I had a kitchen fire and Riverbend Renovations was recommended to me. Carson did an excellent job coordinating all the pieces and workers. All the people who worked on the project were professional and did a wonderful job. Carson was very responsive and patient with all my calls and texts. He stayed on top of everything right up through the final inspection. Making sure everything came together, looked nice and worked, including dealing with the insurance company. I'm very happy with my kitchen and would highly recommend Carson and his team!

Having been a victim of scam contractors in the past, I was hesitant in hiring someone to update my basement into my business cookie decorating studio. Coordinating the job, Carson was patient and understanding to my needs and schedule. I was consulted during the job as questions arose to ensure the result was what I wanted. Carson Manchester of Riverbend Renovations was our general contractor for our recent kitchen and powder room remodel, and we cannot imagine anyone better for the project. Carson and his assistant Taylor do beautiful work on their own, and in addition, the electrical, plumbing and tile people Carson brought in were all top notch and just as considerate of our needs while working in our home. Carson is a pleasure to work with. He is professional, communicative and dependable. He was kind and reassuring any time we felt stressed during the project. He was great at scheduling and coordinating with all other parties on the project, always taking care to minimize the disruption of our daily lives. Carson goes above and beyond for his clients. For our project, he collaborated with the electrician on a custom recessed lighting solution under a floating shelf, with beautiful results. Carson and Taylor came out to my home for a quick job to replace the attic ladder. They were kind, professional, and did a great job in only a couple hours. They also helped me get my baby crib upstairs. Would highly recommend for any home contracting projects.

Carson built an attached aluminum frame / polycarbonate greenhouse for us. Because of the nature of the structure, the tolerances were very tight so everything had to be perfectly square from the start. Installing the trim board for the connection to the house had its own issues due to the uneven house sheathing and the gap from the cement wall. There were interruptions with other contractors such as the radiant heating, slab and electrical where Carson had to flex his schedule. Carson also replaced eight interior doors with new raised panel pre-hung doors. He did a professional job with the doors and all the trim work. We would highly recommend him.

We had an excellent experience with Carson. He was genuinely interested in performing the work and made some great suggestions for our window replacement project. He was professional, responsive and completed the project on-schedule without any issues. He and his team are very meticulous and also kept a neat and clean work area. We have no reservation whatsoever to use Carson again in the future.

Carson is about the best contractor you can ask for. He's swift to provide a quote and one that is reasonably priced at that. He shows up precisely when he says he will. He's efficient and organized about the entire project, even when he runs into unforseen issues. I honestly doubt I'll be hiring any other contractor for future projects in my home.

It is so rare chance in today's business would to find an honest, professional and responsible firm to do home project. Carson Manchester (Riverbend Renovations) is definitely one of them. He did two major projects for us; building shelves and cabinets in our 3 large closets and putting new counter top and sink in Master Bathroom with redesigning hall assembly. We hired Carson for a kitchen remodel, and couldn't be happier. Carson is very detail oriented, and takes great pride in his work. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Carson just rebuilt a portion of the front of my house to look as it would have looked 154 years ago. Several other contractors told me it would be cheaper and easier to just remove the architectural details and flatten the front of my house. Carson was the only one to say upon arrival, "You'll want to keep the original details, right?" then quoted me a price equal to the "cheaper and easier" people!

This is the second project he's done on my house and I'll never hire anyone else! He's professional, easy to work with, and answered all my questions without talking down to me. He's meticulous in his work manner and how he cleans up after himself. I can't say enough nice things about him. I don't remember who recommended him to me through my town's 411 Facebook page but I owe them a great big Thank You!

Carson did an exceptional job with a few small repairs around our home - including drywall patching, cabinetry fixes, and replacing door thresholds + molding. He took great care to ensure the jobs were completed with precision. Many in his field would not entertain jobs that are on the smaller side but he did so with professionalism and a great attitude. We are repeat customers. Carson first converted our garage to an office, then we had him build a new master bedroom and bath in our historic (250 year old) home. Carson did a great job of blending the old with the new. This was challenging as nothing is level, plumb or square in house of this age. Carson provided great solutions to the many challenges this project presented. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him. We will definitely use him for future projects.

We were delighted with the quality of the work that Carson Manchester of Riverbend Renovations did for us as we prepared to sell our house. He was skilled, prompt and professional and did an outstanding job on a variety of repairs. The work ranged from fixing a door to a detached living space so that it would close properly, fortifying a cracked rafter, and fastening loose siding shakes, to replacing a hard-to-reach dryer vent, installing new baseboard trim in newly painted and tiled bathrooms, and reinstalling missing drywall and installing firecaulk in the garage to correct someone else's insulating job. If we hadn't moved out of state, we would definitely hire Carson again!
