Great place that is big enough to find a majority of stuff you want. It also has knife sharpening and you can make copies of your keys here.

I tend to go here first then the big box stores if I can’t find it. Price is about the same but it’s more of a “local store”

Best hardware store in town by a mile. Great service, well stocked and good prices where I don't have to go to large corporate conglomerate "home improvement" stores that expect you to do everything for yourself.

I needed copies of the keys for my RV trailer and I had already visited several places and no one could make them, until I visited ace hardware store, the man who helped me was very helpful and professional.

Everyone was very helpful in this store. I needed help with tv stand screws and left with everything set up and ready to go. I highly recommend this store to anyone who wants a very pleasant shopping experience!

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I have been greeted at the door many times and directed where I need to go. If I need help in a department, they are quick and helpful.

I just had 5 people ask if I needed any help finding anything. Many times I'm working on some odd ball projects and come to Ace to cobble something together and instead of confusing looks I get smart questions and thoughtful help.

It's a good store with comparable pricing and good products. I just think it would be wonderful if they were to open up the aisles a little bit and deep clean some areas . Maybe a good remodel or renovation could add some comfortability to the old place. Still a great store though!

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Rude woman in charge very quickly let us know we were inconveniencing her. Had not shopped there in a long time, will NEVER go back and will go out of my way to share this terrible experience I had with everyone.

I have always had help finding what I need with excellent service. Today Stacy went above and beyond to help me and I could not be more grateful ! She is wonderful and super smart. Rockhand should feel very lucky to have her!

Always have just what need every time,or a better alternative. The clerks on the floor must be required to memorize the exact location of every inventory,and how to utilize it. Rock Hand has always been that.I have been using them ever since they opened. I knew the founders an original owners. A 5star business.

Needed some antique bronze screws to hang something on the wall. Rockhand had them! Nobody else in town that I know of carries colored screws.

Bought a new house and had to get some new keys. Walked right in and there was some one to help me. Fast friendly service.

Great selection. Too expensive to shop everyday but great in a pinch. Good location if you live on the capital end of town, considering there's no other hardware store on the south side. Staff always seem like they would rather be elsewhere than at work. But with that said a couple members are very helpful.

Rock Hand Hardware is by far my favorite hardware store. They always have little things that NONE of the other hardware stores have. I've experienced this personally on more than one occasion. The staff are always offering help. I have NEVER been within eye or ear shot of an employee without being met with a happy, helpful and knowledgeable person who genuinely seems to really care about their customers. You don't see this as much anymore when your out shopping. EXCEPTIONAL!! Thanks guys for always being there for your local people. Nice work !!!

I went there to use their "Re-Sharp" service. They did a great job on my Victorinox kitchen knives. Ten knives sharpened in under an hour. Friendly service!

As always,they had what I needed plus a few things we can't find elsewhere. Always a good shopping experience there.
