RnR RV Center Lewiston Service

Took our couch in for it's annual checkup. The tech did a great job. It was cost effective and completed on schedule. Outstanding customer service!

RNR quickly diagnosed the issue, got the parts in good time, and made the repairs sooner than expected. The staff was friendly and professional, and extremely knowledgeable about RV’s. That may sound obvious but we all know how many shops we have encountered where the techs know less than we do. This RNR shop is a service department that lives up to its name. I plan on using them for all my rv repairs and I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing! We had our trailer in to be fixed and dealing with insurance was an absolute nightmare!! Everyone at RnR was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind- great with communication and advice. I am so happy we took our trailer here! There’s no one else in the valley that would have helped us like they did. We will be going to them for any of our trailer needs in the future!

We live in western Montana but fish and camp in the Lewiston area multiple times every year
We have a lot of RV experience, spending 100+ days per year in ours.
Our September trip looked to be a bust when our water heater stopped working. In Missoula we would have to make an appointment 6 weeks out. RnR took us in the same morning we stopped by and had us back on the road before noon.
We will drive the 7 hours for any of our RV needs
from now on.

My overall review is average/above average. I made an appointment to have my RV checked for a propane leak. It took a couple weeks to get this appointment, which is expected this time of year. However, my RV sit right where I parked it a day and a half earlier, with no phone call or update. I brought my concerns to the service advisor, Sara. I was then told that scheduling an appointment only means you get to leave your RV on the property and they will get to it when they get around to it. I told her that in my experience this was a departure from how most scheduled appointments are handled and that this should have been communicated when i made the appointment. It was at that point that the tone of our conversation got a little uncomfortable, so i requested to speak with a manager.

I didn’t get the service manager’s name, but I was very impressed as he listened to my concerns regarding how appointments are handled. He was very friendly and professional. In the end he ensured my RV was properly diagnosed and fixed. I would recommend RnR RV so long as you understand that “appointment” and “communication” may have been redefined.

Sara and Jeff were phenomenal. They squeezed me in to fix a stuck slide out and ensured everything was repaired and working properly before I left. They were genuinely invested in helping me out and were fantastic to work with. The cost was transparent and very reasonable. The way they treated me is how loyal customers are created. I took my 2008 Itasca Navion to RnR for problems with my cabin air conditioner and difficulty with my water heater. They checked out the water heater, no repair necessary, but spent the time to test it and go over the difficulties I've had so I won't have problems going forward. The air conditioner needed replaced and that was done.
My service writer, Sara, was excellent at listening in detail to what concerns I had and called me back when she said she would. Kayla looked at my vehicle with me and explained things she had done for repairs, and she and Jeff answered questions about other concerns and we made a plan.
Other than not having an idea how long repairs would take, (And they accommodated this when we spoke after the initial intake) everything was clear including the repair estimate. I'm very happy with their service and plan to do business with them again.

The campers are pretty much the same from dealership to dealership, but the service department here is excellent. Jeff has been a great help with our 2021 Sunset trail ultra light. The service department helped us with fixing a few minor problems that were manufacturer defects shortly after we purchased it ( sink gaskets, rehanging a door, faulty water pump). We had trouble with the refrigerator 3 years after purchase and Jeff found that the factory had installed it wrong. He fought with the manufacturer and persuaded them to give us a new one at no charge! I'm really happy with the service department at R&R RV. They don't build these RVs well at all no matter where you purchase them, but at least I know the service department here will go to bat for us and fix things and quickly. And the communication with us was to notch, they kept us informed every step if the way. If you're in the market for an RV I'd recommend R&R RV I'd for no other reason than the service department. Even though I was 20 minutes late to my appointment, the service team was extremely helpful and had my slide topper installed within a couple hours. It looks great and just in time for a camping trip!

Brought in a unit for repairs. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything. Would recommend them!

I took my trailer in for estimate of repairs, a week later I went in to find out what the results were. A new batterycase had been butchered to fit the rack on trailer. A new skylite had been partially installed. I had to drill and bolt the skylite to the operating mechanism, should have been done. $1300 plus bill to get it back. I will never recommend repairs be made here again.

Very helpful people here. I'm an over the road truck driver. I was trying to find a TV mount to install in my semi. I needed one that would hold up strong while bumping to the rhythm of America's neglected highway system. These guys had just what I was looking for. They were easy to find. They were easy to access, even with a 13'6'' high and 72' long rig. The guy running the parts shop (Jason?) was great, allowing me to walk the mount out to my truck to make sure it would fit in the tight space I planned to mount it. All together an experience that I would repeat when in need of something they might have.

I take my RV here for work. They do a good job but have a problem keeping you updated with their progress.

Made time to help us when we had an electrical issue in the middle of a trip. No finer words to hear than"How soon can you be here?". They found our problem and fixed it. Many thanks

just want to give a shout out to Travis in the parts department. we're living in a 30 year old camper that has had multiple water heater issues. Travis has gone above and beyond for us, researching the problem, allowing my husband to pick up a part after hours, giving us other tips for RV living, giving us other options of where we can buy something if they don't have the exact thing we need. all in all outstanding customer service. he's knowledgeable and experienced, having lived in a camper himself. it's totally worth driving the extra distance. thank you, Travis. we appreciate your help.

Shopped there for a water pump to replace the one in our van. $189.00 ouch.

I'm very happy with their service department. Our Dometic fridge wasn't cooling. They had it fixed quickly and explained how to care for it myself in the future. Very happy.

We were driving through Lapwai Idaho on our way to McCall when a tire/wheel came off our fifth wheel. We limped back 20 miles on a single tire to RnR and explained our problem. Immediately a service tech assessed the problem and went to the parts place for a new hub and wheel bearings. He did an excellent job and the entire service center went well above average. They even gave us a 10% discount because we purchased our rig from RnR Spokane. Dropping in unannounced, we were still able to get back on the road in 3 hours!

Honestly, this place is great.
I called them about a travel trailer with a refrigerator with a bad cooling unit that I bought at a different dealer. Samantha in service accommodated my challenging schedule, worked with her parts team to contact Dometic, and when a cooling unit wasn't available, got a whole new fridge. They called me when it was delievred, had me in within a day and had it installed in a few hours time.
She was communicative, direct, and got me a new fridge under warranty!
I wish I had bought my travel trailer from them, and I will not hesitate to use them for any service needs I have in the future.

Purchased a 2022 #3231CK fiver.
Got off to a bad start with the service department. Had previously written a poor review, but RnR really stepped up to the plate this year. I had several problems with the trailer, but they took care of it.

But I recently worked with Michelle and Jerico and they provided excellent service addressing a few minor warranty issues.

If buying a new Montana, I'd suggest that you consider the disc brake option and don't accept an absorption fridge. I purchased a 12 volt cooling unit from JC Refrigeration and now the unit works. Whereas freezer temps used to be over 15 degrees, today it's below 0 all of the time. Fridge used to be 45-50 and today it's rarely over 35. I had to do these upgrades after purchase and they weren't cheap. However, they are worth every penny. My unit is the Norcold 2118, which is a beautiful big fridge that barely works in hot climates. It used to be power hungry, but today solar provides all the power I need for 12 volt fridge.

I also purchase a disc brake install.

Highly recommend RnR RV service. Jeff the service manager did everything he could to get my truck camper refrigerator back working after the cooling unit popped and died. From helping getting parts, to changing work schedules and priorities of technicians because I was unable to bring camper in for service. It's hard to live out of ice chests. He was also very compassionate during the entire process due to my circumstances and from my first meeting him on a Monday afternoon the refrigerator was fixed by Wednesday afternoon. The service and communication was excellent and I highly recommend RnR for any repairs you might need. Thanks Jeff and staff. GJ..
