Latest work involved a large tree in very close proximity to buildings on my property as well as a neighbor. Very professional work including climbing, bucket trucks and a lot of rope-work. Very pleased.

Arbortech was such a pleasure to work with. The communication from Justin and his crew was fantastic. We did a walk through the morning of to confirm what was being done. The crew had me come out multiple times throughout the day to confirm what they had done was satisfactory, as well as a final inspection at the end of the day. They cleaned everything up and left the yard as if they hadn't even been there. I would refer Arbortech 10 out 10 times!

I have used Arbortech several times for tree removal and they do excellent work. They are knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably priced, friendly, and clean up the area involved so you would never know they were there. I have used several other tree services in the past and they all had the same issue: they started out great but it didn’t last. Arbortech is very consistent: always great!

Justin was a good listener about my priorities, scheduled quickly and showed up with his team on time. The job was tricky and Santos was careful to make sure nothing happened to our house underneath. I also appreciated their communication throughout the day to sort out how to handle many decisions.

Arbor Tech gets two thumbs up. They arrived on scheduled day, despite high winds and I really didn't expect them to be working in it. The climber and ground crew handled it like champs. Two trees on the ground in about two hours. They did exactly what they said and showed up when they said. Couldn't be happier. The price was less than some of the other quotes and definitely reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have more trees to come down.

They took great care removing my trees and cleaning up. They took extra precaution putting down pads for the truck to drive on so it won't sink in my yard. They also took care not to damage my neighbor's driveway, as they had to pull there Rig in there to remove other trees.

As a new home owner in Manchester, I discovered that I needed to have several trees removed in order to prevent possible damage to my neighbor's property and to the utility lines. We had used them a few years ago and they did such a good job for us. Called them again recently and Justin came right out, gave some good suggestions and a reasonable quote. We called Arbortech Tree Inc in Coventry CT to get a quote regarding some work we needed done. Lindsey answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful answering all questions and sending someone out to give us a quote. The quote price was reasonable and we hired them to remove 2 trees and trim another. We also wanted them to haul away all the wood. The crew arrived on time and performed all the work in a professional manner. They did an awesome job and left the place as clean as when they arrived. We're very happy with them and recommend them for any tree work you might need done.

Carlos and crew did a wonderful job cutting down and removing hemlocks from my mom's property. They also pruned trees and removed large grasses. He and the crew were very safe, thorough and knowledgeable.

Pete and his crew did an outstanding job taking down an 80 ft maple tree 56" in diameter! The crew was excellent, timely, friendly and very professional. They cleaned up beautifully and used heavy duty runners to avoid any lawn damage. Highly recommend Arbortech!

I'm very happy with the tree removal and trimming service that I got from Arbortech. They were quick to reply to my messages and were very friendly. They came on time and did a walkthrough with me before starting. I stayed home and told them to let me know if they had questions, and they made sure to keep me updated on trimming to make sure it was looking the way I wanted. They were a very hard working crew and able to take down/trim a lot of trees in a day and did a great job cleaning and hauling material after they were done. Yard looks great and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree services.

They did a beautiful, precise job on the magnolia tree in front of our house. It grew into the power lines and on the other side was growing over the roof. They trimmed the right branches and opened it up by clearing out all the cross branches and suckers on the inside. Would definitely use them again!

Workers were friendly, courteous and did their job well. They helped identify dangerous trees (rotting trunks, cracking, etc). They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. This is the second time we have used Arbortech and will use them again if needed.

We contacted Arbortech Tree Inc. for the removal of 7 forty-year-old spruce trees that were in sad shape. From our initial online inquiry to completion of the job was 10 days. (It might have been sooner had we not deferred on the first date offered for the initial site visit.) Everyone was responsive, cordial and a delight to do business with. The tree removal crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, completed the job in half a day, and respected the integrity of our property. The clean up was meticulous!

The Arbortech team did a fantastic job on our trees! They explained everything they were cutting and why and clearly care for the health of the tree, not just finishing the job. The team was polite, were thoughtful about caring for the lawn as they drove trucks on it and cleaned up nicely before they left. They made sure we were satisfied. Great work!

Each year for the past 5 we have budgeted for some tree work and Arbortech has done it all. Today’s job was led by Santos and was neat and professional as always. If you’re in their service area, we highly recommend giving them a call!

Long review but it’ll be worth reading it all. We had two huge trees to remove, one medium one, several smaller ones, plus some tree trimming. When Justin from Arbortech recommended using a large crane for the job instead of a bucket truck or other conventional equipment my first thought was “sounds expensive.” But when Lindsey called with their quote I was surprised how low it was given the scope of work. And Arbortech’s approach had the benefit the tree limbs being lifted over our property versus being downed and dragged over it. Plus no heavy equipment would be driven over our lawn risking damage to our lawn or septic system. Once work began I understood Justin’s unique approach. The crane had a 130 foot arm with a ball hanging from a cable, their man Alex connected himself to the ball and the crane lifts him over 100 feet up (see photo) and lowers him into the tree tops where he fastens a chain to a trunk then he drops down, disconnects from the crane and cuts the tree. Then the crane hauls the whole top half of the tree off. With this method they were able to remove a 100 foot tall tree in just two swipes! The crane gently lowered these huge tree pieces onto a landing area on my driveway (protected by plywood sheets) where upon Pete, Santos and the rest of the Arbortech crew descended on it like crazed carpenter ants to cut it up and process it. Unbelievable! It’s far more efficient than conventional methods. Most tree service firms can’t replicate this, first they aren’t as innovative as Arbortech and second they’re (frankly) scared to climb whereas Justin’s crew is an elite delta team willing to go with enthusiastic elan where others fear. Lastly they did a great job with the final clean up. All I can say is, “I’ll be back!”
