Gave me a reasonable quote for driveway, roof and lanai. Showed up promptly as scheduled. Team was very professional. Were able to remove some stains that I thought were permanent. Roof looks new. Had drone shots of before and after. Very happy!

My roof was turning black from the mold. Fearing I'd become the scourge of the neighborhood, I called Roberts Home Services one late afternoon. Thordis came out the next day to provide a free estimate. A couple days later, their cleaning at a very reasonable price gave me what looks like a new roof.

They showed up in the time frame they had set and did a very professional job. We had a lot of mold on our roof but now it's clean and mold free. We have a large and very steep roof. They tackled it with ease. Great job!

I left a message at 6:00 am saying I needed my concrete cleaned asap as I'm selling the house. At 8:00 am Thordis returned my call and amazingly said they would be in my area today and he could give me a bid and come after lunch and perform the services
Rates were so reasonable that I had the entire house done and it looks wonderful. They removed much staining and mold, moved the furniture (even cleaning that that could be)/and cleaned the street curbing.
They used a buffing machine on the concrete, and several nozzles on the concrete for edging, cracks, etc. I've never been so impressed with a service provider. I will use them for all exterior cleaning.

I would like to share my experience with Robert and his company. I have used Robert's Home Services on 8 of my homes in The Villages. Words can't describe how GREAT this company is, I will try. They are on time, return your phone calls, the price is very reasonable. Robert makes you feel you and the job you have hired him for is the very important. Thordis Williams did an excellent job on our house, driveway, and some flower bed curbing I asked him to clean. I will recommend this company to others.

After a year+ of roofers and insurance company battling the question of whether my roof needs replacing, the answer was no. It just needed to be cleaned! Having moved here from the arid west, I wasn't familiar with mold. Anyway, called 3 companies for quotes on the soft wash. Two companies sent quotes via text and Roberts Home Services sent a manager in person. The next day, Roberts came out with a team of 6 and went to work. I asked how much extra it would cost if they cleaned the house exterior and brick pavers. For a small additional amount, they did it all, in one fell swoop. The house looks brand new!!
