Riddle Brothers Roofing & Construction exceeded all our expectations during our recent roof replacement. Evan, our project manager, was absolutely wonderful—he guided us through every step of the process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Despite our tight timeline, Evan made everything incredibly easy, answering every single question we had and ensuring that all financial aspects were handled smoothly. He went above and beyond to make sure the roof was completed before our deadline. The crew worked efficiently, removing and replacing the roof in great time and doing a fabulous job. While we hope we won’t need another roof anytime soon, we will absolutely turn to Riddle Brothers again when the time comes because of the outstanding experience we had.

We had a leak in one of our bathrooms and quickly called Tony Foster to come and check it out. He was able to get out to the house the next day to take a look at the leak. Tony Foster came up with a plan for us to fix the leak and replace vents on our roof. With more rain coming in the next couple of days Tony Foster was able to finish everything two days after calling. Thankfully the job was finished about an hour before the next downpour.

Great job by Tony Foster and his crew!! The recent storms this year caused our fence to be beyond repair. While they took care of our gate, they also restored the finish on our cedar fixtures and our front door!! Very pleased with all their work!

A short section of our 14-year-old fence (including our gate) was rotting away, and the gate - just barely attached to the hinge - was finally completely torn off the hinge by our lawn crew as they tried to open it. I reached out due to all of the positive reviews and recommendations from neighbors, and Tony was immediately responsive. He came out within a couple of days with Ramon (his fence pro). We very quickly got a quote for a replacement of that section of fence, and the fence was put up a couple of days after that by Ramon and his crew. The fence looks better and feels sturdier than the older builder-grade section did. It was a quick and easy process. Tony was highly communicative throughout the whole project. I will call him again for future roofing and fencing needs.

I contacted Riddle Brothers through their website one evening and received a call back the very next morning. Hayden assisted me and was at my house and was able to secure a tarp on my roof that was damaged during a severe storm. The storm damaged our, windows, fences, etc.. Hayden did a great job of setting the expectations with me (I am not a patient person), but he did say it could be a process and it was. Not their fault, but our insurance did not want to cover full replacement of our roof, but simply repair. Hayden and team guided me every step of the way and eventually we got a full roof replacement! Riddle Brothers did a terrific job with everything. We even had a small job done in the inside of the house that was not insurance related and they did a fantastic job with that. I called Tony Foster once I saw a leak I assumed was coming from the roof. I looked and saw some shingles were lifted I assume from our last wind and rain storms. Tony came out as soon as possible and covered the area of the roof to prevent more water damage. Within a week he was back with his roofer crew and had it fixed up. Excellent price with proven honest professional service. They installed a prehung door and trim quickly and perfectly! They added a wall in my kitchen and created a doorway and a pass through window. They cleaned up the area exceptionally. Completed all the work in under 4 hours. Easy to communicate and can using them to install a new baking center in my kitchen!

Trevor at Riddle Brothers is always professional and prompt with anything we have needed. Their work is exceptional and they are always very timely. The only issue I have is the way their invoices read, they are very deceptive in the way they offer financing and that calculated amount is at the bottom of the invoices as if it is the amount due! Everything went very smooth. Our roof was damaged in late May in a storm. I called and spoke to Brian and he said he would have someone out when it was safe to be on a roof while other roofers were knocking on my door in the pouring rain and lightning still in the area. They were also on several roofs in the area. The job was completed in a day and clean up was great.

Riddle Brothers was contracted to replace cedar fencing destroyed by a storm. The project manager was extraordinarily easy to work with, examined the damaged fence thoroughly, and provided a written estimate prior to beginning work. Despite a number of challenges to the crew, some of which were completly unanticipated, the crew took everything in stride and made the project completely uneventful to the customer. We are delighted with the outcome and can strongly recommend the contractor without reservation.

My house was struck during a bad storm back in May and I am so thankful that my neighbor referred me to WALTER CANO to assist me in getting my property repaired. Our house got hit by a hail storm and Riddle Brothers Roofing did a fantastic job of replacing the shingles on the roof, gutters and down pipes and window screens, and re-staining of the fence.

I needed an estimate for roof repair and subsequent damage caused by a leak for a rental property and Tony was able to come by on 4/12 to meet the renters and assess the damage. He was able to get me a very reasonable estimate quickly and coordinate between myself, the renters, and his team to get the repairs scheduled and completed the following week. He was very communicative throughout the entire process and truly made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.

What an absolutely amazing contractor! He goes WAY above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING is taken care of (plus some). We have had to fight a lot with insurance and he has been so patient and kind to work with. I started a fight with Breast Cancer in the middle of the roof replacement and then 2 weeks later my house had a sewage backup. Walter is now helping me get my house fixed up. I feel so relaxed knowing he has my best interest at heart and will fix my house up to be amazing while I recuperate!

This is my second roof replaced by Riddle Brothers. They deliver good customer service across the entire experience. Professional staff that are customer centric and perform the installation efficiently with a mind to have as little impact on the home owner and surrounding property. They deliver quality through their methods and usage of roofing products/materials that are not commonly used by other companies. Dependable, customer centric, and delivers a great product and service, they are what anyone wants in a contractor.

You want to talk about clutch. Hayden Riddle is clutch. My wife and I were in the process of selling our home this week. The closing was scheduled for Thursday morning at 10:00am. The buyers had they're final walk thru Wed night at 6:30. Our agent called us at 8:00 after the buyers left and informed us "the buyers noticed a "dip" in the roof right over the front porch which they hadn't noticed previously". I went out and looked at the roof. There was a shallow depression but not something which should hold up the closing scheduled for the next morning. At 6:00am my agent texted me and indicated the buyer and his agent we're not going to accept the transferrable roof warranty Riddle Brothers Roofing had provided 10 months earlier when they replaced my roof. The buyers agent told our agent if the issue wasn't repaired or scheduled for repair prior to the closing at 10:00 am (Thursday morning) they were likely going to "delay" the closing. Our movers were already scheduled to arrive on the following Monday. The home was being cleaned on Tuesday, my wife and I scheduled to begin our 8 hours drive north on Wednesday in order to be in position to close on our new home on Thursday. If the home doesn't close the proceeds don't transfer. Proceeds we were using to purchase our new home. I was texting Hayden at 6:30am on Thursday. I was on the phone with him before 8:00am. He could tell I was in a full blown panic. I mean full blown. Hayden listened to my story. Hayden wasn't even sure what had caused the "dip". He didn't understand why the warranty wasn't enough to get us through closing. It had never happened to him before. The problem was this was happening and it was happening to me. All I could do was plead my case to Hayden. If if we can't do something my home closing isn't going to happen. Hayden told me he needed to "make a call". Well, he certainly did. Less than an hour later he had arranged to have supplies delivered to my home. He had diverted a crew of three Riddle Brothers Roofing employees who were working on another job to STOP what they were doing and head over to our home where two hours later the "dip" was gone, our home was "closed", and the proceeds transferred. An hour after the crew left there was a knock on my door. It was Hayden making sure everything on the roof was repaired correctly and wanted to make sure everything worked out as needed. You bet it did Hayden. Thank you for everything.

Would recommend them to everyone! Great work & excellent customer service. They have always met with us on time and kept in contact during our projects with them. Very professional and will use them again on future projects.

There is no option to reply to your response so I am writing here again. I am not against paying deductible. It is question of your betrayal especially from that Tony Foster guy. You took advantage of my trust & hospitality. I can challenge you that you will not find another person who bought the lunch for your roofing crew. Those are the people who really work hard. You greedy people just collect the money.
When I asked how do you expect me to recommend you guys & your reply was DONT RECOMMEND us. This is how you give importance to MONEY over RELATIONSHIP. Anyway, YOU will never understand.

After witnessing RBR do my neighbors roof, I decided they were a good company to call for my roofing needs. Jackson was a great help, very courteous and professional. During the initial inspection, a quick thunderstorm popped up, preventing a full inspection at that time, so he returned 2 days later to do a complete look. Even though he determined that we did not need a roof replacement, I will definitely be reaching out to them again when the time comes that we do.

Well, one year later and I was in need of a new roof and some other weather related repairs, the results of a recent damaging hailstorm. Jackson again came out to inspect and report the problems. We scheduled the inspection, and the work went just as scheduled. We now have a new roof, window screens, garage door, and restained fencing thanks to RBR. Would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. Jackson was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and took care of all the work crews restoring our home. If you need roofing repairs, or repairs due to hailstorms, Riddle Brothers Roofing does absolutely great work!

Update 03/25 : we got our repairs done and Tony was great. However we were unlucky with our insurance company. They approved damages for fence, vent covers, rain gutters, and a small metal panel on a window cover but not the roof. Tony walked use through the process with some hiccups from a third party appraiser name “Forrest King from King Claims Services”. Mr King sided with the insurance company on not replacing our roof even though we have damages. Again, Tony was very gracious and was there to help us till the end. He saw that the work and repairs was done properly and had it fixed when I wasn’t. I will be using Tony’s services again in the future and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Could not be more pleased with the work they have done for us. First it was a bathroom remodel with a walk in shower added. Then it was a new fence for the back yard. Both were done exceptionally well. They also did the roof on our previous home. They are all very professional, friendly and hard workers. I have recommended them to several friends who were also pleased with their work. Will continue to recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Once again we have used the Riddle Brothers for a new roof replacement. A lot of the fascia around the house had to be replaced and painted. They also stained our fence. Inside we had two rooms with leaks in the ceiling that they repaired and painted the ceilings. We were also updating our master bathroom which required them to plaster one wall and then paint the whole room. Then in the kitchen they replaced three windowsills that were leaking. Zack helped us through the whole process with the insurance and all of the repairs. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work that they did. They are very professional and friendly. I will continue to recommend them.
