I went in to purchase a part for my awning, the counter person told me in was not available any longer so I decided just to buy new. I ordered per his suggestion a 20’ electric awning with “white” arms and a slate blue faded canvas. $2500.00 estimated cost out the door.
Every thing came in but the arms came in black instead of white. The mechanics said they were the wrong ones anyway for my application and they would reorder the correct arms, they came in and they were black as well.
They put the awning on and it worked perfectly. Upon leaving and going on my trip I got to my camp site opened the awning to find out that the canvas was slate dark blue and not the one I ordered. The lady in the office indicate that they would get the right canvas ordered but never did.
The installation was done properly but the entire order was wrong from the beginning.
Think long and hard before you do business with this company as they have standard set of lies cataloged to fit their needs.
I am an unhappy customer who is out 2500.00 dollars

Stopped in to buy some steel tubing. Very nice and helpful people. Their prices were cheaper than quotes I received from Vegas. They prepared my order correctly and quickly. I’ll definitely do business here again.

Brought my international in twice to have the ac fixed. I was charged both times and both times the ac failed after only 900 miles of driving. I was told that the 1000 dollar compressor never came with a warranty because Paulsons forgot to put a receiver dryer in at the same time. Needless to say this is a worthless shop.

Called to see if they could do transmission work. They said they couldn't, but got me the numbers and addresses for several suggested shops. Didn't have to do that. Amazing customer service.

We want to thank RPI for their wonderful service. We had pulled into our campsite in Death Valley and found a broken shackle on our RV. We went to Puramph to try to find the parts we needed, no one could help us, then one person suggested RPI.The gentleman who helped us, built us a new part and gave us a bushing . He didn't charge us a dime. We we're so thankful and safely made it home, 650miles!

Good place to waste your money. I took a generator in with an oil leak and it would run great when cold outside, and run 10 minutes when it was hot outside. I read it could be the fuel pump and asked for them to check it. $135 later they said it ran great. Got back, I still have the oil leak and it still stalls in the heat after 10 minutes. Looks like they did nothing, but run it when it was cold outside.

I just talked to the shop manager. He said that it was impossible for this to happen. Well it did happen to me every day when starting the generator in hot weather, not cool. As I had told him.

The oil leak, needed a new helicoil, but they did not do that, or even tell me until we talked. It was mentioned it needed a new oil pan bolt.

After a long discussion, he blacklisted me.

Everyone here was absolutely great to work with. Brought my RV here for some hydraulic warranty work and then some other preventative work and everything went super smooth. Alan the tech was very knowledgeable and great at explaining anything I asked. Ronda in the office and owner as well I beleive was always keeping me up to date on things and just great. Recommend anyone in the area to them.

I dropped in with a broken part from my recliner. Alan helped me out with a quick weld [totally fixed my problem!]. He wasn't even going to charge me so I gave him some lunch money. Couldn't be more impressed. I actually took the same part to an outfit down the road four months ago and that repair only lasted four months. :(

Our experience with this repair facility was very comfortable. We feel we were treated very fairly and with utmost professional courtesy. Wish they were in the area where we live. Would recommend them highly.

I had an axle flip done on a cargo trailer. Knowledgeable mechanics were friendly and attentive. Easy access loop driveway and nice office
personnel. I'd go there again.

They had exactly what we were looking for. We have been going all the way to Vegas to get our steel. Felt great to be able to get it locally!! Also, the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! Can't wait to do business with them in the near future!!

I just moved into Pahrump a few months ago. I damaged the front A arm on my side by side. I spoke to Mark at Rod Paulson. #1 in my book. Mark took the time to repair my A arm like it was his own side by side. Seriously consider Rod Paulson for all your auto and toy repairs.

These people are up to no good. Word around town is they used to run things pretty well before a new owner took over. Either way they are trouble. For legal reasons I can’t go into detail but find someone else, you will thank me later. They have created an absolutely nightmare that we are in the process of getting fixed.

Huge thank you to Sam and Rhonda! Our RV travel trailer broke down in the desert about an hour away from Pahrump, NV. We had no cell signal and spotty wifi but they managed to work with us to communicate the issue and create a plan to get it fixed. They gave us a couple of options on how to proceed with fixing the problem and the cost of each option so that we could make an informed decision. Sam came out (an hour away from the shop on a HOT day) and fixed the brake. He was very knowledgable and we felt he did a great job. They charged us what they quoted, no hidden fees. I would highly recommend them. Thank you again!

They were able to get my 94 class C RV in and out in record time and at a reasonable rate! I had my wheel bearings done and got an oil change since I was there. I wouldn't hesitate to go back, very professional and respectful. Let's hope I can stay out of the shop till I get back to TN!
