastic job! It was a huge relief! Will definitely recommend him to everyone and will continue using him with extreme storms!

Devon has been our plow guy this winter and has done a wonderful job! He’s very prompt and polite through messaging and timely with coming to our house. The driveway is also the clearest it’s been compared to other people we’ve had come plow throughout the years. Highly recommend!

He and his crew were nothing but professional, courteous and knowledgeable from our first meeting and throughout the entire process. I had about given up on getting the job done until we contacted Devin. He was quick to respond and got the job done. I had spoken with several other contractors before him that left me hanging. Devin did some work on the chimney, since it had begun leaking around where it met the asphalt shingles. I didnt realize it had been repaired previously, prior to our purchase in 2016. He found a number of likely spots for the leaks and plugged all the potential trouble spots. He also provided a 3 year guarantee against any future leaks.
I am very pleased to recommend Roof Inc for any leaking roof issues.

I don’t usually write reviews but my experience with Devin and his team was the definition of Great customer service prompting me to write this review. If you’re like me you look at cold calls, whether on the phone or someone knocking on your door, as a minor irritation that you shut down quickly, but in this situation I had some slight damage to my roof from some storms and Devin knocked on my door as he noticed the damage while driving by. He was very knowledgeable and professional and provided me some information about how insurance companies may review the damage and support needed repairs. I proceeded to contact the insurance company and from my first contact with Devin to the completion of my roof repairs it was only 3 weeks. I will apply more patience in the future when dealing with cold calls (or knocks on my door), as you never know when you may benefit from the interaction.
Thank you to Devin and the crew from Roof Inc. for the Fast and Professional job done with replacing my roof. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done.
