Excellent experience with Ridge Roof Restoration when we needed a roof inspection. Mike was quick to respond and very accommodating of our schedule. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, explained his findings and recommendations clearly, and provided a comprehensive report with supporting photographs. We feel confident in his evaluation and look forward to working with him for any of our roofing needs.

Had a fantastic experience with Michael and his team. I originally reached out before I was ready to do the roof and he still took the time to explain things to me. I felt no pressure. So of course I called him back up when I was ready and his team came out the same week and completely removed the old roof, fixed all bad areas, added drip edges, fresh boots, and took extra care around the chimney.. not to mention they cleaned up after their job well, and even cleaned off another section of my roof that wasn’t being replaced without me asking. On top of all of this he was the most affordable I company I had quote the project, and was super friendly. I can’t stress enough how great of an experience we had. Choose them!!!

Fantastic experience with Ridge and Mike. From start to finish, everyone we had contact with was polite and informative, on time, honest, and completed the job when stated. Mike was forthcoming in his assessment of the roof, offered a clear estimate with options from the standard shingles up to the most expensive. Mike talked through the options clearly and suggested an additional vent. There was no pressure to choose a particular option, which I appreciated. Because this is a second home, we needed a company that would do the job without us there and on time. Mike communicated with us throughout the process leaving us without worry. The job was completed as promised. The roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again if we ever need to. I wish they did more than just roofs!

A friend suggested we call Ridge Roof since we needed to replace our 20 year old roof. They were amazing. They were at the house at 7 am and had the roof replaced by that night. The owner checked in with us a couple of times during the day, and when they were done they cleaned everything thoroughly. It's been 3 days and we have not found any debris in the yard or any nails. We would absolutely hire them again!

Mike was great to work with! Scheduled our roof to be installed very quickly and even moved our appt earlier due to the forecast. The guys did an excellent job on the roof! They were punctual and very efficient! They cleaned up so well that I haven't seen a single nail on the ground. Would highly recommend them!

This company was a blessing. They were able to get to me quickly and helped me with the insurance. The workers were friendly and polite, came early and worked hard all day, leaving me with a beautiful roof. They left everything spotless. I would recommend them to anyone.

Out in the yard one day we noticed a shingle from our roof had come loose in the wind. We called several other roofers with no response. C&T Contractors not only answered the phone but had someone onsite to look at it the next day and fixed our roof. Highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

C&T Contractors just completed my new roof and I couldn’t be more pleased. Ean Raiford was my Customer Service Agent and made the process too easy. Their quote for my roof was $5,000 less that the quote that I got from another large well known roofing company in Spartanburg. You would think that I got a friends and family discount or something! Insurance wasn’t paying for my roof so I shopped around to get the best value. It definitely pays to give C&T a chance to quote your roofing work.

He came by multiple times throughout the installation to make sure that the install was going smoothly and to answer any questions that I had. He is coming by again tomorrow just to do a final inspection and mow my grass in appreciation for my purchase. Ask him about the yard mowing special with any roofing product purchase and tell him that Mike sent ya!

Just had our roof replaced with C&T Contractors after hail damage. It was super easy and they guided us through the whole process helping us to know what to expect. They felt like a partner. The roof was replaced in one day based on the schedule we requested. The whole process from inspection to insurance to new roof took less than 2 weeks. Easy to work with and a great value. I would definitely recommend them.

Elijah Turner was very professional he knew his stuff and answered every question I had straight up. From the moment I met him stepped out of his Jeep he made me feel like I was Family he makes you feel comfortable in the way he talks and treat you as a customer I will be recommending him and his company to everyone.

Elijah Turner was the young man that handled my roof inspection. I was so impressed by my experience I felt obliged to take the time to share my experience. First off he was on time, which is a huge bonus point with me. Knowing I was stressed out about the whole deal he cracked jokes and had me laughing the whole time. The young man pulls up and hops out shaking one of if not the best mullets I’ve ever seen. In all seriousness I felt like I’ve known him forever. 10/10 will call him again if the need arises.

Had some nasty hail that left some chunks out of my roof. They took care of it quickly and professionally which I was thankful for because it was my first time having repairs done on my home (first time owner here). Called back and got new gutters installed, and I think I’ll definitely be using them in the future
