Oliver & RiR is a Godsend! Kind, respectful, patient, understanding, thorough! He handled every aspect of my leak, mitigation, repair & insurance claim. It’s like having an angel walk with you through the valley of the shadow of death. I was so out of my element and my stress levels were through the roof but he & his team walked me through every step of the way. They treated me, my home and even my dog with care & respect. Highly recommend and if I’m ever in another situation like this again I will reach out to RiR again!

Crew that repaired my bathroom ceiling was GREAT. They did a wonderful job, left absolutely no mess and were pleasant and professional.

They were sent here to inspect our roof for replacement following a leak. They never even looked at the entire roof, only the spot that leaked and said we didn't need a new roof. When we had an inspection yesterday by a roofer who provided damage to the roof indicating damage and need for replacement. When confronted by this they stated they didn't look at the whole roof. But yet you determined I don't need a roof. Incompetent and asked them to leave my property. Have reported to bbb, and insurance agent.

Update from May 2025: new roof completed, under shingles in multiple areas was massive damage from wind and hail. Steer clear of this company.

I have worked with oliver many times over the years and he is one of the best restoration contractors in the business. RiR ky was recently given a bad review by a home owner last name ( Logsdon) that was meant for my company Restore Rite LLC. Mrs logsdon was unhappy we did not do a full roof inspection for wind damage and hail. We explained we were given an assignment by her insurance company for a hail inspection only and we have to abide by their rules. We did offer to do a full inspection as soon as we spoke to her insurance company and got permission. We also did a free temporary repair to a leaking roof boot to keep her from incurring any more damage until she was able to get the roof repaired. At this point she did not want the full inspection and ask us to leave. When we are sent directly by the insurance company we have to abide by their rules and did offer to come back for a full inspection. RiR-ky should not be receiving a bad review and in my opinion no one should. Oliver my apologies for any inconvenience this caused you.

Oliver and his team are absolutely unbelievable! They did a great job restoring our house after a tree fell on it this past summer. Oliver is extremely professional, detailed, organized and hard working! I would recommend him to any and everyone! The guy is absolutely incredible!

Amazing experience with this company!! Prompt attention, orchestrated by a project manager who kept me informed. While different portions of the work were done by different teams on different days, they were always on time, were very courteous and professional, very good at what they each did, did a great job, and left my place immaculate! Couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience. I'd recommend them very highly!

These guys are amazing to work with. Their attention to detail was spot on and their craftsmanship was impressive. I would definitely have them do work in my home again! They treated my home as if it was theirs; neat, cuts outside, cleaned up after working daily. They were trustworthy in my home and I felt safe leaving on vacation knowing when I came home my job would be 99% complete. All the Sub-contractors that Oliver uses are the BEST! Our kitchen and basement flooded. A neighbor suggested Oliver with RiR Restoration and Construction. He showed 20 minutes later and within a few hours his team had the damaged areas cleared of debris and an abundance of dehumidifiers running throughout the house. Communication is what makes this business the BEST. Oliver and his team respond within minutes of text/calls/emails. RiR is committed to getting the work completed efficiently and timely.

I have used Oliver & his team at RiR on several occasions so far. First for a roof leak, then to remove an old shed on my property, they helped put the rain cap back on my chimney after storms, and they tore down my old deck and built a new & improved one. Olivers team did a great job with the asbestos removal and working with the insurance company after a water leak which required us to stay in a local hotel. Thank you insurance! The team was courteous and set barriers to protect other parts of the rooms and house. We are now down to the slab foundation and ready for new flooring.

This company is very amazing to work with. Oliver, Michelle and the team make things very easy. They are very honest and trustworthy and that is something very hard to find this days. My name is Robert Miller & my wife Jill , i myself was a contractor in the Kentucky area for 40 years (retired). I have to say we had a small disaster at our home. Our master bedroom flooded which then flooded the basement and Oliver and his team came in and actually made it look like it never happened. When was the last time you had a contractor that actually did what he’d say he would do !! His trades would show up and do what they were supposed to do, they stayed constantly in contact. We never questioned one thing. Totally amazing job.We couldn’t be happier with the finished product !!

Mitigation went very smoothly walls route in no time New drywall was placed in painting was done. Looked very good to quickly quickly. They also installed new flooring and installed a new shower. Very happy with the work overall.

Oliver was very professional to work with. He took care of the damaged roof from the storm in Feb. 2023. Worked with the insurance company to get us a full replacement. He also took care of the interior damage from water getting into the house. We would recommend.

He also responded quickly to any questions I had & his knowledge of the industry is impressive. The crew's that worked on the project were all well skilled and courteous. I highly recommend RIR. These guys were very Professional. They showed up on time, they took their shoes off, they were NOT on their phones or taking smoke breaks. They were even on their hands and knees wiping the floors, on their way out. Oliver & his Guys were TERRIFIC!

“Excellent service from each person who came to restore my bedroom completely wrecked by storm damage. They were skillful, relational proficient, efficient - from roofers, to painters, and especially Ian, the man who repaired the pocket door that separated 2 bedrooms. He repaired door jambs that had to be removed to finish the task. He reattached, painted, rehung art; there were floor cleaners who came so furniture can be placed back in bedroom, leaving it in mint condition (the name of paint color in attached room). Oliver hires only the best! Can't give him enough stars to measure the quality of his work & of those he hires.”

Oliver and his team rebuild our home after our housefire. They were there just hours after the fire to board up and make sure that whatever was left was safe. He helped us navigate the insurance company, which was trying during our worst of times, and was there the next morning when a storm took out a tree during our restoration process. They were responsive to questions, polite and kind to us. We appreciate this team! They did a great job for us.

Oliver and his team at Restore it Right Kentucky did a great job for me. Couldnt be happier with the result from our extensive water damage. We had to replace flooring, drywall, doors, kitchen cabinets and wood trim. Did some minor electrical and plumbing work as well. All came out better than it was to begin with! A++++
