I had a very disappointing experience speaking with Kelly over the phone. She was rude and unprofessional, which is especially concerning for someone representing a community program. The way she spoke to me made me feel discriminated against, and I did not feel respected or valued. I expect better from an organization that is supposed to serve the community. I was calling for rental assistance is that what these programs are funded for..
