Ridgeline Gutters

Ridgeline installed new rain gutters on the front and rear of my house within the past two weeks. James was cordial and competent and we are well-satisfied with the actual work done. James was one of the few gutter contractors I attempted to contact that called me back, something I very much appreciated. He came to house to review the proposed work, I believe, the same day. We agreed on a general scope of work and a price but then nothing happened as far as getting a contract in hand or establishing a start and finish date. With a little prodding, this was all taken care of and the work was accomplished. A couple of things to watch for: James ordered the material for the project before getting the contract signed so discussions of refinements to the scope of work were more strained than they needed to be. As well, James did not always show up when promised and did not provide notification that his schedule had changed. James also removed from the site only some of the materials resulting from the demolition of the existing rain gutter system, even though it was requested of him and reinforced at the time the work was being completed that they all be removed. My final comment: James was much more interested in completing a job and moving on than in building any kind of a client/contractor relationship.

I had them do so work for me about a year ago. They were fast and did great work. I actually dug their card out to get my new house done as well.
