Kyle (the owner) was professional and attentive, the carpenters were skilled and detail oriented, and the office staff kept everything running smoothly. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I highly recommend Ridgeline Exteriors to anyone looking for top notch craftsmanship and excellent customer service!

Kyle came out to my place promptly and worked alongside other contractors when I was remodeling my home. The service was top notch and my favorite part is he always answered the phone. He answered my numerous questions and even helped me with some storm damage after the fact. Jam up job and a quality service installed by quality tradesmen.

You can't go wrong with Ridgeline Exteriors. Ridgeline did a wonderful job on my new roof. Ridgeline staff helped me throughout the entire process of giving a detailed estimate to my insurance co to picking out the right color to cleaning up. The guys were very thorough with the set up, got it done in ONE DAY and went above and beyond with the clean up. They even came back out to go over my lawn to pick up any remaining nails from the previous day.

Very satisfied with the work that was done for us. They were very professional from start to finish, from getting an estimate, setting expectations, and starting the job (on the date agreed) then staying on the job until completion. We bought a house that we knew was termite damaged… but we didn’t expect it to go along a complete 50 foot wall and into the roof system too. Kyle and Kate from Ridgeline helped us to decide which route to take and then gave us an estimated timeframe to expect. They went above and beyond to make sure it was not just don’t on time, but done right! They made what should’ve been a complete nightmare manageable, and that’s hard to find in a contractor! I will definitely be using them again when the need arises. They’ve also done small repairs on damaged roofs for us in the past and were quick and affordable.

They were very professional. They replaced the roof on our home in a wonderful time frame. The price was the best we found. Was very pleased with the work. I would recommend them if you need roof work

I hired this Company to work on a leaking chimney on the recommendation of a friend. Kyle came out to my house and
inspected the problem along with 2 of his workers. He told me that
they would come out and do this job to seal up cracks in the mortar of the chimney tops which they did a few days later. This was during the drought period back in April, May June of this year. We finally got a reasonable rain about June and Water ran right down to my basement floor. I called Ridgeline for them to come back and see what happened. One of the workers that did the caulking on the chimney came out and looked at the top where they sealed it up. When he came down I asked if he saw
problems and got an affirmative answer. He put a tarp on it and
strapped it down there have been no leaks since then. But the problem is still there and the tarp is still there December 29, 2023 Kyle did come out one day and looked a couple of months ago
but never came back to stand behind his work. I have called them so many times and do not get any results from them, The
standard situation with them is he never answers his phone. The
office phone is answered and the lady tells me that she will talk
to Kyle and one of them will call me back which does not happen.
So to make a long story short I paid a lot of money for a poor job
and all of this has covered most of the year 2023 and I still have
a leak. I have called someone else to come and look at doing
what needs to be done and he plans to complete the job by next week. I have today left a message for Kyle that I am getting it
fixed by someone else and plan to tell everyone that I can about
his lack of effort and his over charge for his job and not standing
behind his work.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY JOB!

Great team to work with they went above and beyond trying to match our current shingles. Great job cleaning up after job was completed. Highly recommend Ridgeline Exteriors, LLC!
