They were very quick to respond and very helpful.
Jarad found exactly the siding and color I wanted. Not only that, he found it in stock and it was delivered within a day.

As of September the company has provided us with nothing.

We hired Poole home Improvements to develop a proposal to add a small addition to our home in April 2024. We paid an initial deposit of 5 percent of the project estimated cost. The company never came to our home, never met with the CEO, never provided us with a proposal. As of September the company has provided us with nothing.

My house really needed a new roof but i didn't want to do it myself. So i hired Poole's home improvements to get my roof done. They were very quick to respond and very helpful. Brought in a great crew that got my roof done quick and looks great. Would definitely recommend them for any work you need some. Thanks Jarad!

Jarad found exactly the siding and color I wanted. Not only that, he found it in stock and it was delivered within a day of me writing the check to hire him. He was prompt with the quote, knew exactly how much materials the job would take and how long the job would take from start to finish. I wasn’t promised anything that wasn’t delivered, and I didn’t pay for extra materials that weren’t needed. Doug was prompt to arrive each day, professional, knowledgeable and efficient in his work and very neat. I was excited to see the progress each day and didn’t have to wait until I got home, because either Jarad or Doug would text me pictures. Cleanup was great, there was no debris left anywhere and my flower beds were intact. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! FIVE STARS!!
